The device is packaged in a low cost SOT-89 that uses an exposed paddle for excellent thermal impedance. It operates from ?40?C to +105?C, and a fully populated evaluation board is available.The ADL5320 is a companion part to the ADL5321 that operates at similar performance from 400 MHz to 2700 MHz.

The ADL5569 is a high performance, dual, differential amplifier with 20 dB of voltage gain, optimized for applications spanning from dc to 6.5 GHz. The amplifier is available in a dual format, and it offers a low referred to input (RTI) noise spectral density (NSD) of 1.0 nV/?Hz (at 100 MHz) and excellent distortion performance over a wide frequency range, making it an ideal driver for high speed 12-bit to 16-bit analog-to-digital converters (ADCs). The ADL5569 is ideally suited for use in high performance zero intermediate frequency (IF) and complex IF receiver designs. In addition, this device has excellent low distortion for single-ended input driver applications.Using two external series resistors for each amplifier expands the gain flexibility of the amplifier and allows any gain selection from 6 dB to 20 dB for a differential input. For a single-ended input, the gain can be adjusted from 6 dB to 17 dB with the addition of some external resistors. This device maintains low distortion through its output common-mode range of 2.0 V to 3.0 V, providing a flexible capability for driving ADCs with ac levels up to 2 VP-P.Operating from a single 5 V supply, the quiescent current of the ADL5569 is typically 86 mA per amplifier. When disabled, the amplifiers consume only 8 mA per amplifier.The device is optimized for wideband, low distortion, and low noise operation, giving it unprecedented second harmonic distortion (HD2) and third harmonic distortion (HD3) from dc to 4 GHz. The LT1993-2 is a low distortion, low noise Differential Ampli?er/ADC driver for use in applications from DC to 800MHz. The LT1993-2 has been designed for ease of use, with minimal support circuitry required. Exceptionally low input-referred noise and low distortion products (with either single-ended or differential inputs) make the LT1993-2 an excellent solution for driving high speed 12-bit and 14-bit ADCs. In addition to the normal un? ltered outputs (+OUT and ?OUT), the LT1993-2 has a built-in 175MHz differential low pass ?lter and an additional pair of ?ltered outputs (+OUTFILTERED, ?OUTFILTERED) to reduce external ?ltering components when driving high speed ADCs. The output common mode voltage is easily set via the VOCM pin, eliminating either an output transformer or AC-coupling capacitors in many applications.The LT1993-2 is designed to meet the demanding requirements of communications transceiver applications. It can be used as a differential ADC driver, a general-purpose differential gain block, or in any other application requiring differential drive. The LT1993-2 can be used in data acquisition systems required to function at frequencies down to DC.The LT1993-2 operates on a 5V supply and consumes 100mA. The LTC6560 is a low-noise, transimpedance amplifier (TIA) with 220MHz bandwidth. The LTC6560?s low noise, high transimpedance and low power dissipation are ideal for LIDAR receivers using avalanche photodiodes (APDs). The LTC6560 features 74k? transimpedance gain and 30?A linear input current range. Using an input circuit with a total input capacitance of 2pF, the input current noise density is 4.8pA/?Hz at 200MHz. With lower capacitance, noise and bandwidth improve further. The LTC6560 operates from a single 5V supply and consumes only 90mW. Utilizing the LTC6560?s output MUX, multiple LTC6560 devices can be combined to a single output. The LTC6560?s fast overload recovery and fast output MUXing make it well suited for LIDAR receivers with multiple APDs. Its single-ended output can swing 2VP-P on a 100? load.
