Demonstration circuit DC330 comprises two low noise micropower voltage regulators using the LT1761 in the 5-lead SOT-23 package. These circuits are primarily used in cellular phones, voltage controlled oscillators, RF power supplies and as local regulators in larger systems. Their ability to tolerate a wide variety of output capacitors makes them ideal in space- and cost-sensitive systems.

Demonstration circuit 536B is a hot swap controller with multifunction current control featuring the LTC4211. The DC536B-A is configured to operate with up to 7A load and DC536B-B up to 20A load.

Demonstration circuit DC2448A-C features a PolyPhase® design using the LTM4636EY, a 40A high efficiency, switch mode step-down power µModule® regulator. The input voltage range is from 4.7V to 15V. When VIN < 5.5V, short PVCC to VIN with R1 = 0Ω, and set R3 = 0Ω and remove R2. The output voltage range is 0.6V to 3.3V. The DC2448A-C can deliver a nominal 160A output current. As explained in the data sheet, output current derating is necessary for certain VIN, VOUT and thermal conditions. The board operates in continuous conduction mode in heavy load conditions. For high efficiency at low load currents, the MODE_PLLIN jumper selects pulse-skipping mode for noise sensitive applications or Burst Mode® operation in less noise sensitive applications. The MODE_PLLIN pin also allows the LTM4636 to synchronize to an external clock signal. The phases of the four LTM4636s are 0 degree, 90 degree, 180 degree and 270 degree. DC2448A-C has the option of choosing both internal and external compensation circuit for LTM4636. The LTM4636 datasheet must be read in conjunction with this demo manual prior to working on or modifying demo circuit DC2448A-C.

DC250A-A: Demo Board for the LTC1503 High Efficiency Inductorless Step-Down DC/DC Converter.

Demonstration circuit 999A is a wide input range, 3.3V, synchronous buck-boost converter featuring the LTC3533.  This circuit is designed to demonstrate the high level of performance, efficiency and small solution size attainable using this part in a buck-boost power supply. It operates at 1MHz and produces a regulated 3.3V from an input voltage range of 2.4V to 5.5V, and operates down to 1.8V with de-rated output current.

The EVAL-ADXL371Z is a simple evaluation board that allows quick evaluation of the performance of the ADXL371 ultralow power, 3-axis, digital output MEMS accelerometer. The EVAL-ADXL371Z is ideal for evaluation of the ADXL371 in an existing system because the stiffness and the small size of the evaluation board minimize the effect of the board on both the system and acceleration measurements. The EVAL-ADPD1080Z-PRX evaluation kit provides users with a simple means of connecting with the ADPD1080 hardware, collecting data from the ADPD1080, and evaluating long range proximity capabilities. The ADPD1080 hardware is configured with a large area, p-type, intrinsic, n-type (PIN) semiconductor photodiode as a proximity sensor. In this configuration, motion and proximity in front of the EVAL-ADPD1080Z-PRX are measured by detecting the amount of infrared (IR) light reflected off of objects and the change in IR light as objects move relative to the EVAL-ADPD1080Z-PRX. The evaluation kit requires the EVAL-ADPDM3Z and the Applications Wavetool, which can be downloaded from the EVAL-ADPD1080Z-PRX product page. The Applications Wavetool is a graphical user interface (GUI) that provides users with low level and high level configurability, real-time data analysis, and user datagram protocol (UDP) transfer capabilities so that the evaluation board can easily connect to a PC. The USB port of the PC powers the EVAL-ADPDM3Z and the EVAL-ADPD1080Z-PRX. On-board voltage regulators provide voltage supplies for the ADPD1080. The evaluation board schematic indicates signal names for easy identification. Full specifications for the ADPD1080 are available in the ADPD1080 data sheet.
