The ADIS16203 is a complete incline-angle measurement system ina single compact package enabled by the Analog Devices, Inc.,iSensor™ integration. By enhancing the Analog Devices iMEMS®sensor technology with an embedded signal processing solution, the ADIS16203 provides factory-calibrated, sensor-to-digital incline-angle data in a convenient format that can be accessed using aserial peripheral interface (SPI). The SPI interface provides access to multiple measurements: 360° linear inclination angles, ±180°linear incline angles, temperature, power supply, and one auxiliaryanalog input. The ADXL327 is a small, low power, complete 3-axis accelerometer with signal conditioned voltage outputs. The product measures acceleration with a minimum full-scale range of ±2 g. It can measure the static acceleration of gravity in tilt-sensing applications, as well as dynamic acceleration, resulting from motion, shock, or vibration.The user selects the bandwidth of the accelerometer using the CX, CY, and CZ capacitors at the XOUT, YOUT, and ZOUT pins. Bandwidths can be selected to suit the application with a range of 0.5 Hz to 1600 Hz for X and Y axes and a range of 0.5 Hz to 550 Hz for the Z axis.The ADXL327 is available in a small, low profile, 4 mm × 4 mm × 1.45 mm, 16-lead, plastic lead frame chip scale package (LFCSP_LQ).

The ADIS16260 and ADIS16265 are programmable digital gyroscopes that combine industry-leading MEMS and signal processing technology in a single compact package. They provide accuracy performance that would require full motion calibration with any other MEMS gyroscope in their class. When power is applied, the ADIS16260 and ADIS16265 automatically start up and begin sampling sensor data, without requiring configuration commands from a system processor. An addressable register structure and a common serial peripheral interface (SPI) provide simple access to sensor data and configuration settings. Many digital processor platforms support the SPI with simple firmware-level instructions.The ADIS16260 and ADIS16265 provide several programmable features for in-system optimization. The ADIS16362 iSensor® is a complete inertial system that includes a triaxis gyroscope and triaxis accelerometer. Each sensor in the ADIS16362 combines industry-leading iMEMS® technology with signal conditioning that optimizes dynamic performance. The factory calibration characterizes each sensor for sensitivity, bias, alignment, and linear acceleration (gyro bias). As a result, each sensor has its own dynamic compensation formulas that provide accurate sensor measurements over a temperature range of −20°C to +70°C.The ADIS16362 provides a simple, cost-effective method for integrating accurate, multiaxis, inertial sensing into industrial systems, especially when compared with the complexity and investment associated with discrete designs. All necessary motion testing and calibration are part of the production process at the factory, greatly reducing system integration time. Tight orthogonal alignment simplifies inertial frame alignment in navigation systems. An improved SPI interface and register structure provide faster data collection and configuration control. The ADIS16362 uses a compatible pinout and the same package as the ADIS1635x family. The ADXL343 is a versatile 3-axis, digital-output, low g MEMS accelerometer. Selectable measurement range and bandwidth, and configurable, built-in motion detection make it suitable for sensing acceleration in a wide variety of applications. Robustness to 10,000 g of shock and a wide temperature range (−40°C to +85°C) enable use of the accelerometer even in harsh environments.The ADXL343 measures acceleration with high resolution (13-bit) measurement at up to ±16g. Digital output data is formatted as 16-bit twos complement and is accessible through either an SPI (3- or 4-wire) or I2C digital interface. The ADXL343 can measure the static acceleration of gravity in tilt-sensing applications, as well as dynamic acceleration resulting from motion or shock.
