Selectable measurement range and bandwidth, and configurable, built-in motion detection make it suitable for sensing acceleration in a wide variety of applications. Robustness to 10,000 g of shock and a wide temperature range (−40°C to +85°C) enable use of the accelerometer even in harsh environments.The ADXL343 measures acceleration with high resolution (13-bit) measurement at up to ±16g. Digital output data is formatted as 16-bit twos complement and is accessible through either an SPI (3- or 4-wire) or I2C digital interface. The ADXL343 can measure the static acceleration of gravity in tilt-sensing applications, as well as dynamic acceleration resulting from motion or shock. Its high resolution (3.9 mg/LSB) enables measurement of inclination changes less than 1.0°.Several special sensing functions are provided. Activity and inactivity sensing detect the presence or lack of motion. Tap sensing detects single and double taps in any direction. Free-fall sensing detects if the device is falling. The AD5689R/AD5687R members of the nanoDAC+™ family are low power, dual, 16-/12-bit buffered voltage output digital-to-analog converters (DACs). The devices include a 2.5 V, 2 ppm/°C internal reference (enabled by default) and a gain select pin giving a full-scale output of 2.5 V (gain = 1) or 5 V (gain = 2). The devices operate from a single 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply, are guaranteed monotonic by design, and exhibit less than 0.1% FSR gain error and 1.5 mV offset error performance. Both devices are available in a 3 mm × 3 mm LFCSP and a TSSOP package.The AD5689R/AD5687R also incorporate a power-on reset circuit and a RSTSEL pin that ensure that the DAC outputs power up to zero scale or midscale and remain there until a valid write takes place. Each part contains a per channel power-down feature that reduces the current consumption of the device to 4 μA at 3 V while in power-down mode.The AD5689R/AD5687R use a versatile serial peripheral interface (SPI) that operates at clock rates up to 50 MHz. The AD6641 is a 250 MHz bandwidth digital predistortion (DPD) observation receiver that integrates a 12-bit 500 MSPS ADC, a 16k × 12 FIFO, and a multimode back end that allows users to retrieve the data through a serial port (SPORT), the SPI interface, a 12-bit parallel CMOS port, or a 6-bit DDR LVDS port after being stored in the integrated FIFO memory. It is optimized for outstanding dynamic performance and low power consumption and is suitable for use in telecommunications applications such as a digital predistortion observation path where wider bandwidths are desired. All necessary functions, including the sample-and-hold and voltage reference, are included on the chip to provide a complete signal conversion solution.The on-chip FIFO allows small snapshots of time to be captured via the ADC and read back at a lower rate. This reduces the constraints of signal processing by transferring the captured data at an arbitrary time and at a much lower sample rate. The FIFO can be operated in several user-programmable modes. In the single capture mode, the ADC data is captured when signaled via the SPI port or the use of the external FILL± pins. In the continuous capture mode, the data is loaded continuously into the FIFO and the FILL± pins are used to stop this operation.The data stored in the FIFO can be read back based on several user-selectable output modes. The DUMP pin can be asserted to output the FIFO data. The data stored in the FIFO can be accessed via a SPORT, SPI, 12-bit parallel CMOS port, or 6-bit DDR LVDS interface. The maximum output throughput supported by the AD6641 is in the 12-bit CMOS or 6-bit DDR LVDS mode and is internally limited to 1/8th of the maximum input sample rate. This corresponds to the maximum output data rate of 62.5 MHz at an input clock rate of 500 MSPS.The ADC requires a 1.9 V analog voltage supply and a differential clock for full performance operation. Output format options include twos complement, offset binary format, or Gray code. A data clock output is available for proper output data timing. Fabricated on an advanced SiGe BiCMOS process, the device is available in a 56-lead LFCSP and is specified over the industrial temperature range (−40°C to +85°C). For 50 Hz and 60 Hz environments, the AD7176-2specific filter minimizes the settling times or maximizes therejection of the line frequency. These enhanced filters enablesimultaneous 50 Hz and 60 Hz rejection with a 27 SPS outputdata rate (with a settling time of 36 ms).System offset and gain errors can be corrected on a per channelbasis. This per channel configurability extends to the output datarate used for each channel when using a sinc5 + sinc1 filter. The AD8244 is a precision, low power, FET input, quad unity-gain buffer that is designed to isolate very large source impedances from the rest of the signal chain. The 2 pA maximum bias current, near zero current noise, and 10 TΩ input impedance introduce almost no error, even with source impedance well into the megaohms.Many traditional operational amplifier pinouts have a supply pin that is next to the noninverting input. A guard trace must be routed between these pins to avoid leakage currents much larger than the bias current of a FET input op amp. Guard traces can be routed between pins for large packages, such as DIP or even SOIC; however, the board area consumed by these packages is prohibitive for many modern applications. The AD8244 solves this problem with a unique pinout that physically separates the high impedance inputs from the low impedance supplies and outputs of the other buffers. This configuration simplifies guarding while reducing board space, allowing high performance and high density in the same design.The AD8244 design is focused on solving problems specific to buffers. This includes close channel-to-channel matching which allows channels of the AD8244 to be used in differential signal chains with minimal error. With its low voltage noise, wide supply range, and high precision, the AD8244 is also flexible enough to provide high performance anywhere a unity-gain buffer is needed, even with low source resistance.The AD8244 is specified over the industrial temperature range of −40°C to +85°C.
