AD711KRZ-REEL7
Analog Devices Inc.
The AD711 is a high speed, precision monolithic operational amplifier offering high performance at very modest prices. Its very low offset voltage and offset voltage drift are the results of advanced laser wafer trimming technology. These performance benefits allow the user to easily upgrade existing designs that use older precision BiFETs and, in many cases, bipolar op amps. The superior ac and dc performance of this op amp makes it suitable for active filter applications. With a slew rate of 16 V/µs and a settling time of 1 µs to ±0.01%, the AD711 is ideal as a buffer for 12-bit D/A and A/D Converters and as a high-speed integrator. The settling time is unmatched by any similar IC amplifier. The combination of excellent noise performance and low input current also make the AD711 useful for photo diode preamps. Common-mode rejection of 88 dB and open loop gain of 400 V/mV ensure 12-bit performance even in high-speed unity gain buffer circuits. The AD711 is pinned out in a standard op amp configuration and is available in seven performance grades. The AD711J and AD711K are rated over the commercial temperature range of 0°C to +70°C. The AD711A is rated over the industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The AD711 is available in an 8-pin plastic mini-DIP, SOIC, small out-line, & cerdip.

The AD7476/AD7477/AD7478 are, respectively, 12-bit, 10-bit, and 8-bit, high speed, low power, successive approximation ADCs. The parts operate from a single 2.35 V to 5.25 V power supply and feature throughput rates up to 1 MSPS. Each part contains a low noise, wide bandwidth track-and-hold amplifier that can handle input frequencies in excess of 6 MHz.The conversion process and data acquisition are controlled using CS the serial clock, allowing the devices to interface with microprocessors or DSPs. The input signal is sampled on the falling edge of CS and the conversion is initiated at this point. There are no pipeline delays associated with these parts. The AD7476/AD7477/AD7478 use advanced design techniques to achieve very low power dissipation at high throughput rates. The reference for the parts is taken internally from VDD. This allows the widest dynamic input range to the ADC. Thus, the analog input range for the parts are 0 V to VDD. The conversion rate is determined by the SCLK.

ADL5315ACPZ-R7
Analog Devices Inc.
The ADL5315 is a wide input current range precision high-side current mirror featuring a stable and user-adjustable input voltage. It is optimized for use with PIN photodiodes, but its flexibility and wide operating range make it suitable for a broad array of additional applications. The part provides a compact solution for the common and often challenging problem of interfacing an optical power monitoring device (such as a log amp) to the cathode-side of a PIN photodiode. The ADL5315 mirrors the current at the cathode at a 1:1 ratio over a six-decade range, producing an output exactly proportional to the reference current monitored. Competing optical current monitors have much higher mirror ratios over narrower dynamic ranges, rendering proportional outputs at very low input currents impossible, while discrete solutions are more tedious to implement and may require significantly more board space.

Analog Devices Inc.
The ADL5391 draws on three decades of experience in advanced analog multiplier products. It provides the same general mathematical function that has been field proven to provide an exceptional degree of versatility in function synthesis:VW = α × (VX x VY)/1 V + VZThe most significant advance in the ADL5391 is the use of anew multiplier core architecture, which differs markedly fromthe conventional form that has been in use since 1970. Theconventional structure that employs a current mode, translinearcore is fundamentally asymmetric with respect to the X and Yinputs, leading to relative amplitude and timing misalignmentsthat are problematic at high frequencies. The new multiplier coreeliminates these misalignments by offering symmetric signalpaths for both X and Y inputs. The Z input allows a signal to beadded directly to the output. This can be used to cancel a carrieror to apply a static offset voltage. The fully differential X, Y, and Z input interfaces are operationalover a ±2 V range, and they can be used in single-ended fashion. The user can apply a common mode at these inputs to varyfrom the internally set VPOS/2 down to ground. If these inputsare ac-coupled, their nominal voltage will be VPOS/2. These inputinterfaces each present a differential 500 Ω input impedance up toapproximately 700 MHz, decreasing to 50 Ω at 2 GHz. The gainscaling input, GADJ, can be used for fine adjustment of the gainscaling constant (α) about unity. The differential output can swing ±2 V about the VPOS/2common-mode and can be taken in a single-ended fashion aswell. The output common mode is designed to interface directlyto the inputs of another ADL5391. Light dc loads can be groundreferenced; however, ac-coupling of the outputs is recommendedfor heavy loads. The ENBL pin allows the ADL5391 to be disabled quickly to astandby mode. It operates off supply voltages from 4.5 V to 5.5 Vwhile consuming approximately 130 mA.The ADL5391 is fabricated on Analog Devices, Inc. proprietary, high performance, 65 GHz, SOI complementary, SiGe bipolarIC process. It is available in a 16-lead, RoHS compliant, LFCSPand operates over a −40°C to +85°C temperature range.Evaluation boards are available.Applications Wideband multiplication and summing High frequency analog modulation Adaptive antennas (diversity/phased array) Square-law detectors and true rms detectors Accurate polynomial function synthesis DC capable VGA with very fast control
