ADP7104 20 V, 500 mA, Low Noise, CMOS LDOThe ADP3334 is a member of the ADP333x family of precision low dropout anyCAP® voltage regulators. The ADP3334 operates with an input voltage range of 2.6 V to 11 V and delivers a continuous load current up to 500 mA. The novel anyCAP® architecture requires only a very small 1 µF output capacitor for stability, and the LDO is insensitive to the capacitor’s equivalent series resistance (ESR). This makes ADP3334 stable with any capacitor, including ceramic (MLCC) types for space restricted applications.

The ADP3338 operates with an input voltage range of +2.7 V to +8 V and delivers a load current up to 1 A. The ADP3338 stands out from the conventional LDOs with a novel architecture and an enhanced process that enables it to offer performance advantages and higher output currentthan its competition. Its patented design requires only a 1.0 µF output capacitor for stability. This device is insensitive to output capacitor Equivalent Series Resistance (ESR), and is stable with any good quality capacitor, including ceramic (MLCC) types for space-restricted applications.The ADP3338 achieves exceptional accuracy of ±0.9% at room temperature and ±1.8% over temperature, line and load variations. The dropout voltage of the ADP3338 is only 200 mV (typical) at 1 A. This device also includes a safety current limit and thermal overload protection. The LTC2924 is a power supply sequencer designed for use with external N-channel MOSFETs or power supplies with shutdown pins. Four power supplies can be fully sequenced by a single LTC2924 and up to five supplies can be sequenced to a sixth master supply. The LTC2924 requires a minimum of external components, using only two feedback resistors per sequenced power supply and a single resistor to set hysteresis.An internally regulated charge pump provides gate drive voltages for external logic and sub-logic-level MOSFETs. Adding a single capacitor enables an adjustable time delay between power supplies during both Power On and Power Off sequencing. A second capacitor can be added to enable a power good timer for detecting the failure of any power supply to turn on within the selected time. Errors in power supply sequencing and the control input are detected and reported at the FAULT output. The MAX1044 and ICL7660 are monolithic, CMOS switched-capacitor voltage converters that invert, double, divide, or multiply a positive input voltage. They are pin compatible with the industry-standard ICL7660 and LTC1044. Operation is guaranteed from 1.5V to 10V with no external diode over the full temperature range. They deliver 10mA with a 0.5V output drop. The MAX1044 has a BOOST pin that raises the oscillator frequency above the audio band and reduces external capacitor size requirements.The MAX1044/ICL7660 combine low quiescent current and high efficiency. Oscillator control circuitry and four power MOSFET switches are included on-chip. Applications include generating a -5V supply from a +5V logic supply to power analog circuitry. The LTC3423 and LTC3424 are high efficiency, fixed frequency, step-up DC/DC converters that can regulate output voltages as low as 1.5V from a single cell. An applied voltage of at least 2.7V to the VDD pin is required to power the internal control circuitry.The devices include a 0.16Ω N-channel MOSFET switch and a 0.21Ω P-channel synchronous rectifier. The LTC3423 is intended for applications requiring less than 0.75W of output power and the LTC3424 for 1.5W or less. Switching frequencies up to 3MHz are programmed with an external timing resistor and the oscillator can be synchronized to an external clock.Quiescent current is only 38µA in Burst Mode operation, maximizing battery life in portable applications. Burst Mode operation is user controlled and can be enabled by driving the MODE/SYNC pin high. If the MODE/SYNC pin has either a clock or is driven low then the operation is at constant fixed frequency.Other features include a 1µA shutdown, thermal shutdown and current limit. The LTC3423 and LTC3424 are available in the 10-lead MSOP package.
