The AD8040 is a quad, rail-to-rail input and output high speed amplifier with a quiescent current of only 1.3 mA per amplifier. Despite its low power consumption, the amplifier provides excellent performance with 125MHz small signal bandwidth and 60 V/µs slew rate. ADI's proprietary XFCB process enables high speed and high performance on low power.This amplifier exhibits true single-supply operation with rail-to-rail input and output performance for supply voltages ranging from 2.7V to 12V. The input voltage range extends 200 mV beyond each rail without phase reversal. The dynamic range of the output extends to within 40 mV of each rail.The AD8040 provides excellent signal quality with minimal power dissipation. At G=+1, SFDR is -72dBc at 1MHz and settling time to 0.1% is only 80 ns. Low distortion and fast settling performance makes this amplifier a suitable driver for single-supply A/D converters.The versatility of the AD8040 allows the user to operate the amplifier on a wide range of supplies while consuming less than 6.5 mW of power. This feature extends the operation time in applications ranging from battery-powered systems with large bandwidth requirements to high speed systems where component density requires lower power dissipation.The amplifier is rated over the extended industrial temperature range, -40°C to +125°C.

The AD8099 is an ultralow noise (0.95nV/√Hz) and distortion (-92dBc @ 10MHz) voltage feedback op amp, the combination of which make it ideal for 16- and 18-bit systems. The AD8099 features a new, highly linear, low noise input stage that increases the full power bandwidth (FPBW) at low gains with high slew rates. ADI's proprietary next generation XFCB process enables such high performance amplifiers with relatively low power.The AD8099 features external compensation, which allows the user to set the gain bandwidth product. External compensation allows gains from +2 to +10 with minimal trade-off in bandwidth. The AD8099 also features an extremely high slew rate of 1350V/µs, giving the designer flexibility to use the entire dynamic range without trading off bandwidth or distortion. The AD8099 settles to 0.1% in 18 ns and recovers from overdrive in 50 ns.The AD8099 drives 100 W loads at breakthrough performance levels with only 15 mA of supply current. With the wide supply voltage range (5V to 12V), low offset voltage (0.1 mV typ), wide bandwidth (700MHz for G=+2), and a GBWP up to 3.8GHz, the AD8099 is designed to work in a wide variety of applications.The AD8099 is available in 3mm x 3mm lead frame chip scale package (LFCSP) with a new pinout that is specifically optimized for high performance, high speed amplifiers. The new package and pinout enable the breakthrough performance that previously was not achievable with amplifiers. The AD8099 is rated to work over the extended industrial temperature range, -40°C to +125°C.

The AD8335 is a quad variable gain amplifier (VGA) with low noise preamplifier intended for cost and power sensitive applications. Each channel features a gain range of 48 dB, fully differential signal paths, active input preamplifier matching, and user-selectable maximum gains of 46 dB and 38 dB. Individual gain controls are provided for each channel.The preamplifier (PrA) has a single-ended to differential gain of ×8 (18.06 dB) and accepts input signals 625 mV p-p. PrA noise is 1.2 nV/√Hz and the combined input referred voltage noise of the PrA and VGA is 1.3 nV/√Hz at maximum gain.Assuming a 20 MHz noise bandwidth (NBW), the Nyquist frequency for a 40 MHz ADC, the input SNR is 92 dB. The HLxx pin optimizes the output SNR for 10-bit and 12-bit ADCs with 1 V p-p or 2 V p-p full-scale (FS) inputs.Channel 1 and Channel 2 are enabled through the EN12 pin and Channel 3 and Channel 4 are enabled through the EN34 pin.
