The ADP1710/ADP1711 are low dropout linear regulators that operate from 2.5 V to 5.5 V and provide up to 150 mA of output current. Utilizing a novel scaling architecture, ground current drawn is a very low 40 μA, when driving a 100 μA load, making the ADP1710/ADP1711 ideal for battery-operated portable equipment. The ADP1710 and the ADP1711 are each available in sixteen fixed output voltage options. The ADP1710 is also available in an adjustable version, which allows output voltages that range from 0.8 V to 5 V via an external divider. The ADP1711 allows for a reference bypass capacitor to be connected, which reduces output voltage noise and improves power supply rejection. The ADP1710/ADP1711 are optimized for stable operation with small 1 μF ceramic output capacitors, allowing for good transient performance while occupying minimal board space. An enable pin controls the output voltage on both devices. There is also an under-voltage lockout circuit on both devices, which disables the regulator if IN drops below a minimum threshold. An internal soft start gives a typical start-up time of 80 μs. Short-circuit protection and thermal overload protection circuits prevent damage to the devices in adverse conditions. Both the ADP1710 and the ADP1711 are available in tiny 5 leadTSOT packages, for the smallest footprint solution to all your power needs.ApplicationsMobile phones Digital camera and audio devices Portable and battery-powered equipment Post dc-dc regulation

The ADP1715/ADP1716 are low dropout, CMOS linear regulators that operate from 2.5 V to 5.5 V and provide up to 500 mA of output current. Using an advanced proprietary architecture, they provide high power supply rejection and achieve excellent line and load transient response with just a small 2.2 μF ceramic output capacitor.Three versions of this part are available, one with fixed output voltage options and variable soft start (ADP1715), one with adjustable output voltage and fixed soft start (ADP1715 Adjustable), and one with voltage tracking in fixed output voltage options (ADP1716). The fixed output voltage options are internally set to one of sixteen values between 0.75 V and 3.3 V; the adjustable output voltage can be set to any value between 0.8 V and 5.0 V by an external voltage divider connected from OUT to ADJ. The variable soft start uses an external capacitor at SS to control the output voltage ramp. Tracking limits the output voltage to the at-or-below voltage at the TRK pin.The ADP1715/ADP1716 are available in 8-lead thermally enhanced MSOP packages, making them not only a very compact solution but also providing excellent thermal performance for applications requiring up to 500 mA of output current in a small, low profile footprint.ApplicationsNotebook computersMemory componentsTelecommunications equipmentNetwork EquipmentDSP/FPGA/µP suppliesInstrumentation equipment/data acquisition systems

The AD5570 is a single 16-bit serial input, voltage output DAC that operates from supply voltages of ±11.4 V up to ±16.5 V. Integral linearity (INL) and differential nonlinearity (DNL) are accurate to 1 LSB. During power-up, when the supply voltages are changing, VOUT is clamped to 0 V via a low impedance path. The AD5570 DAC comes complete with a set of reference buffers. The reference buffers allow a single, positive reference to be used. The voltage on REFIN is gained up and inverted internally to give the positive and negative reference for the DAC core. Having the reference buffers on-chip eliminates the need for external components such as inverters, precision amplifiers, and resistors, thereby reducing the overall solution size and cost. The AD5570 uses a versatile 3-wire interface that is compatible with SPI®, QSPI™, MICROWIRE™, and DSP® interface standards. Data is presented to the part as a 16-bit serial word. Serial data is available on the SDO pin for daisy-chaining purposes. Data readback allows the user to read the contents of the DACregister via the SDO pin.Features on the AD5570 include LDAC which is used to update the output of the DAC. The device also has a power-down pin (PD), allowing the DAC to be put into a low power state, and a CLR pin that allows the output to be cleared to 0 V.The AD5570 is available in a 16-lead SSOP.PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS 1 LSB maximum INL and DNL. Buffered voltage output up to ±14 V. Output controlled during power-up. On-board reference buffers. Each DAC contains an on-chip precision output amplifier allows rail-to-rail output swing to be achieved. The AD5602 / AD5612 / AD5622 utilizes a 2-wire I2C-compatible serial interface that operates in standard (100 KHz), fast (400 KHz) and high speed (3.4 MHz) modes. The references for AD5602 / AD5612 / AD5622 are derived from the power supply inputs and to give the widest dynamic output range. Each part incorporates a power-on reset circuit that ensures the DAC output powers up to 0 V and remains there until a valid write takes place to the device. The part contains a power-down feature that reduces the current consumption of the device to <150 nA at 3 V and provides software selectable output loads while in power-down mode. The devices are put into power-down mode over the serial interface. The low power consumption of the AD5602 / AD5612 / AD5622 in normal operation makes them ideally suited to portable battery operated equipment. The power consumption is 0.4 mW at 5 V.PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS Available in 6-lead LFCSP and SC70 packages. Max 100µA power consumption, single-supply operation. This part operates from a single 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply and typically consumes 0.2 mW at 3 V and 0.4 mW at 5 V, making it ideal for battery-powered applications. The on-chip output buffer amplifier allows the output of the DAC to swing rail-to-rail with a typical slew rate of 0.5 V/µs. Reference derived from the power supply. Standard, fast and high speed mode I2C interface. Designed for very low power consumption. Power-down capability. When powered down, the DAC typically consumes <150 nA at 3 V. Power-on-reset and brown out detection.APPLICATIONS Process control Data acquisition systems Portable battery-powered instruments Digital gain and offset adjustment Programmable voltage and current sources Programmable attenuators
