The AD9161 is a high performance, 11-bit digital-to-analog converter (DAC) that supports data rates to 6 GSPS. The DAC core is based on a quad-switch architecture coupled with a 2× interpolator filter that enables an effective DAC update rate of up to 12 GSPS in some modes. The high dynamic range and bandwidth makes these DACs ideally suited for the most demanding high speed radio frequency (RF) DAC applications.In baseband mode, wide bandwidth capability combines with high dynamic range to support DOCSIS 3.1 cable infrastructure compliance from the minimum of two carriers to full maximum spectrum of 1.794 GHz. A 2× interpolator filter (FIR85) enables the AD9161/AD9162 to be configured for lower data rates and converter clocking to reduce the overall system power and ease the filtering requirements. In Mix-Mode™ operation, the AD9161/AD9162 can reconstruct RF carriers in the second and third Nyquist zones up to 7.5 GHz while still maintaining exceptional dynamic range. The output current can be programmed from 8 mA to 38.76 mA. The AD9161/AD9162 data interface consists of up to eight JESD204B serializer/deserializer (SERDES) lanes that are programmable in terms of lane speed and number of lanes to enable application flexibility.A serial peripheral interface (SPI) can configure the AD9161/AD9162 and monitor the status of all registers. The AD9576 provides a multiple output clock generator function comprising two dedicated phase-locked loop (PLL) cores with flexible frequency translation capability, optimized to serve as a robust source of asynchronous clocks for an entire system, providing extended operating life within frequency tolerance through monitoring of and automatic switchover between redundant crystal (XTAL) inputs with minimized switching, induced transients. The fractional-N PLL design is based on the Analog Devices, Inc., proven portfolio of high performance, low jitter frequency synthesizers to maximize network performance, whereas the integer-N PLL provides general-purpose clocks for use as CPU and field-programmable gate array (FPGA) reference clocks.The AD9576 uses pin strapping to select among a multitude of power-on ready configurations for its 11 output clocks, which require only the connection of external pull-up or pull-down resistors to the appropriate pin program reader pins (PPRx). These pins provide control of the internal dividers for establishing the desired frequency translations, clock output functionality, and input reference functionality. These parameters can also be manually configured through a serial port interface (SPI).The AD9576 is packaged in a 64-lead, 9 mm × 9 mm LFCSP, requiring only a single 2.5 V or 3.3 V supply. The ADA4622-1/ADA4622-2/ADA4622-4 are the next generation of the AD820/AD822/AD824 single-supply, rail-to-rail output (RRO), precision junction field effect transistors (JFET) input op amps. The ADA4622-1/ADA4622-2/ADA4622-4 include many improvements that make them desirable as upgrades without compromising the flexibility and ease of use that makes the AD820/AD822/AD824 useful for a wide variety of applications.The input voltage range includes the negative supply and the output swings rail-to-rail. Input EMI filters increase the signal robustness in the face of closely located switching noise sources.The speed, in terms of bandwidth and slew rate, increases along with a strong output drive to improve settling time performance and enables the devices to drive the inputs of modern single-ended, successive approximation register (SAR) analog-to-digital converters (ADCs).Voltage noise is reduced; although the supply current remains the same as the AD820/AD822/AD824, broadband noise is reduced by 25%, and 1/f is reduced by half. DC precision in the ADA4622-1/ADA4622-2/ADA4622-4 improved from the AD820/AD822/AD824 with half the offset and a maximum thermal drift specification added to the ADA4622-1/ADA4622-2/ADA4622-4. The common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR) is improved from the AD820/AD822/AD824 to make the ADA4622-1/ADA4622-2/ADA4622-4 more suitable when used in noninverting gain and difference amplifier configurations.The ADA4622-1/ADA4622-2/ADA4622-4 are specified for operation over the extended industrial temperature range of −40°C to +125°C, and operate from 5 V to 30 V, with specifications at +5 V, ±5 V, and ±15 V. The ADA4622-1 is available in a 5-lead SOT-23 package and an 8-lead LFCSP package. The ADA4622-2 is available in an 8-lead SOIC_N package, an 8-lead MSOP package, and an 8-lead LFCSP package.
