The ADuC7060/ADuC7061 are fully integrated, 8 kSPS, 24-bit data acquisition systems incorporating high performance multi-channel sigma-delta (Σ-Δ) analog-to-digital converters (ADCs), 16-bit/ 32-bit ARM7TDMI® MCU, and Flash/EE memory on a single chip.The ADCs consists of a 5-channel primary ADC and up to an 8-channel auxiliary ADC. The ADCs operate in single-ended or differential input modes. A single channel buffered voltage output DAC is available on-chip. The DAC output range is programmable to one of two voltage ranges.The devices operate from an on-chip oscillator and a PLL gene-rating an internal high frequency clock up to 10.24 MHz. The microcontroller core is an ARM7TDMI, 16-bit/32-bit RISC machine offering up to 10 MIPS peak performance. 4 kB of SRAM and 32 kB of nonvolatile Flash/EE memory are provided on-chip. The ARM7TDMI core views all memory and registers as a single linear array.The ADuC7060/ADuC7061 contain four timers. Timer 1 is wake-up timer with the ability to bring the part out of power saving mode. Timer 2 may be configured as a watchdog timer. A 16-bit PWM with six output channels is also provided.The ADuC7060/ADuC7061 contain an advanced interrupt controller. The vectored interrupt controller (VIC) allows every interrupt to be assigned a priority level. It also supports nested interrupts to a maximum level of eight per IRQ and FIQ. When IRQ and FIQ interrupt sources are combined, a total of 16 nested interrupt levels are supported. The ADXL345 is a small, thin, low power, 3-axis accelerometer with high resolution (13-bit) measurement at up to ±16g. Digital output data is formatted as 16-bit twos complement and is accessible through either a SPI (3- or 4-wire) or I2C digital interface.The ADXL345 is well suited for mobile device applications. It measures the static acceleration of gravity in tilt-sensing applications, as well as dynamic acceleration resulting from motion or shock. Its high resolution (4 mg/LSB) enables measurement of inclination changes less than 1.0°.Several special sensing functions are provided. Activity and inactivitysensing detect the presence or lack of motion by comparingthe acceleration on any axis with user-set thresholds. Tap sensingdetects single and double taps in any direction. Free-fall sensingdetects if the device is falling. These functions can be mappedindividually to either of two interrupt output pins. An integratedmemory management system with a 32-level first in, first out (FIFO)buffer can be used to store data to minimize host processor activityand lower overall system power consumption.Low power modes enable intelligent motion-based power management with threshold sensing and active acceleration measurement at extremely low power dissipation.The ADXL345 is supplied in a small, thin, 3 mm × 5 mm × 1 mm, 14-lead, plastic package. The ADM2795E is a 5 kV rms signal isolated RS-485 transceiver that features up to ±42 V of ac/dc peak bus overvoltage fault protection on the RS-485 bus pins. The device integrates Analog Devices, Inc., iCoupler® technology to combine a 3-channel isolator, RS-485transceiver, and IEC electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) transient protection in a single package. The ADM2795E is aRS-485/RS-422 transceiver that integrates IEC 61000-4-5 Level 4surge protection, allowing up to ±4 kV protection on the RS-485bus pins (A and B). The device has IEC 61000-4-4 Level 4 EFTprotection up to ±2 kV and IEC 61000-4-2 Level 4 ESD protection on the bus pins, allowing this device to withstand up to ±15 kV on the transceiver interface pins without latching up. This device has an extended common-mode input range of ±25 V to improve data communication reliability in noisy environments. TheADM2795E is capable of operating over wide power supply ranges, with a 1.7 V to 5.5 V VDD1 power supply range, allowing interfacing to low voltage logic supplies. The ADM2795E is also fully TIA/EIA RS-485/RS-422 compliant when operated over a3 V to 5.5 V VDD2 power supply. The ADM7172 is a CMOS, low dropout linear regulator (LDO) that operates from 2.3 V to 6.5 V and provides up to 2 A of output current. This high output current LDO is ideal for regulation of high performance analog and mixed-signal circuits operating from 6 V down to 1.2 V rails. Using an advanced proprietary architecture, the device provides high power supply rejection and low noise, and achieves excellent line and load transient response with just a small 4.7 µF ceramic output capacitor. Load transient response is typically 1.5 μs for a 1 mA to 1.5 A load step.The ADM7172 is available in 17 fixed output voltage options. The following voltages are available from stock: 1.3 V, 1.8 V, 2.5 V, 3.0 V, 3.3 V, 4.2 V, and 5.0 V. The ADN88341 is a monolithic TEC controller with an integrated TEC controller. It has a linear power stage, a pulse-width modulation (PWM) power stage, and two zero-drift, rail-to-rail operational amplifiers. The linear controller works with the PWM driver to control the internal power MOSFETs in an H-bridge configuration. By measuring the thermal sensor feedback voltage and using the integrated operational amplifiers as a proportional integral differential (PID) compensator to condition the signal, the ADN8834 drives current through a TEC to settle the temperature of a laser diode or a passive component attached to the TEC module to the programmed target temperature.The ADN8834 supports negative temperature coefficient (NTC) thermistors as well as positive temperature coefficient (PTC) resistive temperature detectors (RTD). The target temperature is set as an analog voltage input either from a digital-to-analog converter (DAC) or from an external resistor divider.The temperature control loop of the ADN8834 is stabilized by PID compensation utilizing the built in, zero drift chopper amplifiers. The internal 2.50 V reference voltage provides a 1% accurate output that is used to bias a thermistor temperature sensing bridge as well as a voltage divider network to program the maximum TEC current and voltage limits for both the heating and cooling modes. The ADP2387 is a synchronous step-down, dc-to-dc regulator with an integrated 44 mΩ, high-side power, metal oxide semiconductor field effect transistor (MOSFET) and an 11 mΩ, synchronous rectifier MOSFET to provide a high efficiency solution in a compact 4 mm × 4 mm LFCSP. This device uses a peak current mode, constant frequency pulse-width modulation (PWM) control scheme for excellent stability and transient response. The switching frequency of the ADP2387 can be programmed between 200 kHz to 1400 kHz.The ADP2387 requires minimal external components and operates from an input voltage of 4.5 V to 20 V. The output voltage can be adjusted from 0.6 V to 90% of the input voltage and delivers up to 6 A of continuous current. Each IC draws less than 110 μA current from the input source when it is disabled.This regulator targets high performance applications that require high efficiency and design flexibility. External compensation and an adjustable soft start function provide design flexibility. The power-good output and precision enable input provide simple and reliable power sequencing. The ADP2389/ADP2390 are current mode control, synchronous step-down, dc-to-dc regulators. They integrate a 17 mΩ high-side power MOSFET and a 4.5 mΩ synchronous rectifier MOSFET to provide a high efficiency solution. The ADP2390 operates in pulse frequency modulation (PFM) mode to improve the system efficiency at light load. The ADP2389/ADP2390 run from an input voltage of 4.5 V to 18 V and can deliver up to 12 A of output current. The output voltage can be adjusted to 0.6 V and the switching frequency can be programmed between 200 kHz to 2200 kHz.The ADP2389/ADP2390 target high performance applications that require high efficiency and design flexibility. External compensation and soft start provide design flexibility. The power-good output and precision enable input provide simple and reliable power sequencing. An enhanced transient response feature improves the load transient performance, which reduces the output capacitance.
