The AD5243 and AD5248 provide a compact 3 mm × 4.9 mmpackaged solution for dual, 256-position adjustment applications.The AD5243 performs the same electronic adjustment functionas a 3-terminal mechanical potentiometer, and the AD5248performs the same adjustment function as a 2-terminal variableresistor. Available in four end-to-end resistance values (2.5 kΩ,10 kΩ, 50 kΩ, and 100 kΩ), these low temperature coefficientdevices are ideal for high accuracy and stability-variableresistance adjustments. The AD524 is a precision monolithic instrumentation amplifier designed for data acquisition applications requiring high accuracy under worst-case operating conditions. An outstanding combination of high linearity, high common mode rejection, low offset voltage drift, and low noise makes the AD524 suitable for use in many data acquisition systems.The AD524 has an output offset voltage drift of less than 25 µV/ °C, input offset voltage drift of less than 0.5 µV/°C, CMR above 90 dB at unity gain (120 dB at G = 1000) and maximum nonlinearity of 0.003% at G = 1. In addition to the outstanding dc specifications the AD524 also has a 25MHz gain bandwidth product (G = 1000). To make it suitable for high speed data ac-quisition systems the AD524 has an output slew rate of 5 V/µs and settles in 15µs to 0.01% for gains of 1 to 100.As a complete amplifier the AD524 does not require any external components for fixed gains of 1, 10, 100 and 1,000. For other gain settings between 1 and 1000 only a single resistor is required. The AD524 input is fully protected for both power on and power off fault conditions.The AD524 IC instrumentation amplifier is available in four different versions of accuracy and operating temperature range. The economical 'A' grade, the low drift 'B' grade and lower drift, higher linearity 'C' grade are specified from -25°C to +85°C. The 'S' grade guarantees performance to specification over the extended temperature range -55°C to +125°C. The AD9833 is a low power, programmable waveform generator capable of producing sine, triangular, and square wave outputs. Waveform generation is required in various types of sensing, actuation, and time domain reflectometry (TDR) applications. The output frequency and phase are software programmable, allowing easy tuning. No external components are needed. The frequency registers are 28 bits wide: with a 25 MHz clock rate, resolution of 0.1 Hz can be achieved; with a 1 MHz clock rate, the AD9833 can be tuned to 0.004 Hz resolution.The AD9833 is written to via a 3-wire serial interface. This serial interface operates at clock rates up to 40 MHz and is compatible with DSP and microcontroller standards. The device operates with a power supply from 2.3 V to 5.5 V.The AD9833 has a power-down function (SLEEP). This function allows sections of the device that are not being used to be powered down, thus minimizing the current consumption of the part. The Precision Timing core allows adjustment of high speed clocks with approximately 1 ns resolution.The AD9848 is specified at pixel rates of 20 MHz, and theAD9849 is specified at 30 MHz. The analog front end includesblack level clamping, CDS, PxGA, VGA, and a 10-bit or 12-bit A/Dconverter. The timing driver provides the high speed CCD clockdrivers for RG and H1–H4. The ADA4841-1 is a unity gain stable, low noiseand distortion, rail-to-rail output amplifier that has a quiescentcurrent of 1.5 mA maximum. In spite of its low powerconsumption, this amplifier offers low wideband voltagenoise performance of 2.1 nV/√Hz and 1.4 pA/√Hz current noise,along with excellent spurious-free dynamic range (SFDR) of−105 dBc at 100 kHz. To maintain a low noise environment atlower frequencies, the amplifier has low 1/f noise of 7 nV/√Hzand 13 pA/√Hz at 10 Hz.The ADA4841-1 output can swing to less than50 mV of either rail. The input common-mode voltage rangeextends down to the negative supply. The ADA4841-1 can drive up to 10 pF of capacitive load withminimal peaking.The ADA4841-1 provides the performance requiredto efficiently support emerging 16-bit to 18-bit ADCs and is ideal for portable instrumentation, high channel count, industrialmeasurement, and medical applications. The ADA4841-1 is ideally suited to drive the AD7685/AD7686,16-bit PulSAR ADCs.The ADA4841-1 package features RoHS compliantlead finishes.
