The ADG5412/ADG5413 contain four independent single-pole/single-throw (SPST) switches. The ADG5412 switches turn onwith Logic 1. The ADG5413 has two switches with digital controllogic similar to that of the ADG5412; however, the logic is invertedon the other two switches. Each switch conducts equally well inboth directions when on, and each switch has an input signalrange that extends to the supplies. In the off condition, signallevels up to the supplies are blocked.The ADG5412 and ADG5413 do not have a VL pin. The digitalinputs are compatible with 3 V logic inputs over the full operatingsupply range.The on-resistance profile is very flat over the full analog inputrange, which ensures good linearity and low distortion whenswitching audio signals. The ADIS16260 and ADIS16265 are programmable digital gyroscopes that combine industry-leading MEMS and signal processing technology in a single compact package. They provide accuracy performance that would require full motion calibration with any other MEMS gyroscope in their class. When power is applied, the ADIS16260 and ADIS16265 automatically start up and begin sampling sensor data, without requiring configuration commands from a system processor. An addressable register structure and a common serial peripheral interface (SPI) provide simple access to sensor data and configuration settings. Many digital processor platforms support the SPI with simple firmware-level instructions.The ADIS16260 and ADIS16265 provide several programmable features for in-system optimization. The sensor bandwidth switch (50 Hz and 330 Hz), Bartlett window FIR filter length, and sample rate settings provide users with controls that enable noise vs. bandwidth optimization. The digital input/output lines offer options for a data ready signal that helps the master processor efficiently manage data coherency, an alarm indicator signal for triggering master processor interrupts, and a general-purpose function for setting and monitoring system-level digital controls/ conditions.The ADIS16260 and ADIS16265 are drop-in replacements for the ADIS1625x family and come in LGA packages (11.2 mm × 11.2 mm × 5.5 mm) that meet Pb-free solder reflow profile requirements, per JEDEC J-STD-020. The ADL5902 is a true rms responding power detector that hasa 65 dB measurement range when driven with a single-ended 50 Ω source. This feature makes the ADL5902 frequencyversatile by eliminating the need for a balun or any other form of external input tuning for operation up to 9 GHz.The ADL5902 provides a solution in a variety of high frequencysystems requiring an accurate measurement of signal power. Requiring only a single supply of 5 V and a few capacitors, it is easy to use and capable of being driven single-ended or with abalun for differential input drive. The ADL5902 can operate from 50 MHz to 9 GHz and can accept inputs from −62 dBm to at least +3 dBm with large crest factors, such as GSM, CDMA,W-CDMA, TD-SCDMA, WiMAX, and LTE modulated signals.The ADL5902 can determine the true power of a high frequency signal having a complex low frequency modulation envelope or can be used as a simple low frequency rmsvoltmeter. Used as a power measurement device, VOUT isconnected to VSET. The output is then proportional to thelogarithm of the rms value of the input. In other words, thereading is presented directly in decibels and is scaled 1.06 V per decade, or 53 mV/dB; other slopes are easily arranged. In controller mode, the voltage applied to VSET determines thepower level required at the input to null the deviation from the set point. The output buffer can provide high load currents.The ADL5902 has 1.5 mW power consumption when powereddown by a logic high applied to the PWDN pin. It powers up within approximately 5 μs to its nominal operating current of 73 mA at 25°C. The ADL5902 is supplied in a 4 mm × 4 mm,16-lead LFCSP for operation over the wide temperature rangeof −40°C to +125°C.The ADL5902 is also pin-compatible with the AD8363, 50 dBdynamic range TruPwr™ detector. This feature allows the designer to create one circuit layout for projects requiring different dynamic ranges. The ADM1169 Super Sequencer® is a configurable supervisory/ sequencing device that offers a single-chip solution for supply monitoring and sequencing in multiple supply systems. In addition to these functions, the ADM1169 integrates a 12-bit ADC and four 8-bit voltage output DACs. These circuits can be used to implement a closed-loop margining system that enables supply adjustment by altering either the feedback node or reference of a dc-to-dc converter using the DAC outputs. Supply margining can be performed with a minimum of external components. The margining loop can be used for in-circuit testing of a board during production (for example, to verify board functionality at –5% of nominal supplies), or it can be used dynamically to accurately control the output voltage of a dc-to-dc converter. The device also provides up to eight programmable inputs for monitoring undervoltage faults, overvoltage faults, or out-of-window faults on up to eight supplies. In addition, there are eight programmable outputs that can be used as logic enables. Six of these programmable outputs can also provide up to a 12 V output for driving the gate of an N-FET that can be placed in the path of a supply. The logical core of the device is a sequencing engine (SE). This state machine-based construction provides up to 63 different states. This design enables very flexible sequencing of the outputs, based on the condition of the inputs. A block of nonvolatile EEPROM is available that can be used to store user-defined information and may also be used to hold a number of fault records that are written by the sequencing engine defined by the user when a particular fault or sequence occurs. The ADM1169 is controlled via configuration data that can be programmed into an EEPROM. The entire configuration can be programmed using an intuitive GUI-based software package provided by Analog Devices, Inc.

