ADL8105ACPZN
Analog Devices Inc.
The ADL8105 is a gallium arsenide (GaAs), monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC), pseudomorphic high electron mobility transistor (pHEMT), low noise wideband amplifier that operates from 5 GHz to 20 GHz.The ADL8105 provides a typical gain of 27 dB at 12 GHz to 17 GHz, a 1.8 dB typical noise figure from 12 GHz to 17 GHz, a typical output third-order intercept (OIP3) of 30.5 dBm at 12 GHz to 17 GHz, and a saturated output power (PSAT) of up to 20.5 dBm, requiring only 90 mA from a 5 V supply voltage. The power dissipation can be lowered at the expense of OIP3 and output power (POUT). The ADL8105 also features inputs and outputs that are internally matched to 50 Ω. The RFIN and RFOUT pins are internally ac-coupled, and the bias inductor is also integrated, making it ideal for surface-mounted technology (SMT)-based, high capacity microwave radio applications. The ADL8105 is housed in an RoHS-compliant, 2 mm × 2 mm, 8-lead LFCSP package.APPLICATIONSTelecommunicationsSatellite communicationsMilitary radarWeather radarElectronic warfareInstrumentation

ADN4622BRNZ
Analog Devices Inc.
The ADN4622/ADN4624 are quad-channel, signal isolated, low-voltage differential signaling (LVDS) buffers that operate at up to 2.5 Gbps with very low jitter. The devices integrate Analog Devices, Inc., iCoupler® technology, enhanced for high-speed operation to provide drop-in galvanic isolation of LVDS signal chains. AC coupling and/or level shifting to the LVDS receivers and from the LVDS drivers allows isolation of other high-speed signals such as current-mode logic (CML).The ADN4622/ADN4624 include a refresh mechanism to monitor the input and output states and ensure they remain the same in the absence of data transitions. For lower power consumption and high-speed operation with low jitter, the LVDS and isolator circuits rely on 1.8 V supplies. The ADN4622/ADN4624 are fully specified over a wide industrial temperature range and are available in a 28-lead, wide-body, finer pitch SOIC_W_FP package with 8.3 mm creepage and clearance (for 5.7 kV rms or 8 kVPEAK surge and impulse voltages and reinforced insulation at AC mains voltages) or 6 mm × 6 mm LFCSP package with 1.27 mm creepage and clearance (for basic/functional isolation).APPLICATIONS Isolated video and imaging data Analog front-end isolation Data plane isolation Isolated high speed clock and data links Multi-gigabit SERDES Board-to-board optical replacement (for example, short reach fiber)

ADPA7009-2-EVALZ
Analog Devices Inc.
The ADPA7009-2 is a gallium arsenide (GaAs), pseudomorphic high-electron-mobility transistor (pHEMT), monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC), 0.5 W power amplifier with an integrated temperature-compensated, on-chip power detector that operates between 20 GHz and 54 GHz. The amplifier provides a gain of 17.5 dB, an output power for 1 dB compression (OP1dB) of 28 dBm, and a typical output third-order intercept (OIP3) of 34.5 dBm at 20 GHz to 35 GHz. The ADPA7009-2 requires 850 mA from a 5 V supply voltage (VDDx). The RF input and outputs are internally matched and DC-blocked for ease of integration into higher level assemblies. Most of the typically required external passive components for operation (AC coupling capacitors and power supply decoupling capacitors) are integrated, which facilitates a small, compact printed circuit board (PCB) footprint. The ADPA7009-2 is available in a 5.00 mm × 5.00 mm, 24-terminal chip array, small outline, no lead cavity [LGA_CAV] package.APPLICATIONS Military and space Test instrumentation

ADM2487EBRWZ-REEL7
Analog Devices Inc.
The ADM2482E/ADM2487E are isolated data transceivers with ±15 kV ESD protection and are suitable for high speed, half-duplex or full-duplex communication on multipoint transmission lines. For half-duplex operation, the transmitter outputs and receiver inputs share the same transmission line. Transmitter Output Pin Y is linked externally to Receiver Input Pin A, and Transmitter Output Pin Z to Receiver Input Pin B. The parts are designed for balanced transmission lines and comply with TIA/EIA- 485-A-98 and ISO 8482:1987(E).The devices employ the Analog Devices, Inc., iCoupler® technology to combine a 3-channel isolator, a three-state differential line driver, and a differential input receiver into a single package. An on-chip oscillator outputs a pair of square waveforms that drive an external transformer to provide isolated power. The logic side of the device can be powered with either a 5 V or a 3.3 V supply, and the bus side is powered with an isolated 3.3 V supply. The ADM2482E/ADM2487E driver has an active high enable, and the receiver has an active low enable. The driver output enters a high impedance state when the driver enable signal is low. The receiver output enters a high impedance state when the receiver enable signal is high. The device has current-limiting and thermal shutdown features to protect against output short circuits and situations where bus contention might cause excessive power dissipation. The part is fully specified over the industrial temperature range of −40°C to +85°C and is available in a 16-lead, wide-body SOIC package.Applications Isolated RS-485/RS-422 interfaces Industrial field networks Multipoint data transmission systems

Analog Devices Inc.
The ADM6316 / ADM6318 / ADM6319 / ADM6320 / ADM6321 / ADM6322 are supervisory circuits that monitor power supply voltage levels and code execution integrity in microprocessor-based systems. As well as providing power-on reset signals, an on-chip watchdog timer can reset the microprocessor if it fails to strobe within a preset timeout period. A reset signal can also be asserted by an external push button through a manual reset input. The seven devices feature different combinations of watchdog input, manual reset input, and output stage configuration, as shown in Table 1 of the data sheet. Each device is available in a choice of 26 reset threshold options ranging from 2.5 V to 5 V in 100 mV increments. There are also four reset timeout options of 1 ms, 20 ms, 140 ms, and 1120 ms (minimum) and four watchdog timeout options of 6.3 ms, 102 ms, 1600 ms, and 25.6 sec (typical). Not all device options are released for sale as standard models. See the Ordering Guide in the data sheet for details. The ADM6316/ADM6318/ADM6319/ADM6320/ADM6321/ADM6322 are available in 5-lead SOT-23 packages and typically consume only 3 μA, making them suitable for use inlow power portable applications.APPLICATIONS Microprocessor systems Computers and controllers Intelligent instruments Portable equipment
