The LT1965 series are low noise, low dropout linear regulators. The devices supply 1.1A of output current with a 310mV typical dropout voltage. Operating quiescent current is 500?A for the adjustable version, reducing to <1?A in shutdown. Quiescent current is well controlled; it does not rise in dropout as with many other regulators. The LT1965 regulators have very low output noise which makes them ideal for sensitive RF and DSP supply applications.Output voltage ranges from 1.20V to 19.5V. The LT1965 regulators are stable with output capacitors as low as 10?F. Internal protection circuitry includes reverse-battery protection, current limiting with foldback, thermal limiting and reverse-current protection. The LT1965 series are available in fixed output voltages of 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V, and as an adjustable device with a 1.20V reference voltage. The package offerings include the 5-lead TO-220, 5-lead DD-Pak as well as the thermally enhanced 8-lead MSOP and low profile (0.75mm) 8-lead 3mm ? 3mm DFN.Applications Logic Power Supplies Post Regulator for Switching Supplies Low Noise Instrumentation

Demonstration circuit DC1180 is a dual output regulator consisting of two identical constant frequency step-down converters, based on the LTC3407A monolithic dual synchronous buck regulator in the 3 × 3 DFN-10 package. The LTC3407A is similar to the LTC3407 but has a lower ripple Burst Mode operation and includes an optional external soft-start. The DC1180 has an input voltage range of 2.5V to 5.5V, and either output is capable of delivering up to 600mA of output current. In Burst Mode® operation, the DC supply current is typically only 25 µA (per channel) at no load, and less than 1 µA in shutdown. The DC1180 is a very efficient circuit: up to 96% for either circuit.

The LTC3850 is a high performance dual synchronous step-down switching regulator controller that drives all N-channel power MOSFET stages. A constant-frequency current mode architecture allows a phase-lockable frequency of up to 780kHz. Power loss and supply noise are minimized by operating the two controller output stages out of phase.OPTI-LOOP? compensation allows the transient response to be optimized over a wide range of output capacitance and ESR values. The LTC3850 features a precision 0.8V reference and a power good output indicator. A wide 4V to 24V (28V maximum/30V for LTC3850I) input supply range encompasses most battery chemistries and intermediate bus voltages.Independent TK/SS pins for each controller ramp the output voltages during start-up. Current foldback limits MOSFET heat dissipation during short-circuit conditions. The MODE/PLLIN pin selects among Burst Mode? operation, pulse-skipping mode, or continuous inductor current mode and allows the IC to be synchronized to an external clock. The LTC3850 is available in low profile 28-pin 4mm ? 4mm, 4mm ? 5mm QFN and narrow SSOP packages. Features LTC3850 SSOP-28 and QFN-28 Packages LTC3850-1 ILIM function replaced with an EXTVCC function, SSOP-28 package only LTC3850-2 The LTC3850-2 is identical to the LTC3850-1 SSOP-28, except they have different pin-outs Applications Notebook and Palmtop Computers Portable Instruments Battery-Operated Digital Devices DC Power Distribution Systems

The LTM9011-14/LTM9010-14/LTM9009-14 are 8-channel, simultaneous sampling 14-bit A/D converters designed for digitizing high frequency, wide dynamic range signals. AC performance includes 73.1dB SNR and 88dB spurious free dynamic range (SFDR). Low power consumption per channel reduces heat in high channel count applications. Integrated bypass capacitance and flow-through pinout reduces overall board space requirements.DC specs include ?1LSB INL (typ), ?0.3LSB DNL (typ) and no missing codes over temperature. The transition noise is a low 1.2LSBRMS.The digital outputs are serial LVDS to minimize the number of data lines. Each channel outputs two bits at a time (2-lane mode). At lower sampling rates there is a one bit per channel option (1-lane mode). The ENC+ and ENC? inputs may be driven differentially or single-ended with a sine wave, PECL, LVDS, TTL, or CMOS inputs. An internal clock duty cycle stabilizer allows high performance at full speed for a wide range of clock duty cycles.Applications Communications Cellular Base Stations Software Defined Radios Portable Medical Imaging Multichannel Data Acquisition Nondestructive Testing
