The LTC3111 is a fixed frequency, synchronous buckboost DC/DC converter with an extended input and output range. The unique 4-switch, single inductor architecture provides low noise and seamless operation from input voltages above, below or equal to the output voltage.With an input and output range of 2.5V to 15V, the LTC3111 is well suited for a wide variety of single or multiple-cell batteries, back-up capacitor or wall adapter source applications. Low RDS(ON) internal N-channel MOSFET switches and selectable PWM or Burst Mode operation produce high efficiency over a wide range of operating conditions. An accurate RUN pin allows the user to program the turn-on threshold voltage of the converter. The ADF41020 frequency synthesizer can be used to implement local oscillators as high as 18 GHz in the up conversion and down conversion sections of wireless receivers and transmitters. It consists of a low noise, digital phase frequency detector (PFD), a precision charge pump, a programmable reference divider, and high frequency programmable feedback dividers (A, B, and P). A complete phase-locked loop (PLL) can be implemented if the synthesizer is used with an external loop filter and voltage controlled oscillator (VCO). The synthesizer can be used to drive external microwave VCOs via an active loop filter. Its very high bandwidth means a frequency doubler stage can be eliminated, simplifying system architecture and reducing cost. The ADF41020 is software-compatible with the existing ADF4106/ADF4107/ADF4108 family of devices from Analog Devices, Inc. The ADAS3022 is a complete 16-bit, 1 MSPS, successive approximation–based analog-to-digital data acquisition system, which is manufactured on Analog Devices, Inc., proprietary iCMOS® high voltage industrial process technology. The device integrates an 8-channel, low leakage multiplexer; a high impedance programmable gain instrumentation amplifier (PGIA) stage with high common-mode rejection; a precision, low drift 4.096 V reference and buffer; and a 16-bit charge redistribution analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with successive approximation register (SAR) architecture. The ADAS3022 can resolve eight single-ended inputs or four fully differential inputs up to ±24.576 V when using ±15 V supplies. The ADE7880 is high accuracy, 3-phase electrical energy measurement IC with serial interfaces and three flexible pulse outputs. The ADE7880 device incorporates second-order sigma-delta (Σ-Δ) analog-to-digital converters (ADCs), a digital integrator, reference circuitry, and all of the signal processing required to perform the total (fundamental and harmonic) active, and apparent energy measurements, rms calculations, as well as fundamental-only active and reactive energy measurements. In addition, the ADE7880 computes the rms of harmonics on the phase and neutral currents and on the phase voltages, together with the active, reactive, and apparent power, and the power factor and harmonic distortion on each harmonic for all phases. Total harmonic distortion plus noise (THD + N) is computed for all currents and voltages. A fixed function digital signal processor (DSP) executes this signal processing. The DSP program is stored in the internal ROM memory.The ADE7880 is suitable for measuring active, reactive, and apparent energy in various 3-phase configurations, such as wye or delta services with both three and four wires. The ADE7880 provides system calibration features for each phase, that is, rms offset correction, phase calibration, and gain calibration. The CF1, CF2, and CF3 logic outputs provide a wide choice of power information: total active powers, apparent powers, or the sum of the current rms values, and fundamental active and reactive powers.The ADE7880 contains waveform sample registers that allow access to all ADC outputs. The devices also incorporate power quality measurements, such as short duration low or high voltage detections, short duration high current variations, line voltage period measurement, and angles between phase voltages and currents. Two serial interfaces, SPI and I2C, can be used to communicate with the ADE7880. A dedicated high speed interface, the high speed data capture (HSDC) port, can be used in conjunction with I2C to provide access to the ADC outputs and real-time power information. The ADE7880 also has two interrupt request pins, IRQ0 and IRQ1, to indicate that an enabled interrupt event has occurred. Three specially designed low power modes ensure the continuity of energy accumulation when the ADE7880 is in a tampering situation. The ADG5412F and ADG5413F contain four independently controlled single-pole/single-throw (SPST) switches. The ADG5412F has four switches that turn on with Logic 1 inputs. The ADG5413F has two switches with that turn on and two switches that turn off with Logic 1 inputs. Each switch conducts equally well in both directions when on, and each switch has an input signal range that extends to the supplies. The digital inputs are compatible with 3 V logic inputs over the full operating supply range.When no power supplies are present, the switch remains in the off condition, and the switch inputs are high impedance. Under normal operating conditions, if the analog input signal levels on any Sx pin exceed VDD or VSS by a threshold voltage, VT, then the switch turns off. Input signal levels up to +55 V or −55 V relative to ground are blocked, in both the powered and unpowered condition.The low on resistance of these switches, combined with on-resistance flatness over a significant portion of the signal range make them an ideal solution for data acquisition and gain switching applications where excellent linearity and low distortion are critical.Product Highlights Source pins are protected against voltages greater than the supply rails, up to −55 V and +55 V. The HMC1122 is a 6-bit digital attenuator operating from 0.1 GHz to 6 GHz with a 31.5 dB attenuation control range in 0.5 dB steps.The HMC1122 is implemented in a silicon process, offering very fast settling time, low power consumption, and high ESD robustness. The device features safe state transitions and optimized for excellent step accuracy and high linearity over frequency and temperature range. The RF input and output are internally matched to 50 Ω and do not require any external matching components. The design is bidirectional; therefore, the RF input and output are interchangeable.The HMC1122 operates on a single supply ranging from 3.3 V to 5 V with no performance change due to an on-chip regulator.The device incorporates a driver that provides both serial and parallel control of the attenuator. The device also features a user-selectable power-up state and a serial output port for cascading other serial controlled components.The HMC1122 comes in a RoHS compliant, compact, 4 mm × 4 mm LFCSP package, and is pin compatible to the HMC624A.A fully populated evaluation board is available.
