AD5292BRUZ-20-RL7

Analog Devices Inc.
The AD5291 and AD5292 are single-channel, 256-/1024-position digital potentiometers that combine industry leading variable resistor performance with nonvolatile memory (NVM) in a compact package. These devices are capable of operating across a wide voltage range, supporting both dual supply operation at ±10.5 V to ±16.5 V and single supply operation at +21 V to +33 V, while ensuring less than 1% end-to-end resistor tolerance error and offering 20-time programmable (20-TP) memory. The guaranteed industry leading low resistor tolerance error feature simplifies open-loop applications as well as precision calibration and tolerance matching applications. The AD5291 and AD5292 device wiper settings are controllable through the SPI digital interface. Unlimited adjustments are allowed before programming the resistance value into the 20-TP memory. The AD5291 and AD5292 do not require any external voltage supply to facilitate fuse blow, and there are 20 opportunities for permanent programming. During 20-TP activation, a permanent blow fuse command freezes the wiper position (analogous to placing epoxy on a mechanical trimmer). The AD5291 and AD5292 are available in a compact 14-lead TSSOP package. The part is guaranteed to operate over the extended industrial temperature range of −40°C to +105°C.APPLICATIONS Mechanical potentiometer replacement Instrumentation: gain and offset adjustment Programmable voltage-to-current conversion Programmable filters, delays, and time constants Programmable power supply Low resolution DAC replacement Sensor calibration

Analog Devices Inc.
The AD5821A is a single, 10-bit digital-to-analog converter (DAC) with output current sinking capability of 120 mA. It features an internal reference and operates from a single 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply. The DAC is controlled via a 2-wire, I2C®-compatible serial interface that operates at clock rates up to 400 kHz.The AD5821A incorporates a power-on reset circuit that ensures the DAC output powers up to 0 V and remains there until a valid write takes place. It has a power-down feature that reduces the current consumption of the device to 1 μA maximum. The AD5821A is designed for autofocus, image stabilization, and optical zoom applications in camera phones, digital still cameras, and camcorders. The AD5821A is also suitable for many industrial applications, such as controlling temperature, light, and movement without derating over temperatures ranging from −30°C to +85°C.The I2C 7-bit address for the AD5821A is 0xC.

AD712JRZ-REEL

Analog Devices Inc.
The AD712 is a high speed, precision monolithic operational amplifier offering high performance at very modest prices. Its very low offset voltage and offset voltage drift are the results of advanced laser wafer trimming technology. These performance benefits allow the user to easily upgrade existing designs that use older precision BiFETs and, in many cases, bipolar op amps. The superior ac and dc performance of this op amp makes it suitable for active filter applications. With a slew rate of 16 V/µs and a settling time of 1 µs to ±0.01%, the AD712 is ideal as a buffer for 12-bit D/A and A/D Converters and as a high-speed integrator. The settling time is unmatched by any similar IC amplifier. The combination of excellent noise performance and low input current also make the AD712 useful for photo diode preamps. Common-mode rejection of 88 dB and open loop gain of 400 V/mV ensure 12-bit performance even in high-speed unity gain buffer circuits. The AD712 is pinned out in a standard op amp configuration and is available in seven performance grades. The AD712J and AD712K are rated over the commercial temperature range of 0°C to +70°C. The AD712A, AD712B and AD712C are rated over the industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The AD712S and AD712T are rated over the military temperature range of -55°C to +125°C and are available processed to MIL-STD- 883B, Rev. C. Extended reliability PLUS screening is available, specified over the commercial and industrial temperature ranges. PLUS screening includes 168-hour burn-in, as well as other environmental and physical tests. The AD712 is available in an 8-pin plastic mini-DIP, SOIC, cerdip, TO-99 metal can, or in chip form. ADE7761BARSZ

Analog Devices Inc.
The ADE7761B is a high accuracy, fault-tolerant, electrical energy measurement IC intended for use with 2-wire distribution systems. The part specifications surpass the accuracy requirements as quoted in the IEC 62053-21 standard. The only analog circuitry used on the ADE7761B is in the ADCs and reference circuit. All other signal processing (such as multiplication and filtering) is carried out in the digital domain. This approach provides superior stability and accuracy over extremes in environmental conditions and over time. The ADE7761B incorporates a fault detection scheme similar to the ADE7751 by continuously monitoring both phase and neutral currents. A fault is indicated when the currents differ by more than 6.25%.The ADE7761B incorporates a missing neutral detection scheme by continuously monitoring the input voltage. When a missing neutral condition is detected (no voltage input), the ADE7761B continues billing based on the active current signal (see the Missing Neutral Mode section). The missing neutral condition is indicated when the FAULT pin goes high. The ADE7761B supplies average active power information on the low frequency outputs, F1 and F2. The CF logic output gives instantaneous active power information. The ADE7761B includes a power supply monitoring circuit on the VDD supply pin. Internal phase matching circuitry ensures that the voltage and current channels are matched. An internal no-load threshold ensures that the ADE7761B does not exhibit any creep when there is no load.

Analog Devices Inc.
The ADG601 / ADG602 are monolithic, CMOS single-pole single-throw (SPST) switches with on resistance typically less than 2.5 Ω. The low on-resistance flatness makes the ADG601 / ADG602 ideally suited to many applications, particularly those requiring low distortion. These switches are ideal replacements for mechanical relays because they are more reliable, have lower power requirements, and are available in much smaller package sizes. The ADG601 is a normally open (NO) switch, and the ADG602 is a normally closed (NC) switch. Each switch conducts equally well in both directions when the device is on, with the input signal range extending to the supply rails. The switches are available in tiny, 6-lead SOT-23; 8-lead MSOP; and 820 μm × 2255 μm die.PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS Low on resistance (2 Ω typical) Dual ±2.7 V to ±5.5 V or single +2.7 V to +5.5 V supplies Tiny, 6-lead SOT-23; 8-lead MSOP; and 820 μm × 2255 μm die Rail-to-rail input signal rangeAPPLICATIONS Automatic test equipment Power routing Communication systems Data acquisition systems Sample-and-hold systems Avionics Relay replacement Battery-powered systems

ADG609BRUZ-REEL7

Analog Devices Inc.
The ADG609 is a monolithic CMOS analog multiplexer comprising four differential channels. The ADG609 switches one of four differential inputs to a common differential output as determined by the 2-bit binary address lines A0 and A1. An EN input on both devices is used to enable or disable the device. When disabled, all channels are switched OFF.The ADG609 is designed on an enhanced LC2 MOS process which provides low power dissipation yet gives high switching speed and low on resistance. Each channel conducts equally well in both directions when ON and has an input signal range which extends to the supplies. In the OFF condition, signal levels up to the supplies are blocked. All channels exhibit break before make switching action preventing momentary shorting when switching channels. Inherent in the design is low charge injection for minimum transients when switching the digital inputs.
