ADN4622BRNZ
Analog Devices Inc.
The ADN4622/ADN4624 are quad-channel, signal isolated, low-voltage differential signaling (LVDS) buffers that operate at up to 2.5 Gbps with very low jitter. The devices integrate Analog Devices, Inc., iCoupler® technology, enhanced for high-speed operation to provide drop-in galvanic isolation of LVDS signal chains. AC coupling and/or level shifting to the LVDS receivers and from the LVDS drivers allows isolation of other high-speed signals such as current-mode logic (CML).The ADN4622/ADN4624 include a refresh mechanism to monitor the input and output states and ensure they remain the same in the absence of data transitions. For lower power consumption and high-speed operation with low jitter, the LVDS and isolator circuits rely on 1.8 V supplies. The ADN4622/ADN4624 are fully specified over a wide industrial temperature range and are available in a 28-lead, wide-body, finer pitch SOIC_W_FP package with 8.3 mm creepage and clearance (for 5.7 kV rms or 8 kVPEAK surge and impulse voltages and reinforced insulation at AC mains voltages) or 6 mm × 6 mm LFCSP package with 1.27 mm creepage and clearance (for basic/functional isolation).APPLICATIONS Isolated video and imaging data Analog front-end isolation Data plane isolation Isolated high speed clock and data links Multi-gigabit SERDES Board-to-board optical replacement (for example, short reach fiber)

AD7537KRZ
Analog Devices Inc.
The AD7537 contains two 12-bit current output DAC's on one monolithic chip. A seperate reference input is provided for each DAC. The dual DAC saves valuable board space, and the monolithic construction ensures excellent thermal tracking. Both DAC's are guaranteed 12-bit monotonic over the full temperature range. The AD7537 has a 2-byte (8LSBs, 4MSBs) loading structure. It is designed for right-justified data format. The control signals for registering loading are A0, A1, CS, WR and UPD. Data is loaded to the input registers when CS and WR are low. To transfer this data to the DAC registers, UPD must be taken low with WR.Added features on the AD7537 include an asynchronous CLR line which is very useful in calibration routines. When this is taken low, all registers are cleares. The double buffering of the data inputs allows simultaneous update of both DAC's. Also, each DAC has a seperate AGND line. This increases the device versatility; for instance one DAC may be operated with AGND biased while the other is connected in the standard configuration. The AD7537 is manufactured using the Linear Compatible CMOS (LC²MOS) process. It is speed compatible with most microprocessors and accepts TTL, 74HC an 5V CMOS logic level inputs.PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS DAC to DAC Matching: Since both DACs are fabricated on the same chip, precise matching and tracking is inherent. Many applications which are not practical using two discrete DACs are now possible. Typical matching: 0.5%. Small Package Size: The AD7537 is packaged in small 24-pin 0.3' DIPs and in 28-terminal surface mount packages. Wide Power Supply Tolerance: The device operates on a +12 V to +15 V VDD, with ±10% tolerance on this nominal figure. All specifications are guaranteed over this range.APPLICATIONS Automatic Test Equipment Programmable Filters Audio Applications Synchro Applications Process Control

AD7658BSTZ-1
Analog Devices Inc.
The AD7656-1 / AD7657-1 / AD7658-1 are reduced decoupling pin- and software-compatible versions of AD7656 / AD7657 / AD7658. The AD7656-1 / AD7657-1 / AD7658-1 devices contain six 16-/14-/12-bit, fast, low power successive approximation ADCs in a package designed on the iCMOS® process (industrial CMOS). iCMOS is a process combining high voltage silicon with submicron CMOS and complementary bipolar technologies. It enables the development of a wide range of high performance analog ICs capable of 33 V operation in a footprint that no previous generation of high voltage parts could achieve. Unlike analog ICs using conventional CMOS processes, iCMOS components can accept bipolar input signals while providing increased performance, which dramatically reduces power consumption and package size. The AD7656-1 / AD7657-1 / AD7658-1 feature throughput rates of up to 250 kSPS. The parts contain low noise, wide bandwidth track-and-hold amplifiers that can handle input frequencies up to 4.5 MHz.The conversion process and data acquisition are controlled using the CONVST signals and an internal oscillator. Three CONVST pins (CONVST A, CONVST B, and CONVST C) allow independent, simultaneous sampling of the three ADC pairs. The AD7656-1 / AD7657-1 / AD7658-1 have a high speed parallel and serial interface, allowing the devices to interface with microprocessors or DSPs. When the serial interface is selected, each part has a daisy-chain feature that allows multiple ADCs to connect to a single serial interface. The AD7656-1 / AD7657-1 / AD7658-1 can accommodate true bipolar input signals in the ±4 × VREF and ±2 × VREF ranges. Each AD7656-1 / AD7657-1 / AD7658-1 also contains an on-chip 2.5 V reference.PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS Six 16-/14-/12-bit, 250 kSPS ADCs on board. Six true bipolar, high impedance analog inputs. High speed parallel and serial interfaces. Reduced decoupling requirements and reduced bill of materials cost compared with the AD7656 / AD7657 / AD7658 devices.APPLICATIONS Power line monitoring and measuring systems Instrumentation and control systems Multiaxis positioning systems
