The ADL5569 is a high performance, dual, differential amplifier with 20 dB of voltage gain, optimized for applications spanning from dc to 6.5 GHz. The amplifier is available in a dual format, and it offers a low referred to input (RTI) noise spectral density (NSD) of 1.0 nV/?Hz (at 100 MHz) and excellent distortion performance over a wide frequency range, making it an ideal driver for high speed 12-bit to 16-bit analog-to-digital converters (ADCs). The ADL5569 is ideally suited for use in high performance zero intermediate frequency (IF) and complex IF receiver designs. In addition, this device has excellent low distortion for single-ended input driver applications.Using two external series resistors for each amplifier expands the gain flexibility of the amplifier and allows any gain selection from 6 dB to 20 dB for a differential input. For a single-ended input, the gain can be adjusted from 6 dB to 17 dB with the addition of some external resistors. This device maintains low distortion through its output common-mode range of 2.0 V to 3.0 V, providing a flexible capability for driving ADCs with ac levels up to 2 VP-P.Operating from a single 5 V supply, the quiescent current of the ADL5569 is typically 86 mA per amplifier. When disabled, the amplifiers consume only 8 mA per amplifier.The device is optimized for wideband, low distortion, and low noise operation, giving it unprecedented second harmonic distortion (HD2) and third harmonic distortion (HD3) from dc to 4 GHz. The ADA4099-1 and ADA4099-2 are single/dual robust, precision, rail-to-rail input/output operational amplifiers (op amps) with inputs that operate from ?VS to +VS and beyond, which is referred to in this data sheet as Over-The-Top?. The devices feature offset voltages of ?VS, independent of the +VS supply.The ADA4099-1 and ADA4099-2 are unity-gain stable and can drive loads requiring up to 20 mA per channel. The device can also drive capacitive loads as large as 100 pF. The amplifiers are available with low power shutdown.The ADA4099-1 is available in a standard, 6-lead, thin small outline transistor (TSOT) package. The ADCMP608 is a fast comparator fabricated on XFCB2, an Analog Devices, Inc. proprietary process. This comparator is exceptionally versatile and easy to use. Features include an input range from VEE ? 0.2 V to VCC + 0.2 V, low noise, TTL-/CMOS-compatible output drivers, and shutdown inputs. The device offers 40 ns propagation delays driving a 15 pF load with 10 mV overdrive on 500 ?A typical supply current.A flexible power supply scheme allows the device to operate with a single +2.5 V positive supply and a ?0.2 V to + 2.7 V input signal range up to a +5.5 V positive supply with a ?0.2 V to +5.7 V input signal range.The TTL-/CMOS-compatible output stage is designed to drive up to 15 pF with full rated timing specifications and to degrade in a graceful and linear fashion as additional capacitance is added. The LTC6227 are very fast, low noise rail-to-rail output, unity gain stable single/dual op amps, with a gainbandwidth product of 420MHz and a slew rate of 180V/?s. The low input referred voltage noise of only 1nV/?Hz and low distortion of less than ?90dBC for 4VP-P signals at 1MHz makes them ideal for applications that require high dynamic range and deal with very fast signals, such as driving A/D converters.The combination of low offset, low offset drift, high gain (139dB) and high CMRR (114dB) make these excellent devices for high dynamic range applications.The LTC6226 family maintains excellent performance for supply voltages of 2.8V to 11.75V and the devices are fully specified at supplies of 3V, 5V and 10V (?5V).With an input range extending to the negative rail and rail-to-rail output stage, the operational amplifier can accommodate wide swinging signals, and true single supply operation.For space constrained applications, the amplifiers come in 2mm ? 2mm DFN (single) and 3mm ? 3mm DFN (dual) packages.
