ADG5204BRUZ-RL7

Analog Devices Inc.
The ADG5204 is a complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) analog multiplexer, comprising four single channels. The ultralow capacitance and charge injection of these switches make them ideal solutions for data acquisition and sample-and-hold applications, where low glitch and fast settling are required. Fast switching speed together with high signal bandwidth make the ADG5204 suitable for video signal switching. The ADG5204 is designed on a trench process, which guards against latch-up. A dielectric trench separates the P and N channel transistors, thereby preventing latch-up even under severe overvoltage conditions. The ADG5204 switches one of four inputs to a common output, D, as determined by the 3-bit binary address lines, A0, A1, and EN. Logic 0 on the EN pin disables the device. Each switch conducts equally well in both directions when on, and each switch has an input signal range that extends to the supplies. In the off condition, signal levels up to the supplies are blocked. All switches exhibit break-before-make switching action.APPLICATIONS Automatic test equipment Data acquisition Instrumentation Avionics Audio and video switching Communication systemsPRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS Trench Isolation Guards Against Latch-Up. A dielectric trench separates the P and N channel transistors, thereby preventing latch-up even under severe overvoltage conditions. Ultralow capacitance and < 1 pC charge injection. Dual-Supply Operation. For applications where the analog signal is bipolar, the ADG5204 can be operated from dual supplies up to ±22 V. Single-Supply Operation. For applications where the analog signal is unipolar, the ADG5204 can be operated from a single rail power supply up to 40 V. 3 V Logic Compatible Digital Inputs. VINH = 2.0 V, VINL = 0.8 V. No VL Logic Power Supply Required.

Analog Devices Inc.
The AD5755-1 is a quad, voltage and current output digital-to-analog converter (DAC) that operates with a power supply range from −26.4 V to +33 V. On-chip dynamic power control minimizes package power dissipation in current mode. This is achieved by regulating the voltage on the output driver from 7.4 V to 29.5 V using a dc-to-dc boost converter optimized for minimum on-chip power dissipation. Each channel has a corresponding CHART pin so that HART signals can be coupled onto the current output of the AD5755-1.The device uses a versatile 3-wire serial interface that operates at clock rates of up to 30 MHz and is compatible with standard SPI, QSPI™, MICROWIRE™, DSP, and microcontroller interface standards. The interface also features optional CRC-8 packet error checking, as well as a watchdog timer that monitors activity on the interface.PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS Dynamic power control for thermal management. 16-bit performance. EVAL-AD5781SDZ

Analog Devices Inc.
The AD5781 is a single 18-bit, unbuffered voltage-output DAC that operates from a bipolar supply of up to 33 V. The AD5781 accepts a positive reference input in the range 5V to VDD – 2.5 V and a negative reference input in the range VSS + 2.5 V to 0 V. The AD5781 offers a relative accuracy specification of ±0.5 LSB max, and operation is guaranteed monotonic with a ±0.5 LSB DNL maximum specification. The part uses a versatile 3-wire serial interface that operates at clock rates up to 35 MHz and that is compatible with standard SPI®, QSPI™, MICROWIRE™, and DSP interface standards. The part incorporates a power-on reset circuit that ensures the DAC output powers up to 0 V and in a known output impedance state and remains in this state until a valid write to the device takes place. The part provides an output clamp feature that places the output in a defined load state.PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS True 18-Bit Accuracy. Wide Power Supply Range of Up to ±16.5 V. −40°C to +125°C Operating Temperature Range. Low 7.5 nV/√Hz Noise. Low 0.05 ppm/°C Temperature Drift.APPLICATIONS Medical Instrumentation Test and Measurement Industrial Control Scientific and Aerospace Instrumentation Data Acquisition Systems Digital Gain and Offset Adjustment Power Supply Control
