ADAU1328BSTZ
Analog Devices Inc.
The ADAU1328 is a high performance, single-chip codec that provides two analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) with differential input and eight digital-to-analog converters (DACs) with single-ended output using the Analog Devices, Inc. patented multibit sigma-delta (Σ-Δ) architecture. An SPI port is included, allowing a microcontroller to adjust volume and many other parameters. The ADAU1328 operates from 3.3 V digital and analog supplies. The ADAU1328 is available in a 48-lead (single-ended output) LQFP. Other members of this family include a differential DAC output version. The ADAU1328 is designed for low EMI. This consideration is apparent in both the system and circuit design architectures. By using the on-board PLL to derive the master clock from the LR clock or from an external crystal, the ADAU1328 eliminates the need for a separate high frequency master clock and can also be used with a suppressed bit clock. The digital-to-analog and analog-to-digital converters are designed using the latest ADI continuous time architectures to further minimize EMI. By using 3.3 V supplies, power consumption is minimized, further reducing emissions.APPLICATIONS Home theater systems Set-top boxes Digital audio effects processors

ADG1207YRUZ
Analog Devices Inc.
The ADG1206 and ADG1207 are monolithic iCMOS® analogmultiplexers comprising sixteen single channels and eightdifferential channels, respectively. The ADG1206 switches oneof sixteen inputs to a common output, as determined by the4-bit binary address lines A0, A1, A2, and A3. The ADG1207switches one of eight differential inputs to a common differentialoutput, as determined by the 3-bit binary address lines A0, A1,and A2. An EN input on both devices is used to enable or disablethe device. When disabled, all channels are switched off. Whenon, each channel conducts equally well in both directions andhas an input signal range that extends to the supplies. The industrial CMOS (iCMOS) modular manufacturingprocess combines high voltage complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) and bipolar technologies. It enables thedevelopment of a wide range of high performance analog ICscapable of 33 V operation in a footprint that no other generationof high voltage devices has been able to achieve. Unlike analogICs using conventional CMOS processes, iCMOS componentscan tolerate high supply voltages while providing increasedperformance, dramatically lower power consumption, andreduced package size. The ultralow capacitance and exceptionally low charge injectionof these multiplexers make them ideal solutions for data acquisitionand sample-and-hold applications, where low glitch and fastsettling are required. There is minimumcharge injection over the entire signal range of the device.iCMOS construction also ensures ultralow power dissipation, making the devices ideally suited for portable and battery-poweredinstruments.Applications Audio and video routing Automatic test equipment Data acquisition systems Battery-powered systems Sample-and-hold systems Communication systems

OP27GPZ
Analog Devices Inc.
The OP27 precision operational amplifier combines the low offset and drift of the OP07 with both high speed and low noise. Offsets down to 25 μV and maximum drift of 0.6 μV/°C make the OP27 ideal for precision instrumentation applications. Low noise, en = 3.5 nV/√Hz, at 10 Hz, a low 1/f noise corner frequency of 2.7 Hz, and high gain (1.8 million), allow accurate high-gain amplification of low-level signals. A gain bandwidth product of 8 MHz and a 2.8 V/μs slew rate provide excellent dynamic accuracy in high speed, data-acquisition systems.A low input bias current of ±10 nA is achieved by use of a bias current cancellation circuit. Over the military temperature range, this circuit typically holds IB and IOS to ±20 nA and 15 nA, respectively. The output stage has good load driving capability. A guaranteed swing of ±10 V into 600 Ω and low output distortion make the OP27 an excellent choice for professional audio applications.PSRR and CMRR exceed 120 dB. These characteristics, coupled with long-term drift of 0.2 μV/month, allow the circuit designer to achieve performance levels previously attained only by discrete designs.Low cost, high volume production of OP27 is achieved by using an on-chip Zener zap-trimming network. This reliable and stable offset trimming scheme has proven its effectiveness over many years of production history. The OP27 provides excellent performance in low noise, high accuracy amplification of low level signals. Applications include stable integrators, precision summing amplifiers, precision voltage threshold detectors, comparators, and professional audio circuits such as tape heads and microphone preamplifiers.

OP295GSZ-REEL7
Analog Devices Inc.
Rail-to-rail output swing combined with dc accuracy are the key features of the OP495 quad and OP295 dual CBCMOS operational amplifiers. By using a bipolar front end, lower noise and higher accuracy than those of CMOS designs have been achieved. Both input and output ranges include the negative supply, providing the user with zero-in/zero-out capability. For users of 3.3 V systems such as lithium batteries, the OP295/OP495 are specified for 3 V operation.Maximum offset voltage is specified at 300 μV for 5 V operation, and the open-loop gain is a minimum of 1000 V/mV. This yields performance that can be used to implement high accuracy systems, even in single-supply designs. The ability to swing rail-to-rail and supply 15 mA to the load makes the OP295/OP495 ideal drivers for power transistors and H bridges. This allows designs to achieve higher efficiencies and to transfer more power to the load than previously possible without the use of discrete components. For applications such as transformers that require driving inductive loads, increases in efficiency are also possible. Stability while driving capacitive loads is another benefit of this design over CMOS rail-to-rail amplifiers. This is useful for driving coax cable or large FET transistors. The OP295/OP495 are stable with loads in excess of 300 pF.The OP295 and OP495 are specified over the extended indus-trial (−40°C to +125°C) temperature range. The OP295 is available in 8-lead PDIP and 8-lead SOIC_N surface-mount packages. The OP495 is available in 14-lead PDIP and 16-lead SOIC_W surface-mount packages.Applications Battery-operated instrumentation Servo amplifiers Actuator drives Sensor conditioners Power supply control

The OP297 is the first dual op amp to pack precision performance into the space-saving, industry standard 8-pin SO package. Its combination of precision with low power and extremely low input bias current makes the dual OP297 useful in a wide variety of applications.Precision performance of the OP297 includes very low offset, under 50µV, and low drift, below 0.6µV/°C. Open-loop gain exceeds 2000V/mV insuring high linearity in every application. Errors due to common-mode signals are eliminated by the OP297's common-mode rejection of over 120 dB. The OP297's power supply rejection of over 120dB minimizes offset voltage changes experienced in battery powered systems. Supply current of the OP297 is under 625µA per amplifier and it can operate with supply voltages as low a ±2V.The OP297 utilizes a super-beta input stage with bias current cancellation to maintain picoamp bias currents at all temperatures. This is in contrast to FET input op amps whose bias currents start in the picoamp range of 25°C, but double for every 10°C rise in temperature, to reach the nanoamp range above 85°C. Input bias current of the OP297 is under 100pA at 25°C and is under 450pA over the military temperature range.Combining precision, low power and low bias current, the OP297 is ideal for a number of applications including instrumentation amplifiers, log amplifiers, phot-diode preamplifiers and long-term integrators. For a single device, see the OP97; for a quad, see the OP497.

A TRIM terminal is also provided on the device for fine adjustment of the output voltage. The small footprint, wide supply range, and application versatility make the REF0x series of references ideal for general-purpose and space-constrained applications.Newer designs should use the ADR01 / ADR02 / ADR03 / ADR06 series of references, which offer higher accuracy and temperature stability over a wider operating temperature range, while maintaining full pin-for-pin compatibility with the REF01 / REF02 / REF03 series.
