The ADuM4135 is a single-channel gate driver specificallyoptimized for driving insulated gate bipolar transistors (IGBTs).Analog Devices, Inc., iCoupler® technology provides isolationbetween the input signal and the output gate drive.The ADuM4135 includes a Miller clamp to provide robust IGBT turn-off with a single-rail supply when the gate voltage drops below 2 V (typical). Operation with unipolar or bipolar secondary supplies is possible, with or without the Miller clamp operation.The Analog Devices chip scale transformers also provide isolated communication of control information between the high voltage and low voltage domains of the chip. Information on the status of the chip can be read back from dedicated outputs. Control of resetting the device after a fault on the secondary is performed on the primary side of the device.Integrated onto the ADuM4135 is a desaturation detection circuit that provides protection against high voltage short-circuit IGBT operation. The desaturation protection contains noise reducing features such as a 370 ns (typical) masking time after a switching event to mask voltage spikes due to initial turn-on. The ADUX1020 is a highly efficient photometric sensor with an integrated 14-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) and a 20-bit burst accumulator that works in concert with a flexible light emitting diode (LED) driver. It is designed to modulate a LED and measure the corresponding optical return signal. The digital engine includes circuitry and control for data aggregation and proximity detection.The data output and device configuration use a 1.8 V I2C interface. The control circuitry includes flexible LED pulse width and period generation combined with synchronous detection. This circuitry is complemented by a low noise, low power, and wide dynamic range configurable analog front end (AFE), clock generation, LED driver, and digital logic for position and smart sample mode (event driven x, y coordinates, relative z data). The OP221 is a monolithic dual operational amplifier that can be used either in single or dual supply operation. The wide supply voltage range, wide input voltage range, and low supply current drain of the OP221 make it well-suited for operation from batteries or unregulated power supplies.The excellent specifications of the individual amplifiers combined with the tight matching and temperature tracking between channels provided high performance in instrumentation amplifier designs. The individual amplifiers feature extremely low input offset voltage, low offset voltage drift, low noise voltage, and low bias current. They are fully compensated and protected.Matching between channels is provided on all critical parameters including input offset voltage, tracking of offset voltage vs. temperature, non-inverting bias currents, and common-mode rejection.

The AD8009 is an ultrahigh speed current feedback amplifier with a phenomenal 5,500 V/µs slew rate that results in a rise time of 545 ps, making it ideal as a pulse amplifier.The high slew rate reduces the effect of slew rate limiting and results in the large signal bandwidth of 440 MHz required for high resolution video graphic systems. Signal quality is maintained over a wide bandwidth with worst case distortion of -40 dBc @ 250 MHz (G = +10, 1 V p-p). For applications with multitone signals such as IF signal chains, the third order Intercept (3IP) of 12 dBm is achieved at the same frequency. This distortion performance coupled with the current feedback architecture make the AD8009 a flexible component for a gain stage amplifier in IF/RF signal chains.The AD8009 is capable of delivering over 175 mA of load current and will drive four back terminated video loads while maintaining low differential gain and phase error of 0.02% & 0.04° respectively. The AD8061/AD8062/AD8063 are rail-to-rail output voltage feedback amplifiers offering ease of use and low cost. They have a bandwidth and slew rate typically found in current feedback amplifiers. All have a wide input common-mode voltage range and output voltage swing, making them easy to use on single supplies as low as 2.7 V.Despite being low cost, the AD8061/AD8062/AD8063 provide excellent overall performance. The AD8065/AD80661 FastFET™ amplifiers are voltage feedback amplifiers with FET inputs offering high performance and ease of use. The AD8065 is a single amplifier, and the AD8066 is a dual amplifier.
