The HMC547 is a general-purpose broadband high isolation nonreflective GaAs MESFET SPDT switch in a ceramic 3 mm x 3 mm leadless surface-mount package or a low cost leadless QFN surface-mount plastic package. Covering DC to 28.0 GHz, the switch offers more than 40 dB isolation and less than 2 dB insertion loss at midband and features >50 dB isolation up to 5 GHz and >45 dB isolation up to 15 GHz. The wide bandwidth, fast switching, and compact size make this absorptive SPDT ideal for military EW/ECM and test equipment applications. The HMC596LP4(E) is a low-cost 4x2 switch matrix in a leadless QFN 4x4 mm surface mount package for use in Satellite/DBS, LNBs and multiswitches from 200 to 3000 MHz. A positive voltage controlled 4 bit decoder is integrated on the switch. The switches may be used in either 75 ohm or 50 ohm systems.Both switch outputs (OP1 & OP2) can independently select any of the four inputs (HH, HL, VH, VL) or simultaneously select the same inputs. Note that the switch is bi-directional and input/output functionality may be interchanged. The HMC849ALP4CE is a high isolation non-reflective DC to 6 GHz GaAs pHEMT SPDT switch in a low cost leadless surface mount package. The switch is ideal for cellular/WiMAX/4G Infrastructure applications yielding up to 60 dB isolation, low 0.8 dB insertion loss and +52 dBm input IP3. Power handling is excellent up through the 5 - 6 GHz WiMAX band with the switch offering a P1dB compression point of +31 dBm. On-chip circuitry allows a single positive voltage control of 0/+3V or 0/+5V at very low DC currents. The AD8153 is an asynchronous, protocol agnostic, single-lane 2:1 switch with three differential CML inputs and three differential CML outputs. The AD8159, another member of the Xstream line of products, is suitable for similar applications that require more than one lane.The AD8153 is optimized for NRZ signaling with data rates of up to 3.2 Gbps per port. Each port offers two levels of input equalization and four levels of output pre-emphasis.The device consists of a 2:1 multiplexer and a 1:2 demultiplexer. There are three operating modes: pin mode, serial mode, and mixed mode. In pin mode, lane switching, equalization, and pre-emphasis are controlled exclusively using external pins. In serial mode, an I2C interface is used to control the device and to provide access to advanced features, such as additional pre- emphasis settings and output disable. In mixed mode, the user accesses the advanced features using I2C, but controls lane switching using the external pins.The main application of the AD8153 is to support redundancy on both the backplane side and the line interface side of a serial link. The ADG5243F comprises three independently selectable, singlepole/double-throw (SPDT) switches. All channels exhibit break-before-make switching action that prevents momentary shorting when switching channels. An EN input enables or disables the device. When disabled, all channels are switched off. Each switch conducts equally well in both directions when on, and each switch has an input signal range that extends to the supplies. The primary supply voltages define the on-resistance profile, whereas the secondary supply voltages define the voltage level at which the overvoltage protection engages.When no power supplies are present, the channel remains in the off condition, and the switch inputs are high impedance. Undernormal operating conditions, if the analog input signal levels on any Sx pin exceed the positive fault voltage (POSFV) or the negative fault voltage (NEGFV) by a threshold voltage (VT), the channel turns off and that Sx pin becomes high impedance. If the switch is selected to be on, then the drain pin is pulled to the secondary supply voltage that was exceeded.
