The AD5641, a member of the nanoDAC® family, is a single, 14-bit, buffered, voltage-out DAC that operates from a single 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply, typically consuming 75 μA at 5 V. The part comes in a tiny LFCSP and SC70 packages. Its on-chip precision output amplifier allows rail-to-rail output swing to be achieved. The AD5641 uses a versatile 3-wire serial interface that operates at clock rates up to 30 MHz and is compatible with SPI®, QSPI™, MICROWIRE™, and DSP interface standards. The reference for AD5641 is derived from the power supply inputs and, therefore, gives the widest dynamic output range. The part incorporates a power-on reset circuit, which ensures that the DAC output powers up to 0 V and remains there until a valid write to the device takes place.The AD5641 contains a power-down feature that reduces current consumption typically to 0.2 μA at 3 V, and provides software-selectable output loads while in power-down mode. The part is put into power-down mode over the serial interface. The low power consumption of the part in normal operation makes it ideally suited to portable battery-operated equipment. The combination of small package and low power makes this nanoDAC device ideal for level-setting requirements such as generating bias or control voltages in space-constrained and power-sensitive applications.PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS Available in a space-saving, 6-lead LFCSP and SC70 packages. Spread-spectrum pulse density modulation is used toprovide lower EMI-radiated emissions compared with otherClass-D architectures.The SSM2305 has a micropower shutdown mode with a maximumshutdown current of 30 nA. Shutdown is enabled by applyinga Logic 0 to the SD pin. The device also includes pop-and-clicksuppression circuitry. This minimizes voltage glitches at theoutput during turn-on and turn-off, thus reducing audible noiseon activation and deactivation.The fully differential input of the SSM2305 provides excellentrejection of common-mode noise on the input. Input couplingcapacitors can be omitted if the dc input common-mode voltageis approximately VDD/2.The SSM2305 has excellent rejection of power supply noise,including noise caused by GSM transmission bursts and RFrectification. The TMP05 / TMP06 are monolithic temperature sensors that generate a modulated serial digital output (PWM), which varies in direct proportion to the temperature of the devices. The high period (TH) of the PWM remains static over all temperatures, while the low period (TL) varies. The B Grade version offers a high temperature accuracy of ±1°C from 0°C to 70°C with excellent transducer linearity. The digital output of the TMP05 / TMP06 is CMOS-/TTL-compatible and is easily interfaced to the serial inputs of most popular microprocessors. The flexible open-drain output of the TMP06 is capable of sinking 5 mA.The TMP05 / TMP06 are specified for operation at supply voltages from 3 V to 5.5 V. Operating at 3.3 V, the supply current is typically 370 μA. The TMP05 / TMP06 are rated for operation over the –40°C to +150°C temperature range. It is not recommended to operate these devices at temperatures above 125°C for more than a total of 5% (5,000 hours) of the lifetime of the devices. They are packaged in low cost, low area SC-70 and SOT-23 packages.The TMP05 / TMP06 have three modes of operation: continuously converting mode, daisy-chain mode, and one shot mode. A three-state FUNC input determines the mode in which the TMP05 / TMP06 operate.The CONV/IN input pin is used to determine the rate at which the TMP05 / TMP06 measures temperature in continuously converting mode and one shot mode. In daisy-chain mode the, CONV/IN pin operates as the input to the daisy chain.PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS The TMP05/TMP06 have an on-chip temperature sensor that allows an accurate measurement of the ambient temperature. The measurable temperature range is –40°C to +150°C. Supply voltage is 3 V to 5.5 V. Space-saving 5-lead SOT-23 and SC-70 packages. Temperature accuracy is typically ±0.5°C. Each part needs a decoupling capacitor to achieve this accuracy. Temperature resolution of 0.025°C. The HMC1034LP6GE is a low-noise, wide-band clock generator IC with a fractional-N Phase Locked Loop (PLL) that features an integrated Voltage Controlled Oscillator (VCO). The device provides differential clock outputs between 125MHz and 3GHz range. The HMC1034LP6GE features low noise Phase Detector (PD) and Delta-Sigma modulator, capable of operating at up to 100MHz, permit wider loop-bandwidths with excellent spectral performance.The HMC1034LP6GE features industry leading phase noise and jitter performance, across the operating range, that enable it to improve link level jitter performance, Bit-Error-Rates (BER) and eye diagram metrics. The HMC1035LP6GE is a low-noise, wide-band 3.3 V clock generator IC with a fractional-N Phase Locked Loop (PLL) that features an integrated Voltage Controlled Oscillator (VCO). The device provides differential clock outputs between 25 MHz and 2500 MHz range. The HMC1035LP6GE features a low noise Phase Detector (PD) and Delta-Sigma modulator, capable of operating at up to 100 MHz which permits wider loop-bandwidths and excellent spurious performance.The HMC1035LP6GE features industry leading phase noise and jitter performance, across the operating range, that enable it to improve link level jitter performance, Bit-Error-Rates (BER) and eye diagram metrics. The superior noise floor (<-162 dBc/Hz) makes the HMC1035LP6GE an ideal source for a variety of applications–such as clock references for high speed data converters, physical layer devices (PHY), serializer/deserializer (SER DES) circuits, FPGAs and processors. The HMC1035LP6GE can also be used as an LO for 10G/40G/100G optical modules and transponders, as well as primary reference clock for 10G/40G/100G line cards, and for jitter attenuation and frequency translation.The differential output of the HMC1035LP6GE can be set to either External Termination, which could be used for LVPECL operation, or Internal Termination for operation in an LVDS compatible mode or LVPECL. Additionally, an ouput swing adjustment makes the device flexible and compatible with a wide variety of signal level requirements. The output can be internally terminated to reduce component count and cost or could be terminated externally using standard LVPECL termination methods. An Output Mute function allows the user to shut off the outputs, such as may be required for board testing or debugging. The LVPECL/LVDS, amplitude select and Output Mute function are all programmed SPI serial programming.The HMC1035LP6GE is designed to select between a Power Priority or a Performance Priority mode.
