The AD8691, AD8692, and AD8694 are low cost, single, dual, and quad rail-to-rail output, single-supply amplifiers featuring low offset and input voltages, low current noise, and wide signal bandwidth. The combination of low offset, low noise, very low input bias currents, and high speed make these amplifiers useful in a wide variety of applications. Filters, integrators, photodiode amplifiers, and high impedance sensors all benefit from this combination of performance features. Audio and other ac applications benefit from the wide bandwidth and low distortion of these devices. Applications for these amplifiers include power amplifier (PA) controls, laser diode control loops, portable and loop-powered instrumentation, audio amplification for portable devices, and ASIC input and output amplifiers. The small SC70 and TSOT package options for the AD8691 allow it to be placed next to sensors, thereby reducing external noise pickup. The AD8691, AD8692, and AD8694 are specified over the extended industrial temperature range of −40°C to +125°C. The AD8691 single is available in 5-lead SC70 and 5-lead TSOT packages. The AD8692 dual is available in 8-lead MSOP and narrow SOIC surface-mount packages. The AD8694 quad is available in 14-lead TSSOP and narrow 14-lead SOIC packages. The AD9215 is a family of monolithic, single 3 V supply, 10-bit, 65/80/105 MSPS analog-to-digital converters (ADC). This family features a high performance sample-and-hold amplifier (SHA) and voltage reference. The AD9215 uses a multistage differential pipelined architecture with output error correction logic to provide 10-bit accuracy at 105 MSPS data rates and to guarantee no missing codes over the full operating temperature range.The wide bandwidth, truly differential sample-and-hold amplifier (SHA) allows for a variety of user-selectable input ranges and offsets including single-ended applications. It is suitable for multiplexed systems that switch full-scale voltage levels in successive channels and for sampling single-channel inputs at frequencies well beyond the Nyquist rate. Combined with power and cost savings over previously available ADCs, the AD9215 is suitable for applications in communications, imaging, and medical ultrasound.A single-ended clock input is used to control all internal conversion cycles. A duty cycle stabilizer compensates for wide variations in the clock duty cycle while maintaining excellent performance. The digital output data is presented in straight binary or twos complement formats. An out-of-range signal indicates an overflow condition, which can be used with the MSB to determine low or high overflow.Fabricated on an advanced CMOS process, the AD9215 is available in both a 28-lead surface-mount plastic package and a 32-lead chip scale package and is specified over the industrial temperature range of −40°C to +85°C.PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS The AD9215 operates from a single 3 V power supply and features a separate digital output driver supply to accommodate 2.5 V and 3.3 V logic families. Operating at 105 MSPS, the AD9215 core ADC consumes a low 120 mW; at 80 MSPS, the power dissipation is 104 mW; and at 65 MSPS, the power dissipation is 96 mW. The patented SHA input maintains excellent performance for input frequencies up to 200 MHz and can be configured for single-ended or differential operation. The AD9215 is part of several pin compatible 10-, 12-, and 14-bit low power ADCs. This allows a simplified upgrade from 10 bits to 12 bits for systems up to 80 MSPS. The clock duty cycle stabilizer maintains converter performance over a wide range of clock pulse widths. The AD9888 is a complete 8-bit, 170 MSPS, monolithic analog interface optimized for capturing RGB graphics signals from personal computers and workstations. Its 170 MSPS encode rate capability and full-power analog bandwidth of 500 MHz supports resolutions of up to 1600 × 1200 (UXGA) at 75 Hz.For ease of design and to minimize cost, the AD9888 is a fully integrated interface solution for flat panel displays. The AD9888 includes an analog interface that has a 170 MHz triple ADC with an internal 1.25 V reference phase-locked loop (PLL) to generate a pixel clock from HSYNC and COAST; midscale clamping; and programmable gain, offset, and clamp controls. The user provides only a 3.3 V power supply, analog input, and HSYNC and COAST signals. Three-state CMOS outputs can be powered from 2.5 V to 3.3 V.The on-chip PLL of the AD9888 generates a pixel clock from the HSYNC and COAST inputs. Pixel clock output frequencies range from 10 MHz to 170 MHz. PLL clock jitter is typically less than 450 ps p-p at 170 MSPS. When the COAST signal is presented, the PLL maintains its output frequency in the absence of HSYNC. A sampling phase adjustment is provided. Data, HSYNC, and clock output phase relationships are maintained. The PLL can be disabled, and an external clock input can be provided as the pixel clock. The AD9888 also offers full sync processing for composite sync and sync-on-green applications.A CLAMP signal is generated internally or can be provided by the user through the CLAMP input pin. This device is fully programmable via a 2-wire serial