ADCLK948BCPZ-REEL7

Analog Devices Inc.
The ADCLK948 is an ultrafast clock fanout buffer fabricated on the Analog Devices, Inc., proprietary XFCB3 silicon germanium (SiGe) bipolar process. This device is designed for high speed applications requiring low jitter. The device has two selectable differential inputs via the IN_SEL control pin. Both inputs are equipped with center tapped, differential, 100 Ω on-chip termination resistors. The inputs accept dc-coupled LVPECL, CML, 3.3 V CMOS (single-ended), and ac-coupled 1.8 V CMOS, LVDS, and LVPECL inputs. A VREFx pin is available for biasing ac-coupled inputs. The ADCLK948 features eight full-swing emitter coupled logic(ECL) output drivers. For LVPECL (positive ECL) operation, bias VCC to the positive supply and VEE to ground. For ECL operation, bias VCC to ground and VEE to the negative supply. The output stages are designed to directly drive 800 mV eachside into 50 Ω terminated to VCC -2V for a total differential output swing of 1.6V. The ADCLK948 is available in a 32-lead LFCSP and specified for operation over the standard industrial temperature range of −40°C to +85°C.APPLICATIONS Low jitter clock distribution Clock and data signal restoration Level translation Wireless communications Wired communications Medical and industrial imaging ATE and high performance instrumentation

ADG1414BCPZ-REEL7

Analog Devices Inc.
The ADG1414 is a monolithic complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) device containing eight independently selectable switches designed on an industrial CMOS (iCMOS®) process. iCMOS is a modular manufacturing process combining high voltage CMOS and bipolar technologies. iCMOS components can tolerate high supply voltages while providing increased performance, dramatically lower power consumption, and reduce the package size. The ADG1414 is a set of octal SPST (single-pole, single-throw) switches controlled via a 3-wire serial interface. On resistance is closely matched between switches and is very flat over the full signal range. Each switch conducts equally well in both directions and the input signal range extends to the supplies.Data is written to these devices in the form of eight bits; each bit corresponds to one channel. The ADG1414 utilizes a versatile 3-wire serial interface that operates at clock rates of up to 50 MHz and is compatible with standard SPI®, QSPI™, MICROWIRE™, and DSP interface standards. The output of the shift register, SDO, enables a number of these parts to be daisy chained. On power-up, all switches are in the off condition, and the internal registers contain all zeros.PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS 50 MHz serial interface. 9.5 Ω on resistance. 1.6 Ω on-resistance flatness. 24-lead TSSOP and 4 mm × 4 mm LFCSP packages.APPLICATIONS Automatic test equipment Data acquisition systems Battery-powered systems Sample-and-hold systems Audio signal routing Video signal routing Communication systems

The ADG4612 & ADG4613 contain four independent single-pole/single-throw (SPST) switches. The ADG4612 switches areturned on with Logic 1 on the appropriate control input. TheADG4613 has two switches with digital control logic similar tothat of the ADG4612; the logic is inverted on the other twoswitches. Each switch conducts equally well in both directionswhen on and has an input signal range that extends to thesupplies. The ADG4613 exhibits break-before-make switchingaction for use in multiplexer applications. When no power supplies are present the switch remains in theOFF condition and the switch inputs are high impedanceinputs. This ensures that no current flows that may damage theswitch. This is very useful in application where analog signalsmay be present at the switch inputs before power or where theuser has no control over the Power Supply Sequence. In the off condition, signal levels up to 16V are blocked. Also, ifthe analog input signal levels exceed VDD by VT then the switchwill turn off.The ultralow on resistance of these switches make them idealsolutions for data acquisition and gain switching applicationswhere low on resistance and distortion is critical. The fourth generation of SHARC® Processors now includes the low power floating point DSP products – the ADSP-21478 and ADSP-21479 and offers increased performance, hardware-based filter accelerators, audio and application-focused peripherals, and new memory configurations capable of supporting a single chip solution. All devices are pin-compatible with each other and completely code-compatible with all prior SHARC Processors. These newest members of the fourth generation SHARC Processor family are based on a single-instruction, multiple-data (SIMD) core, which supports both 32-bit fixed-point and 32-/40-bit floating-point arithmetic formats and their low power make them particularly suitable for battery powered applications or where a higher ambient operating temperature is required. The ADSP-21479 offers a very low power and high performance – 266 MHz/1596 MFLOPs – in a BGA and LQFP package within the fourth generation SHARC Processor family. This feature of power makes the ADSP-21479 particularly well suited to address the automotive audio and many industrial control segments where low power is a requirement. In addition to its high core performance, the ADSP-21479 includes additional processing blocks such as FIR, IIR, and FFT accelerators to increase the total performance of the system. There is a new feature called Variable Instruction Set Architecture (VISA) that allows the code size to be decreased by 20% to 30% and increase the memory size availability. The fourth generation DSP allows the ability to connect to external memory by providing a glueless interface to 16-bit wide SDR SDRAMs. Fourth-generation SHARC Processors also integrate application-specific peripherals designed to simplify hardware design, minimize design risks, and ultimately reduce time to market. Grouped together, and broadly named the Digital Applications Interface (DAI), these functional blocks may be connected to each other or to external pins via the software-programmable Signal Routing Unit (SRU). The SRU is an innovative architectural feature that enables complete and flexible routing amongst DAI blocks. Peripherals connected through the SRU include but are not limited to serial ports, SPI ports, S/PDIF Tx/Rx, and an 8-Channel asynchronous sample rate converter block. The fourth generation SHARC allows data from the serial ports to be directly transferred to external memory by the DMA controller. Other peripherals such as UART and Two-Wire Interface are routed through a Digital Peripheral Interface (DPI).
