ADR435ARMZ-REEL7

Analog Devices Inc.
The ADR430/ADR431/ADR433/ADR434/ADR435 series is a family of XFET® voltage references featuring low noise, high accuracy, and low temperature drift performance. Using Analog Devices, Inc., temperature drift curvature correction and extra implanted junction FET (XFET) technology, voltage change vs. temperature nonlinearity in the ADR430/ADR431/ADR433/ADR434/ADR435 is minimized. The XFET references operate at lower current (800 μA) and lower supply voltage headroom (2 V) than buried Zener references. Buried Zener references require more than 5 V of headroom for operation. The ADR430/ADR431/ADR433/ADR434/ADR435 XFET references are low noise solutions for 5 V systems. The ADR430/ADR431/ADR433/ADR434/ADR435 family has the capability to source up to 30 mA of output current and sink up to −20 mA. It also comes with a trim terminal to adjust the output voltage over a ±0.5% range without compromising performance. The ADR430/ADR431/ADR433/ADR434/ADR435 are available in 8-lead MSOP and 8-lead narrow SOIC packages. All versions are specified over the extended industrial temperature range of −40°C to +125°C.Applications Precision data acquisition systems High resolution data converters Medical instruments Industrial process control systems Optical control circuits Precision instruments

AD8092ARMZ

Analog Devices Inc.
The AD8091 (single) and AD8092 (dual) are low cost, voltage feedback, high speed amplifiers designed to operate on +3 V, +5 V, or ±5 V supplies. The AD8091/AD8092 have true single-supply capability, with an input voltage range extending 200 mV below the negative rail and within 1 V of the positive rail.Despite their low cost, the AD8091/AD8092 provide excellent overall performance and versatility. The output voltage swing extends to within 25 mV of each rail, providing the maximum output dynamic range with excellent overdrive recovery. This makes the AD8091/AD8092 useful for video electronics, such as cameras, video switchers, or any high speed portable equipment. Low distortion and fast settling make them ideal for active filter applications. The AD8091/AD8092 offer a low power supply current and can operate on a single 3 V power supply. These features are ideally suited for portable and battery-powered applications where size and power are critical. The wide bandwidth and fast slew rate make these amplifiers useful in many general-purpose, high speed applications where dual power supplies of up to ±6 V and single supplies from +3 V to +12 V are needed. This low cost performance is offered in an 8-lead SOIC (AD8091/AD8092), a tiny SOT23-5 (AD8091), and an MSOP (AD8092).Applications Coaxial cable drivers Active filters Video switchers Professional cameras CCD imaging systems CDs/DVDs Clock buffers

AD8251ARMZ-RL

Analog Devices Inc.
The AD8251 is an instrumentation amplifier with digitally programmable gains that has GΩ input impedance, low output noise, and low distortion, making it suitable for interfacing with sensors and driving high sample rate analog-to-digital converters (ADCs). It has high bandwidth of 10 MHz, low THD of −110 dB, and fast settling time of 785 ns (maximum) to 0.001%. Offset drift and gain drift are guaranteed to 1.8 μV/°C and 10 ppm/°C, respectively, for G = 8. In addition to its wide input common voltage range, it boasts a high common-mode rejection of 80 dB at G = 1 from dc to 50 kHz. The combination of precision dc performance coupled with high speed capabilities makes the AD8251 an excellent candidate for data acquisition. Furthermore, this monolithic solution simplifies design and manufacturing and boosts performance of instrumentation by maintaining a tight match of internal resistors and amplifiers. The AD8251 user interface consists of a parallel port that allows users to set the gain in one of two different ways (see Figure 1 in data sheet for the functional block diagram). A 2-bit word sent via a bus can be latched using the WR input. An alternative is to use transparent gain mode where the state of logic levels at the gain port determines the gain. The AD8251 is available in a 10-lead MSOP package and is specified over the −40°C to +85°C temperature range, making it an excellent solution for applications where size and packing density are important considerations. AD8506ARMZ

Analog Devices Inc.
The AD8505/AD8506/AD8508 are single, dual, and quad micro-power amplifiers featuring rail-to-rail input/output swings while operating from a single 1.8 V to 5 V power supply or from dual ±0.9 V to ±2.5 V power supplies. Using a new circuit technology, these amplifiers offer zero input crossover distortion (excellent PSRR and CMRR performance) and low bias current while operating with a supply current of less than 20 μA per amplifier. This amplifier family offers the lowest noise in its power class. This combination of features makes the AD8505/AD8506/AD8508 amplifiers ideal choices for battery-powered applications because they minimize errors due to power supply voltage variations over the lifetime of the battery and maintain high CMRR even for a rail-to-rail input op amp. Remote battery-powered sensors, handheld instrumentation, consumer equipment, hazard detection (for example, smoke, fire, and gas), and patient monitors can benefit from the features of the AD8505/AD8506/AD8508 amplifiers. The AD8505/AD8506/AD8508 are specified for both the industrial temperature range of −40°C to +85°C and the extended industrial temperature range of −40°C to +125°C. The AD8505 single ampli-fier is available in a tiny 5-lead SOT-23 package. The AD8506 dual amplifier is available in 8-lead MSOP and 8-ball WLCSP packages. The AD8508 quad amplifier is available in 14-lead TSSOP and 14-ball WLCSP packages. The AD8505/AD8506/AD8508 are members of a growing series of zero crossover distortion op amps offered by Analog Devices, Inc., including the ADA4505-1/ ADA4505-2/ADA4505-4, that operate from a single 1.8 V to 5 V supply or from dual ±0.9 V to ±2.5 V power supplies.ApplicationsPressure and position sensorsRemote securityBio sensorsIR thermometersBattery-powered consumer equipmentHazard detectors

Operation is fully specified from 5 V to 16 V single supply (±2.5 V to ±8 V dual supply). The AD8638/AD8639 provide benefits previously found only in expensive zero-drift or chopper-stabilized amplifiers. Using the Analog Devices, Inc., topology, these auto-zero amplifiers combine low cost with high accuracy and low noise. No external capacitors are required. In addition, the AD8638/AD8639 greatly reduce the digital switching noise found in most chopper- stabilized amplifiers. With a typical offset voltage of only 3 μV, drift of 0.01 μV/°C, and noise of 1.2 μV p-p (0.1 Hz to 10 Hz), the AD8638/AD8639 are suited for applications in which error sources cannot be tolerated.
