The ADuM260N/ADuM261N/ADuM262N/ADuM263N1 are 6-channel digital isolators based on Analog Devices, Inc., iCoupler® technology. Combining high speed, complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) and monolithic air core transformer technology, these isolation components provide outstanding performance characteristics superior to alternatives such as optocoupler devices and other integrated couplers. The maximum propagation delay is 13 ns with a pulse width distortion of less than 4.5 ns at 5 V operation. Channel to channel matching of propagation delay is tight at 4.0 ns maximum.The ADuM260N/ADuM261N/ADuM262N/ADuM263N data channels are independent and are available in a variety of configurations with a withstand voltage rating of 5.0 kV rms (see the Ordering Guide in the data sheet). The ADuM3150 is a 6-channel SPIsolator™ digital isolator optimized for isolated serial peripheral interfaces (SPIs). Basedon the Analog Devices, Inc., iCoupler® chip scale transformertechnology, the low propagation delay in the CLK, MO/SI,MI/SO, and SS SPI bus signals supports SPI clock rates of up to 17 MHz. These channels operate with 14 ns propagation delayand 1 ns jitter to optimize timing for SPI.The ADuM3150 isolator also provides two additional independentlow data rate isolation channels, one channel in each direction. Data in the slow channels is sampled and serialized for a 250 kbps data rate with 2.5 μs of jitter.The ADuM3150 supports a delay clock output on the master side of the device. The ADuM3200 / ADuM3201 are dual-channel, digital isolatorsbased on the Analog Devices, Inc., iCoupler® technology.Combining high speed CMOS and monolithic transformertechnology, these isolation components provide outstandingperformance characteristics superior to alternatives such asoptocoupler devices.By avoiding the use of LEDs and photodiodes, iCouplerdevices remove the design difficulties commonly associatedwith optocouplers. The ADXRS645 is a high performance angular rate sensor with excellent vibration immunity for use in high temperature environments. The ADXRS645 is manufactured using the Analog Devices, Inc., patented high volume BiMOS surface-micromachining process with years of proven field reliability. An advanced, differential, quad sensor design provides superior acceleration and vibration rejection.The output signal, RATEOUT, is a voltage proportional to the angular rate about the axis normal to the package lid. The measurement range is a minimum of ±2000°/sec, and may be extended to ±5000°/sec with the addition of a single external resistor. The output is ratiometric with respect to a provided reference supply. Other external capacitors are required for operation.A temperature output is provided for compensation techniques. Two digital self-test inputs electromechanically excite the sensor to test proper operation of both the sensor and the signal conditioning circuits. The LTC2983 measures a wide variety of temperature sensors and digitally outputs the result, in °C or °F, with 0.1°C accuracy and 0.001°C resolution. The LTC2983 can measure the temperature of virtually all standard (type B, E, J, K, N, S, R, T) or custom thermocouples, automatically compensate for cold junction temperatures and linearize the results. The device can also measure temperature with standard 2-, 3- or 4-wire RTDs, thermistors and diodes. It has 20 reconfigurable analog inputs enabling many sensor connections and configuration options. The LTC2983 includes excitation current sources and fault detection circuitry appropriate for each type of temperature sensor.The LTC2983 allows direct interfacing to ground referenced sensors without the need for level shifters, negative supply voltages, or external amplifiers.
