The ADCMP604 / ADCMP605?are very fast comparators fabricated on the Analog Devices, Inc. proprietary XFCB2 process. These comparators are exceptionally versatile and easy to use. Features include an input range from VEE ? 0.5 V to VCCI + 0.2 V, low noise, LVDS-compatible output drivers, and TTL/CMOS latch inputs with adjustable hysteresis and/or shut-down inputs.The devices offer 1.5 ns propagation delays with 1 ps rms random jitter (RJ). Overdrive and slew rate dispersion are typically less than 50 ps.A flexible power supply scheme allows the devices to operate with a single 2.5 V positive supply and a ?0.5 V to +2.7 V input signal range up to a 5.5 V positive supply with a ?0.5 V to +5.7 V input signal range. Split input/output supplies, with no sequencing restrictions on the ADCMP605, support a wide input signal range with greatly reduced power consumption.The LVDS-compatible output stage is designed to drive any standard LVDS input. The comparator input stage offers robust protection against large input overdrive, and the outputs do not phase reverse when the valid input signal range is exceeded. The AD648 is a matched pair of low power, precision monolithic operational amplifiers. It offers both low bias current (10 pA max, warmed up) and low quiescent current (400 µA max) and is fabricated with ion-implanted FET and laser wafer trimming technologies. Input bias current is guaranteed over the AD648's entire common-mode voltage range.The economical J grade has a maximum guaranteed offset voltage of less than 2 mV and an offset voltage drift of less than 20 µV/°C. The combination of low quiescent current and low offset voltage drift minimizes changes in input offset voltage due to self-heating effects. The AD648 is recommended for any dual supply op amp application requiring low power and excellent dc and ac performance. In applications such as battery-powered, precision instrument front ends and CMOS DAC buffers, the AD648's excellent combination of low input offset voltage and drift, low bias current and low 1/f noise reduces output errors. High common-mode rejection and high open-loop gain ensures better than 12-bit linearity in high impedance, buffer applications.The AD648 is pinned out in a standard dual op amp configuration and is available in seven performance grades. The AD648J and AD648K are rated over the commercial temperature range of 0°C to +70°C. The AD648 is available in an 8-pin plastic mini-DIP and SOIC package.

The ADuM160N/ADuM161N/ADuM162N/ADuM163N are 6-channel digital isolators based on Analog Devices, Inc., iCoupler® technology. Combining high speed, complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) and monolithic air core transformer technology, these isolation components provide outstanding performance characteristics superior to alternatives such as optocoupler devices and other integrated couplers. The maximum propagation delay is 13 ns with a pulse width distortion of less than 4.5 ns at 5 V operation. Channel to channel matching of propagation delay is tight at 4.0 ns maximum.The ADuM160N/ADuM161N/ADuM162N/ADuM163N data channels are independent and are available in a variety of configurations with a withstand voltage rating of 3.0 kV rms (see the Ordering Guide). The devices operate with the supply voltage on either side ranging from 1.7 V to 5.5 V, providing compatibility with lower voltage systems as well as enabling voltage translation functionality across the isolation barrier.Unlike other optocoupler alternatives, dc correctness is ensured in the absence of input logic transitions. The LTC5584 is a direct conversion quadrature demodulator optimized for high linearity receiver applications in the 30MHz to 1.4GHz frequency range. It is also usable in the 10MHz to 30MHz and 1.4GHz to 2GHz ranges with reduced performance. It is suitable for communications receivers where an RF signal is directly converted into I and Q baseband signals with bandwidth of 530MHz or higher. The LTC5584 incorporates balanced I and Q mixers, LO buffer amplifiers and a precision, high frequency quadrature phase shifter. In addition, the LTC5584 provides four analog control voltage interface pins for IIP2 and DC offset correction, greatly simplifying system calibration.The high linearity of the LTC5584 provides excellent spurfree dynamic range for the receiver. This direct conversion demodulator can eliminate the need for intermediate frequency (IF) signal processing, as well as the corresponding requirements for image filtering and IF filtering. The HMC1040LP3CE is a self-biased GaAs MMIC Low Noise Amplifier housed in a leadless 3x3 mm plastic surface mount package. The amplifier operates between 24 and 43.5 GHz, delivering 23 dB of small signal gain, 2.2 dB noise figure, and output IP3 of +22 dBm, while requiring only 70 mA from a +2.5 V supply. The P1dB output power of +12 dBm enables the LNA to function as a LO driver for many of Hittite’s balanced, I/Q and image reject mixers.
