ADM803LAKSZ-REEL7

Analog Devices Inc.
The ADM803 supervisory circuit monitors the power supply voltage in microprocessor systems. It provides a reset output during power-up, power-down and brownout conditions. On power-up, an internal timer holds reset asserted for 240ms. This holds the microprocessor in a reset state until conditions have stabilized. The reset output remains operational with VCC as low as 1V. The ADM803 provides an active-low reset signal RESET, and has an open-drain output stage which requires an external pull-up resistor.Seven reset threshold options are available. The reset comparator features built-in glitch immunity, making it immune to fast transients on VCC.The ADM803 is available in 3-lead SC70 and consumes only 17µA, making it suitable for low power portable equipment.APPLICATIONS Microprocessor Systems Computers Controllers Intelligent Instruments Automotive Systems

AD7687BRMZRL7

Analog Devices Inc.
The AD76871 is a 16-bit, charge redistribution, successive approximation, analog-to-digital converter (ADC) that operates from a single power supply, VDD, between 2.3 V to 5.5 V. It contains a low power, high speed, 16-bit sampling ADC with no missing codes, an internal conversion clock, and a versatile serial interface port. The device also contains a low noise, wide bandwidth, short aperture delay track-and-hold circuit. On the CNV rising edge, the AD7687 the samples the voltage difference between IN+ and IN− pins, which can range from −VREF to +VREF. The reference voltage, VREF, is applied externally and can be set up to the supply voltage. The power consumption of the device scales linearly with throughput. The SPI-compatible serial interface also features the ability to daisy-chain several ADCs on a single 3-wire bus and provides an optional BUSY indicator by means of the SDI pin. It is compatible with 1.8 V, 2.5 V, 3 V, or 5 V logic using the separate supply VIO.The AD7687 comes in a 10-lead MSOP or a 10-lead LFCSP with operation specified from −40°C to +85°C.APPLICATIONS Battery-powered equipment Data acquisitions Instrumentation Medical instruments Process controls

AD7701BNZ

Analog Devices Inc.
The AD7701 is a 16-bit ADC which uses a sigma delta conversion technique. The analog input is continually sampled by an analog modulator whose mean output duty cycle is proportional to the input signal. The modulator output is processed by an on-chip digital filter with a six-pole Gaussian response, which updates the output data register with 16-bit binary words at word rates up to 4kHz. The sampling rate, filter corner frequency and output word rate are set by a master clock input that may be supplied externally, or by a crystal-controlled on-chip clock oscillator. The inherent linearity of the ADC is excellent, and endpoint accuracy is ensured by self-calibration of zero and full scale which may be initiated at any time. The self-calibration scheme can also be extended to null system offset and gain errors in the input channel. The output data is accessed through a flexible serial port, which has an asynchronous mode compatible with UARTs and two synchronous modes suitable for interfacing to shift registers or the serial ports of industry-standard microcontrollers.CMOS construction insures low power dissipation, and a power down mode reduces the idle power consumption to only 10 µW.
