LTC7000ARMSE-1#PBF

Analog Devices Inc.
The LTC7000A/LTC7000A-1 is a fast high side N-channel MOSFET gate driver that operates from input voltages up to 135V. It contains an internal charge pump that fully enhances an external N-channel MOSFET switch, allowing it to remain on indefinitely. Its powerful driver can easily drive large gate capacitances with very short transition times, making it well suited for both high frequency switching applications or static switch applications that require a fast turn-on and/or turn-off time. When an internal comparator senses that the switch current has exceeded a preset level, a fault flag is asserted and the switch is turned off after a period of time set by an external timing capacitor. After a cooldown period, the LTC7000A/LTC7000A-1 automatically retries. The LTC7000A/LTC7000A-1 is available in the thermally enhanced 16-lead MSOP packages.APPLICATIONS Static Switch Driver Load and Supply Switch Driver Electronic Valve Driver High Frequency High Side Gate Driver

AD8058ARMZ-REEL

Analog Devices Inc.
The AD8057, (single) and AD8058 (dual) are very high performance amplifiers with a very low cost. The balance between cost and performance make them ideal for many applications. The AD8057 and AD8058 will reduce the need to qualify a variety of specialty amplifiers. The AD8057 and AD8058 are voltage feedback amplifiers with the bandwidth and slew rate normally found in current feedback amplifiers. The AD8057 and AD8058 are low power amplifiers having low quiescent current and a wide supply range from 3 V to 12 V. They have noise and distortion performance required for high end video systems as well as dc performance parameters rarely found in high speed amplifiers. The AD8057 and AD8058 are available in standard SOIC packaging as well as tiny SOT-23-5 (AD8057) and MSOP (AD8058) packages. These amplifiers are available in the industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.AD8057 (Single) SOIC-8 and SOT-23-5AD8058 (Dual) SOIC-8 and MSOP-8

AD8072ARMZ

Analog Devices Inc.
The AD8072 (dual) and AD8073 (triple) are low cost, current feedback amplifiers intended for high volume, cost sensitive applications. In addition to being low cost, these amplifiers deliver solid video performance into a 150 (ohm) load while consuming only 3.5 mA per amplifier of supply current. Furthermore, the AD8073 is three amplifiers in a single 14-pin narrow-body SOIC package. This makes it ideal for applications where small size is essential. Each amplifier’s inputs and output are accessible providing added gain setting flexibility. These devices provide 30 mA of output current per amplifier, and are optimized for driving one back terminated video load (150 (ohm)) each. These current feedback amplifiers feature gain flatness of 0.1 dB to 10 MHz while offering differential gain and phase error of 0.05% and 0.1°. This makes the AD8072 and AD8073 ideal for business and consumer video electronics. Both will operate from a single +5 V to +12 V power supply. The outputs of each amplifier swing to within 1.3 volts of either supply rail to accommodate video signals on a single +5 V supply. The high bandwidth of 100 MHz, 500 V/µs of slew rate, along with settling to 0.1% in 25 ns, make the AD8072 and AD8073 useful in many general purpose, high speed applications where a single +5 V or dual power supplies up to ±6 V are needed. The AD8072 is available in 8-pin plastic DIP and SOIC packages while the AD8073 is available in 14-pin plastic DIP and SOIC packages. Both operate over the commercial temperature range of 0°C to +70°C.

OP777ARMZ-REEL

Analog Devices Inc.
The OP777, OP727 and OP747 are precision single, dual and quad rail-to-rail output single supply amplifiers featuring micropower operationand rail to rail output ranges. These amplifiers provide improved performance over the industry standard OP07 with ±15V supplies and offer the further advantages of true single supply operationdown to +3.0V and smaller package options than any other high voltage precision bipolar amplifier. Outputs are stable with capacitive loads of over1000pF. Supply current is less than 300 µA per amplifier at 5V. 500 series resistors protect the inputs, allowing input signal levels several voltsabove the positive supply without phase reversal.
