The ADuM3210/ADuM3211 are dual-channel, digital isolators based on Analog Devices, Inc., iCoupler® technology. Combining high speed CMOS and monolithic transformer technology, this isolation component provides outstanding performance characteristics superior to alternatives such as optocoupler devices.By avoiding the use of LEDs and photodiodes, iCoupler devices remove the design difficulties commonly associated with optocouplers. The typical optocoupler concerns regarding uncertain current transfer ratios, nonlinear transfer functions, and temperature and lifetime effects are eliminated with the simple iCoupler digital interfaces and stable performance characteristics. The need for external drivers and other discrete components is eliminated with these iCoupler products. Furthermore, iCoupler devices consume one-tenth to one- sixth the power of optocouplers at comparable signal data rates.The ADuM3210/ADuM3211 isolators provide two independent isolation channels in two channel configurations with data rates up to 25 Mbps (see the Ordering Guide). They operate with 3.3 V or 5 V supply voltages on either side, providing compatibility with lower voltage systems, as well as enabling voltage translation functionality across the isolation barrier. The ADuM3210/ADuM3211 isolators have a default output low characteristic in comparison to the ADuM3200/ADuM3201 models, which have a default output high characteristic. The ADuM3210W and ADuM3211W models are automotive grade versions qualified for 125°C operation.In comparison to the ADuM1200/ADuM1201 isolator, the ADuM3210/ADuM3211 isolators contain various circuit and layout changes providing increased capability relative to system-level IEC 61000-4-x testing (ESD, burst, and surge). The ADXL327 is a small, low power, complete 3-axis accelerometer with signal conditioned voltage outputs. The product measures acceleration with a minimum full-scale range of ±2 g. It can measure the static acceleration of gravity in tilt-sensing applications, as well as dynamic acceleration, resulting from motion, shock, or vibration.The user selects the bandwidth of the accelerometer using the CX, CY, and CZ capacitors at the XOUT, YOUT, and ZOUT pins. Bandwidths can be selected to suit the application with a range of 0.5 Hz to 1600 Hz for X and Y axes and a range of 0.5 Hz to 550 Hz for the Z axis.The ADXL327 is available in a small, low profile, 4 mm × 4 mm × 1.45 mm, 16-lead, plastic lead frame chip scale package (LFCSP_LQ).

The LTC4110 is a complete single chip, high efficiency, flyback battery charge and discharge manager with automatic switchover between the input supply and the backup battery or super capacitor. The IC provides four modes of operation: battery backup, battery charge, battery calibration and shutdown. Battery backup and battery charge are automatic standalone modes, while the optional calibration mode requires a CPU host to communicate over an SMBus. During calibration the flyback charger is used in reverse to discharge the battery with a programmable constant current into the system load eliminating heat generation. Three status outputs can be individually reconfigured over the SMBus to become GPIOs. User programmable over-discharge protection is provided. The SHDN pin isolates the battery to support shipping the product with a charged battery installed. Multiple LTC4110s can be combined to form a redundant battery backup system or increase the number of battery packs to achieve longer backup run times. The LTC4110 is available in a low profile (0.75mm), 38-pin 5mm × 7mm QFN package. The AD5560 is a high performance, highly integrated device power supply consisting of programmable force voltages and measure ranges. This part includes the required DAC levels to set the programmable inputs for the drive amplifier, as well as clamping and comparator circuitry. Offset and gain correction is included on-chip for DAC functions. A number of programmable measure current ranges are available: five internal fixed ranges and two external customer-selectable ranges (EXTFORCE1 and EXTFORCE2) that can supply currents up to ±1.2 A and ±500 mA, respectively. The voltage range possible at this high current level is limited by headroom and the maximum power dissipation. Current ranges in excess of ±1.2 A or at high current and high voltage combinations can be achieved by paralleling or ganging multiple DPS devices. The AD5623R-3/AD5643R-3/AD5663R-3 have a 1.25 V, 5 ppm/°C reference, giving a full-scale output of 2.5 V; and the AD5623R-5/ AD5643R-5/AD5663R-5 have a 2.5 V, 5 ppm/°C reference, giving a full-scale output of 5 V. The on-chip reference is off at power-up, allowing the use of an external reference; and all devices can be operated from a single 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply.