port.Fabricated in an advanced CMOS process, the AD9888 is provided in a space-saving, 128-lead, MQFP, surface-mount, plastic package and is specified over the 0°C to 70°C temperature range. The AD9978 is a highly integrated, dual-channel CCD signal processor for high speed digital video camera applications. Each channel is specified at pixel rates of up to 65 MHz and consists of a complete analog front end with ADC conversion. The Precision Timing™ core allows adjustment of the correlated double sampler (CDS) and sample-and-hold amplifier (SHA) clocks with 240 ps resolution at 65 MHz operation. The AD9978 also contains a reduced range, low voltage differential signaling (LVDS) interface for the dual-channel data outputs.Each analog front end includes black level clamping, a CDS, a VGA, and a 65 MHz, 14-bit ADC. The AD9984A is a complete 10-bit, 170 MSPS, monolithic analog interface optimized for capturing YPbPr video and RGB graphics signals. Its 170 MSPS encode rate capability and full power analog bandwidth of 300 MHz support all HDTV video modes up to 1080p, as well as graphics resolutions up to UXGA (1600 × 1200 at 60 Hz). The AD9984A includes a 170 MHz triple ADC with an internal reference, a PLL, and programmable gain, offset, and clamp control. The user provides only a 1.8 V power supply and an analog input. Three-state CMOS outputs can be powered from 1.8 V to 3.3 V. The AD9984A on-chip PLL generates a sample clock from the tri-level sync (for YPbPr video) or the horizontal sync (for RGB graphics). Sample clock output frequencies range from 10 MHz to 170 MHz. With internal coast generation, the PLL maintains its output frequency in the absence of a sync input. A 32-step sampling clock phase adjustment is provided. Output data, sync, and clock phase relationships are maintained. The auto-offset feature can be enabled to automatically restore the signal reference levels and calibrate out any offset differences between the three channels. The auto channel-to-channel gain-matching feature can be enabled to minimize any gain mismatches between the three channels. The AD9984A also offers full sync processing for composite sync and sync-on-green applications. A clamp signal is generated internally or can be provided by the user through the CLAMP input pin. The AD9984A is a complete 10-bit, 170 MSPS, monolithic analog interface optimized for capturing YPbPr video and RGB graphics signals. Its 170 MSPS encode rate capability and full power analog bandwidth of 300 MHz support all HDTV video modes up to 1080p, as well as graphics resolutions up to UXGA (1600 × 1200 at 60 Hz). The AD9984A includes a 170 MHz triple ADC with an internal reference, a PLL, and programmable gain, offset, and clamp control. The user provides only a 1.8 V power supply and an analog input. Three-state CMOS outputs can be powered from 1.8 V to 3.3 V. The AD9984A on-chip PLL generates a sample clock from the tri-level sync (for YPbPr video) or the horizontal sync (for RGB graphics). Sample clock output frequencies range from 10 MHz to 170 MHz. With internal coast generation, the PLL maintains its output frequency in the absence of a sync input. A 32-step sampling clock phase adjustment is provided. Output data, sync, and clock phase relationships are maintained. The auto-offset feature can be enabled to automatically restore the signal reference levels and calibrate out any offset differences between the three channels. The auto channel-to-channel gain-matching feature can be enabled to minimize any gain mismatches between the three channels. The AD9984A also offers full sync processing for composite sync and sync-on-green applications. A clamp signal is generated internally or can be provided by the user through the CLAMP input pin. Fabricated in an advanced CMOS process, the AD9984A is provided in a space-saving, Pb-free, 80-lead low profile quad flat package (LQFP) or 64-lead lead frame chip scale package (LFCSP) and is specified over the 0°C to 70°C temperature range.APPLICATIONSAdvanced TVs Plasma display panels LCDTV HDTV RGB graphics processing LCD monitors and projectors Scan converters

The ADA4851-1 (single), ADA4851-2 (dual), and ADA4851-4 (quad) are low cost, high speed, voltage feedback rail-to-rail output op amps. Despite their low price, these parts provide excellent overall performance and versatility. The 130 MHz, −3 dB bandwidth and high slew rate make these amplifiers well suited for many general-purpose, high speed applications.The ADA4851 family is designed to operate at supply voltages as low as +3 V and up to ±5 V. These parts provide true single-supply capability, allowing input signals to extend 200 mV below the negative rail and to within 2.2 V of the positive rail. On the output, the amplifiers can swing within 60 mV of either supply rail.With their combination of low price, excellent differential gain (0.08%), differential phase (0.09º), and 0.1 dB flatness out to 11 MHz, these amplifiers are ideal for consumer video applications.The ADA4851 family is designed to work over the extended temperature range (−40°C to +125°C). The ADA4851-4W and ADA4851-2W are automotive grade versions, qualified for −40°C to +125°C operation per AEC-Q100.
