The ADG5412F and ADG5413F contain four independently controlled single-pole/single-throw (SPST) switches. The ADG5412F has four switches that turn on with Logic 1 inputs. The ADG5413F has two switches with that turn on and two switches that turn off with Logic 1 inputs. Each switch conducts equally well in both directions when on, and each switch has an input signal range that extends to the supplies. The digital inputs are compatible with 3 V logic inputs over the full operating supply range.When no power supplies are present, the switch remains in the off condition, and the switch inputs are high impedance. Under normal operating conditions, if the analog input signal levels on any Sx pin exceed VDD or VSS by a threshold voltage, VT, then the switch turns off. Input signal levels up to +55 V or −55 V relative to ground are blocked, in both the powered and unpowered condition.The low on resistance of these switches, combined with on-resistance flatness over a significant portion of the signal range make them an ideal solution for data acquisition and gain switching applications where excellent linearity and low distortion are critical.Product Highlights Source pins are protected against voltages greater than the supply rails, up to −55 V and +55 V. The design is bidirectional; therefore, the RF input and output are interchangeable.The HMC1122 operates on a single supply ranging from 3.3 V to 5 V with no performance change due to an on-chip regulator.The device incorporates a driver that provides both serial and parallel control of the attenuator. The HMC7950 is a wideband low noise amplifier that operates between 2 GHz and 28 GHz. The amplifier typically provides 15 dB of gain, 2.0 dB of noise figure, 26 dBm of output IP3, and 16 dBm of output power for 1 dB gain compression, requiring 64 mA from a 5 V supply. The HMC7950 is self biased with only a single positive supply needed to achieve a drain current, IDD, of 64 mA. The HMC7950 also has a gain control option, VGG2. The HMC7992 is a general-purpose, nonreflective, 0.1 GHz to 6.0 GHz, silicon, single-pole, four-throw (SP4T) switch in aleadless, surface-mount package. The switch is ideal for cellular infrastructure applications, offers high isolation of 45 dB typical at 2 GHz, and a low insertion loss of 0.6 dB at 2 GHz. It offers excellent power handling capability up to 6.0 GHz, with inputpower of 1 dB compression point (P1dB) of 35 dBm at 5 V operation. The HMC7992 has good low frequency input power handling below 0.1 GHz and can operate well down to 10 kHz, with a typical 1 dB compression of 21 dBm and an IIP3 of 37 dBm at 1 MHz.The on-chip circuitry allows the HMC7992 to operate at a single, positive supply voltage range from 3.3 V to 5 V, and as well as a single, positive control voltage from 0 V to 1.8 V/3.3 V/5.0 V. The SSM2305 is a fully integrated, high efficiency, Class-Daudio amplifier designed to maximize performance for mobilephone applications. The application circuit requires a minimumof external components and operates from a single 2.5 V to 5.5 Vsupply. It is capable of delivering 2.2 W of continuous outputpower with less than 1% THD + N driving a 4 Ω load from a5.0 V supply. It has built-in thermal shutdown and output short-circuitprotection.The SSM2305 features a high efficiency, low noise modulationscheme that does not require external LC output filters. The modulationprovides high efficiency even at low output power. TheSSM2305 operates with 90% efficiency at 1.3 W into 8 Ω or 83%efficiency at 2.2 W into 4 Ω from a 5.0 V supply and has an SNR of>98 dB. Spread-spectrum pulse density modulation is used toprovide lower EMI-radiated emissions compared with otherClass-D architectures.The SSM2305 has a micropower shutdown mode with a maximumshutdown current of 30 nA. Shutdown is enabled by applyinga Logic 0 to the SD pin. The device also includes pop-and-clicksuppression circuitry. This minimizes voltage glitches at theoutput during turn-on and turn-off, thus reducing audible noiseon activation and deactivation.The fully differential input of the SSM2305 provides excellentrejection of common-mode noise on the input. Input couplingcapacitors can be omitted if the dc input common-mode voltageis approximately VDD/2.The SSM2305 has excellent rejection of power supply noise,including noise caused by GSM transmission bursts and RFrectification. PSRR is typically 60 dB at 217 Hz.The default gain of the SSM2305 is 18 dB, but users can reduce thegain by using a pair of external resistors.The SSM2305 is specified over the commercial temperature range(−40°C to +85°C). It is available in both an 8-lead, 3 mm × 3 mmlead frame chip scale package (LFCSP) and an 8-lead mini smalloutline package (MSOP). The TMP05 / TMP06 are monolithic temperature sensors that generate a modulated serial digital output (PWM), which varies in direct proportion to the temperature of the devices. The high period (TH) of the PWM remains static over all temperatures, while the low period (TL) varies. The B Grade version offers a high temperature accuracy of ±1°C from 0°C to 70°C with excellent transducer linearity. The digital output of the TMP05 / TMP06 is CMOS-/TTL-compatible and is easily interfaced to the serial inputs of most popular microprocessors. The flexible open-drain output of the TMP06 is capable of sinking 5 mA.The TMP05 / TMP06 are specified for operation at supply voltages from 3 V to 5.5 V. Operating at 3.3 V, the supply current is typically 370 μA. The TMP05 / TMP06 are rated for operation over the –40°C to +150°C temperature range. It is not recommended to operate these devices at temperatures above 125°C for more than a total of 5% (5,000 hours) of the lifetime of the devices. They are packaged in low cost, low area SC-70 and SOT-23 packages.The TMP05 / TMP06 have three modes of operation: continuously converting mode, daisy-chain mode, and one shot mode. A three-state FUNC input determines the mode in which the TMP05 / TMP06 operate.The CONV/IN input pin is used to determine the rate at which the TMP05 / TMP06 measures temperature in continuously converting mode and one shot mode.
