The EV-21593-SOM enables evaluation and rapid prototyping of designs featuring the ADSP-2159x Family (ADSP-21591/ADSP-21593) of SHARC audio processors. It provides an easy-to-use plug-n-play reference design with expansion capabilities to interface to custom hardware ahead of the release of the processor itself. When the EV-21593-SOM board is plugged into the EV-SOMCRR-EZKIT carrier board, the resulting EZ-KIT® evaluation system (EV-21593-EZKIT) can be used for fast and easy evaluation of the processor core and system peripherals/interfaces. The EV-21593-SOM enables rapid prototyping for a wide range of applications, including immersive 3D sound and personal audio zones (PAZ), automotive active and road noise cancellation (ANC/RNC), voice-based user-interfaces and in-car communications (ICC), engine sound synthesis (ESS) and electric vehicle warning sound systems (EVWSS/AVAS). DC1513B-AD: Demo Board for the LTM9004 14-Bit Direct Conversion Receiver Subsystem.

Demonstration circuit 1590B is a dual output synchronous buck converter featuring the LTC3880EUJ, a dual output peak current mode controller with digital power system management. There are two versions of the board available: DC1590B-A senses the output current across a sense resistor and has a default switching frequency of 350kHz, and DC1590B-B senses output current with the inductor DCR and has a default switching frequency of 425kHz. Either version can be populated with the LTC3880EUJ-1 (which allows the user to provide bias power to the IC from an external power supply) instead of the LTC3880EUJ. These boards provide two programmable outputs of 20A each. The factory default settings are 1.8V for each output.

Demonstration circuit 1801A is a dual output 1.5V/20A and 1.2V/20A synchronous buck converter operating with a switching frequency of 300kHz over an input voltage range of 4.5V to 14V. The demo board comes in two versions. The A version uses inductor DCR current sensing for high efficiency. The B version uses 2mΩ sense resistor for accurate current sensing with a low DCR ferrite inductor. The fixed on-time valley current mode topology of the LTC3838 allows for a fast load step response.

The DC2733 is a demonstration system for the LTC4249, 65V Dual Electronic Circuit Breaker with Current Monitors. The LTC4249 provides dual independent 1.2A, 75mΩ circuit breakers that can function independently or work together in parallel. Each circuit breaker channel has its own enable, ready, and IMON pins. The DC2733 demo board gives access to both channels of the LTC4249, including the independent RDY and IMON outputs and the EN inputs. Resistors at the IMON pins set the circuit breaker thresholds as well as the IMON current-to-voltage gains. The IC draws power from the IN1 input.

Demonstration circuit 761 is a low noise regulated charge pump featuring the LTC3204 (Burst Mode operation) in the 2X2 DFN package. There are two assembly versions, DC761A-A and DC761A-B for the LTC3204-5 (5V output) and LTC3204-3.3 (3.3V output) respectively. The DC761A-A produces a regulated 5V output from a 2.7V to 5.5V input. The guaranteed output load current is 150mA for VIN between 3.1V and 5.5V, and 65mA for VIN less than 3.1V. The DC761A-B produces a regulated 3.3V output from a 1.8V to 4.5V input. The guaranteed output current is 50mA from VIN between 1.9V and 4.5V, and 40mA for VIN less than 1.9V. The circuit requires only three tiny 0603 surface mount capacitors and uses minimal board space. No inductor or diodes are needed. The circuit features automatic Burst Mode® operation at light loads to maintain low supply current.
