ADG609BNZ
Analog Devices Inc.
The ADG609 is a monolithic CMOS analog multiplexer comprising four differential channels. The ADG609 switches one of four differential inputs to a common differential output as determined by the 2-bit binary address lines A0 and A1. An EN input on both devices is used to enable or disable the device. When disabled, all channels are switched OFF.The ADG609 is designed on an enhanced LC2 MOS process which provides low power dissipation yet gives high switching speed and low on resistance. Each channel conducts equally well in both directions when ON and has an input signal range which extends to the supplies. In the OFF condition, signal levels up to the supplies are blocked. All channels exhibit break before make switching action preventing momentary shorting when switching channels. Inherent in the design is low charge injection for minimum transients when switching the digital inputs.

Analog Devices Inc.
The AD22100 is a monolithic temperature sensor with on-chip signal conditioning. It can be operated over the temperature range -50°C to +150°C, making it ideal for use in numerous HVAC, instrumentation and automotive applications. The signal conditioning eliminates the need for any trimming, buffering or linearization circuitry, greatly simplifying the system design and reducing the overall system cost. The output voltage is proportional to the temperature times the supply voltage (ratiometric). The output swings from 0.25 V at -50°C to +4.75 V at +150°C using a single +5.0 V supply.Due to its ratiometric nature, the AD22100 offers a cost effective solution when interfacing to an analog-to-digital converter. This is accomplished by using the ADC's +5 V power supply as a reference to both the ADC and the AD22100 (See Figure 2 of the datasheet), eliminating the need for and cost of a precision reference to both the ADC and the AD22100 eliminating the need for and cost of a precision reference (see Figure 2).APPLICATIONS HVAC systems System temperature compensation Board level temperature sensing Electronic thermostatsMARKETS Industrial process control Instrumentation Automotive

The parts areput into power-down mode over the serial interface. Total unadjustederror for the parts is <2.5 mV. The parts exhibit very lowglitch on power-up. The outputs of all DACs can be updatedsimultaneously using the LDAC function, with the addedfunctionality of user-selectable DAC channels to simultaneouslyupdate. There is also an asynchronous CLR that clears all DACsto a software-selectable code—0 V, midscale, or full scale. Theparts also feature a power-down lockout pin, PDL, which can beused to prevent the DAC from entering power-down under anycircumstances over the serial interface.Product Highlights Dual channel available in a 14-lead TSSOP package with individual voltage reference pins. 12-/14-/16-bit accurate, ±1 LSB INL. Low glitch on power-up. High speed serial interface with clock speeds up to 50 MHz. Three power-down modes available to the user. Reset to known output voltage (zero scale or midscale). Power-down lockout capability. Applications Process controls Data acquisition systems Portable battery-powered instruments Digital gain and offset adjustment Programmable voltage and current sources Programmable attenuators

Analog Devices Inc.
The AD5258 provides a compact, nonvolatile 3 mm × 4.9 mm packaged solution for 64-position adjustment applications. These devices perform the same electronic adjustment function as mechanical potentiometers or variable resistors, but with enhanced resolution and solid-state reliability. The wiper settings are controllable through an I2C-compatible digital interface that is also used to read back the wiper register and EEPROM content in addition, resistor tolerance is stored within EEPROM, providing an end-to-end tolerance accuracy of 0.1%. There is also a software write protection function that ensures data cannot be written to the EEPROM register.A separate VLOGIC pin delivers increased interface flexibility. For users who need multiple parts on one bus, Address Bit AD0 and Address Bit AD1 allow up to four devices on the same bus.APPLICATIONS LCD panel VCOM adjustment LCD panel brightness and contrast control Mechanical potentiometer replacement in new designs Programmable power supplies RF amplifier biasing Automotive electronics adjustment Gain control and offset adjustment Fiber to the home systems Electronics level settings
