ADG731BCPZ
Analog Devices Inc.
The ADG731 / ADG725 are monolithic, CMOS, 32-channel/dual 16-channel analog multiplexers with a serially controlled 3-wire interface. The ADG731 switches one of 32 inputs (S1–S32) to a common output, D. The ADG725 can be configured as a dual mux switching one of 16 inputs to one output, or a differential mux switching one of 16 inputs to a differential output. These mulitplexers utilize a 3-wire serial interface that is compatible with SPI®, QSPI™, MICROWIRE™, and some DSP interface standards. On power-up, the Internal Shift Register contains all zeros and all switches are in the OFF state. These multiplexers are designed on an enhanced submicron process that provides low power dissipation yet gives high switching speed with very low on resistance and leakage currents. They operate from a single supply of 1.8 V to 5.5 V or a ±2.5 V dual supply, making them ideally suited to a variety of applications. On resistance is in the region of a few ohms, is closely matched between switches, and is very flat over the full signal range. These parts can operate equally well as either multiplexers or demultiplexers and have an input signal range that extends to the supplies. In the OFF condition, signal levels up to the supplies are blocked. All channels exhibit break-before-make switching action, preventing momentary shorting when switching channels. The ADG731 and ADG725 are serially controlled 32-channel, and dual/differential 16-channel multiplexers, respectively. They are available in either a 48-lead LFCSP or TQFP package.PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS 3-Wire Serial Interface. 1.8 V to 5.5 V Single-Supply or ±2.5 V Dual-Supply Operation. These parts are specified and guaranteed with 5 V ± 10%, 3 V ± 10% single-supply, and ± 2.5 V ±10% dual-supply rails. On Resistance of 4 W. ADL5315ACPZ-R7
Analog Devices Inc.
The ADL5315 is a wide input current range precision high-side current mirror featuring a stable and user-adjustable input voltage. It is optimized for use with PIN photodiodes, but its flexibility and wide operating range make it suitable for a broad array of additional applications. The part provides a compact solution for the common and often challenging problem of interfacing an optical power monitoring device (such as a log amp) to the cathode-side of a PIN photodiode. The ADL5315 mirrors the current at the cathode at a 1:1 ratio over a six-decade range, producing an output exactly proportional to the reference current monitored. Competing optical current monitors have much higher mirror ratios over narrower dynamic ranges, rendering proportional outputs at very low input currents impossible, while discrete solutions are more tedious to implement and may require significantly more board space.

ADL5391-EVALZ
Analog Devices Inc.
The ADL5391 draws on three decades of experience in advanced analog multiplier products. It provides the same general mathematical function that has been field proven to provide an exceptional degree of versatility in function synthesis:VW = α × (VX x VY)/1 V + VZThe most significant advance in the ADL5391 is the use of anew multiplier core architecture, which differs markedly fromthe conventional form that has been in use since 1970. Theconventional structure that employs a current mode, translinearcore is fundamentally asymmetric with respect to the X and Yinputs, leading to relative amplitude and timing misalignmentsthat are problematic at high frequencies. The new multiplier coreeliminates these misalignments by offering symmetric signalpaths for both X and Y inputs. The Z input allows a signal to beadded directly to the output. This can be used to cancel a carrieror to apply a static offset voltage. The fully differential X, Y, and Z input interfaces are operationalover a ±2 V range, and they can be used in single-ended fashion. The user can apply a common mode at these inputs to varyfrom the internally set VPOS/2 down to ground. If these inputsare ac-coupled, their nominal voltage will be VPOS/2. These inputinterfaces each present a differential 500 Ω input impedance up toapproximately 700 MHz, decreasing to 50 Ω at 2 GHz. The gainscaling input, GADJ, can be used for fine adjustment of the gainscaling constant (α) about unity. The differential output can swing ±2 V about the VPOS/2common-mode and can be taken in a single-ended fashion aswell. The output common mode is designed to interface directlyto the inputs of another ADL5391. Light dc loads can be groundreferenced; however, ac-coupling of the outputs is recommendedfor heavy loads. The ENBL pin allows the ADL5391 to be disabled quickly to astandby mode. It operates off supply voltages from 4.5 V to 5.5 Vwhile consuming approximately 130 mA.The ADL5391 is fabricated on Analog Devices, Inc. proprietary, high performance, 65 GHz, SOI complementary, SiGe bipolarIC process. It is available in a 16-lead, RoHS compliant, LFCSPand operates over a −40°C to +85°C temperature range.Evaluation boards are available.Applications Wideband multiplication and summing High frequency analog modulation Adaptive antennas (diversity/phased array) Square-law detectors and true rms detectors Accurate polynomial function synthesis DC capable VGA with very fast control

ADR435BRMZ-R7
Analog Devices Inc.
The ADR430/ADR431/ADR433/ADR434/ADR435 series is a family of XFET® voltage references featuring low noise, high accuracy, and low temperature drift performance. Using Analog Devices, Inc., temperature drift curvature correction and extra implanted junction FET (XFET) technology, voltage change vs. temperature nonlinearity in the ADR430/ADR431/ADR433/ADR434/ADR435 is minimized. The XFET references operate at lower current (800 μA) and lower supply voltage headroom (2 V) than buried Zener references. Buried Zener references require more than 5 V of headroom for operation. The ADR430/ADR431/ADR433/ADR434/ADR435 XFET references are low noise solutions for 5 V systems. The ADR430/ADR431/ADR433/ADR434/ADR435 family has the capability to source up to 30 mA of output current and sink up to −20 mA. It also comes with a trim terminal to adjust the output voltage over a ±0.5% range without compromising performance. The ADR430/ADR431/ADR433/ADR434/ADR435 are available in 8-lead MSOP and 8-lead narrow SOIC packages. All versions are specified over the extended industrial temperature range of −40°C to +125°C.Applications Precision data acquisition systems High resolution data converters Medical instruments Industrial process control systems Optical control circuits Precision instruments

Analog Devices Inc.
The Blackfin® Processor family has been expanded to address the ever-increasing need for pervasive embedded network connectivity. This connectivity is powerful when utilized in conjunction with the high performance 16-/32-bit Blackfin embedded processor core, the flexible cache architecture, the enhanced DMA subsystem, and the Dynamic Power Management (DPM) functionality. System designers can take advantage of the combined control and signal processing capabilities of the processor core across a wide range of end applications through the scalability of the pin and code compatibility of these new family members. The ADSP-BF536 and ADSP-BF537 are a functional extension of the popular ADSP-BF531 / ADSP-BF532 / ADSP-BF533 processors, and they are ideally suited for a variety of networked applications. The ADSP-BF537 is the higher performance series member, with more embedded memory enabling higher throughput needs for embedded applications suchas video security/surveillance and industrial-environment-based distributed control/factory automation applications. The ADSP-BF536 offers exceptional performance and is designed for low cost connected devices such as remote monitoring devices, VoIP, point-of-sale terminals, and biometrics/security applications. Both devices are ideally suited for a broadrange of industrial, instrumentation, medical, and consumer appliance applications— allowing for scalability based upon the required network bandwidth and mix of control, plus signal processing needed in the end product.