The ADuCRF101 is a fully integrated, data acquisition solution that is designed for low power, wireless applications. It features a 12-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC), a low power ARM Cortex™-M3 processor, a 862 MHz to 928 MHz and 431 MHz to 464 MHz RF transceiver, and Flash®/EE memory. The ADuCRF101 is packaged in a 9 mm × 9 mm LFCSP.The data acquisition section consists of a 12-bit SAR ADC. The six inputs can be configured in single-ended or differential mode. When configured in single-ended mode, they can be used for ratiometric measurements on sensors that are powered, when required, from the internal low dropout regulator (LDO). An internal battery monitor channel and an on-chip temperature sensor are also available.This wireless data acquisition system is designed to operate in battery-powered applications where low power is critical. The device can be configured in normal operating mode or different low power modes under direct program control. In flexi mode, any peripheral can wake up the device and operate it. In hibernate mode, the internal wake-up timer remains active. In shutdown mode, only an external interrupt can wake up the device.The ADuCRF101 integrates a low power ARM Cortex-M3 processor. It is a 32-bit RISC machine, offering up to 1.25 DMIPS peak performance. The ARM Cortex-M3 processor also has a flexible 14-channel direct memory access (DMA) controller that supports communication peripherals, serial peripheral interface (SPI), UART, and I2C. Also provided on chip are 128 kB of nonvolatile Flash/EE memory and 16 kB of SRAM.A 16 MHz on-chip oscillator generates the system clock. This clock can be internally divided for the processor to operate at a lower frequency, thus saving power. A low power, internal 32 kHz oscillator is available and can be used to clock the four timers, as follows: two general-purpose timers, a wake-up timer, and a system watchdog timer.A range of communication peripherals can be configured, as required, in a specific application. These peripherals include UART, I2C, SPI, GPIO ports, PWM, and RF transceivers.The RF transceiver communicates in the 862 MHz to 928 MHz and 431 MHz to 464 MHz frequency bands using multiple configurations.On-chip factory firmware supports in-circuit serial download via the UART, and nonintrusive emulation and program download are also supported via the serial wire interface. This is achieved by regulating the voltage on the output driver from 7.4 V to 29.5 V using a dc-to-dc boost converter optimized for minimum on-chip power dissipation. Each channel has a corresponding CHART pin so that HART signals can be coupled onto the current output of the AD5755-1.The device uses a versatile 3-wire serial interface that operates at clock rates of up to 30 MHz and is compatible with standard SPI, QSPI™, MICROWIRE™, DSP, and microcontroller interface standards. The AD5781 is a single 18-bit, unbuffered voltage-output DAC that operates from a bipolar supply of up to 33 V. The AD5781 accepts a positive reference input in the range 5V to VDD – 2.5 V and a negative reference input in the range VSS + 2.5 V to 0 V. The AD5781 offers a relative accuracy specification of ±0.5 LSB max, and operation is guaranteed monotonic with a ±0.5 LSB DNL maximum specification.The part uses a versatile 3-wire serial interface that operates at clock rates up to 35 MHz and that is compatible with standard SPI®, QSPI™, MICROWIRE™, and DSP interface standards. The part incorporates a power-on reset circuit that ensures the DAC output powers up to 0 V and in a known output impedance state and remains in this state until a valid write to the device takes place.
