The LTC2752 is a dual 16-bit multiplying serial-input, current-output digital-to-analog converter. It operates from a single 3V to 5V supply and is guaranteed monotonic over temperature. The LTC2752A provides full 16-bit performance (±1LSB INL and DNL, max) over temperature without any adjustments. This SoftSpan™ DAC offers six output ranges (up to ±10V) that can be programmed through the 3-wire SPI serial interface, or pinstrapped for operation in a single range. Any on-chip register (including DAC output-range settings) can be read for verification in just one instruction cycle; and if you change register content, the altered register will be automatically read back during the next instruction cycle. Voltage-controlled offset and gain adjustments are also provided; and the power-on reset circuit and CLR pin both reset the DAC outputs to 0V regardless of output range.Applications High Resolution Offset and Gain Adjustment Process Control and Industrial Automation Automatic Test Equipment Data Acquisition Systems

The LTC2655 is a family of Quad I2C 16-/12-Bit Rail-to-Rail DACs with integrated 10ppm/°C max reference. The DACs have built-in high performance, rail-to-rail, output buffers and are guaranteed monotonic. The LTC2655-L has a full-scale output of 2.5V with the integrated reference and operates from a single 2.7V to 5.5V supply. The LTC2655-H has a full-scale output of 4.096V with the integrated reference and operates from a 4.5V to 5.5V supply. Each DAC can also operate with an external reference, which sets the full-scale output to 2 times the external reference voltage. The parts use the 2-wire I2C compatible serial interface. The LTC2655 operates in both the standard mode (maximum clock rate of 100kHz) and the fast mode (maximum clock rate of 400kHz). The LTC2655 incorporates a power-on reset circuit that is controlled by the PORSEL pin. If PORSEL is tied to GND the DACs power-on reset to zero-scale. If PORSEL is tied to VCC, the DACs power-on reset to mid-scale.Applications Mobile Communications Process Control and Industrial Automation Instrumentation Automatic Test Equipment Automotive

The LTC2379-18 is a low noise, low power, high speed 18-bit successive approximation register (SAR) ADC. Operating from a 2.5V supply, the LTC2379-18 has a ±VREF fully differential input range with VREF ranging from 2.5V to 5.1V. The LTC2379-18 consumes only 18mW and achieves ±2LSB INL maximum, no missing codes at 18‑bits with 101.2dB SNR.The LTC2379-18 has a high speed SPI-compatible serial interface that supports 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V and 5V logic while also featuring a daisychain mode. The fast 1.6Msps throughput with no cycle latency makes the LTC2379-18 ideally suited for a wide variety of high speed applications. An internal oscillator sets the conversion time, easing external timing considerations. The LTC2379-18 automatically powers down between conversions, leading to reduced power dissipation that scales with the sampling rate. The LTC2379-18 features a unique digital gain compression (DGC) function, which eliminates the driver amplifier’s negative supply while preserving the full resolution of the ADC. When enabled, the ADC performs a digital scaling function that maps zero-scale code from 0V to 0.1 • VREF and full-scale code from VREF to 0.9 • VREF. For a typical reference voltage of 5V, the full-scale input range is now 0.5V to 4.5V, which provides adequate headroom for powering the driving amplifier from a single 5.5V supply.Applications Medical Imaging High Speed Data Acquisition Portable or Compact Instrumentation Industrial Process Control Low Power Battery-Operated Instrumentation ATE

Each part contains analog input clamp protection, a second-order antialiasing filter, a track-and-hold amplifier, a 16-bit charge redistribution successive approximation analog-to-digital converter (ADC), a flexible digital filter, a 2.5 V reference and reference buffer, and high speed serial and parallel interfaces. The AD7606/AD7606-6/AD7606-4 operate from a single 5 V supply and can accommodate ±10 V and ±5 V true bipolar input signals while sampling at throughput rates up to 200 kSPS for all channels. The input clamp protection circuitry can tolerate voltages up to ±16.5 V. The AD7606 has 1 MΩ analog input impedance regardless of sampling frequency. The single supply operation, on-chip filtering, and high input impedance eliminate the need for driver op amps and external bipolar supplies. The AD7606/AD7606-6/AD7606-4 antialiasing filter has a 3 dB cutoff frequency of 22 kHz and provides 40 dB antialias rejection when sampling at 200 kSPS. The flexible digital filter is pin driven, yields improvements in SNR, and reduces the 3 dB bandwidth.Applications Power-line monitoring and protection systems Multiphase motor control Instrumentation and control systems Multiaxis positioning systems Data acquisition systems (DAS)
