ADP1716ARMZ-1.5-R7

Analog Devices Inc.
The ADP1715/ADP1716 are low dropout, CMOS linear regulators that operate from 2.5 V to 5.5 V and provide up to 500 mA of output current. Using an advanced proprietary architecture, they provide high power supply rejection and achieve excellent line and load transient response with just a small 2.2 μF ceramic output capacitor.Three versions of this part are available, one with fixed output voltage options and variable soft start (ADP1715), one with adjustable output voltage and fixed soft start (ADP1715 Adjustable), and one with voltage tracking in fixed output voltage options (ADP1716). The fixed output voltage options are internally set to one of sixteen values between 0.75 V and 3.3 V; the adjustable output voltage can be set to any value between 0.8 V and 5.0 V by an external voltage divider connected from OUT to ADJ. The variable soft start uses an external capacitor at SS to control the output voltage ramp. Tracking limits the output voltage to the at-or-below voltage at the TRK pin.The ADP1715/ADP1716 are available in 8-lead thermally enhanced MSOP packages, making them not only a very compact solution but also providing excellent thermal performance for applications requiring up to 500 mA of output current in a small, low profile footprint.ApplicationsNotebook computersMemory componentsTelecommunications equipmentNetwork EquipmentDSP/FPGA/µP suppliesInstrumentation equipment/data acquisition systems

ADR435ARMZ

Analog Devices Inc.
The ADR430/ADR431/ADR433/ADR434/ADR435 series is a family of XFET® voltage references featuring low noise, high accuracy, and low temperature drift performance. Using Analog Devices, Inc., temperature drift curvature correction and extra implanted junction FET (XFET) technology, voltage change vs. temperature nonlinearity in the ADR430/ADR431/ADR433/ADR434/ADR435 is minimized. The XFET references operate at lower current (800 μA) and lower supply voltage headroom (2 V) than buried Zener references. Buried Zener references require more than 5 V of headroom for operation. The ADR430/ADR431/ADR433/ADR434/ADR435 XFET references are low noise solutions for 5 V systems. The ADR430/ADR431/ADR433/ADR434/ADR435 family has the capability to source up to 30 mA of output current and sink up to −20 mA. It also comes with a trim terminal to adjust the output voltage over a ±0.5% range without compromising performance. The ADR430/ADR431/ADR433/ADR434/ADR435 are available in 8-lead MSOP and 8-lead narrow SOIC packages. AD7680ARMZ

Analog Devices Inc.
The AD7680 is a 16-bit, fast, low power, successive approximation ADC. The part operates from a single 2.5 V to 5.5 V power supply and features throughput rates up to 100 kSPS. The part contains a low noise, wide bandwidth track-and-hold amplifier that can handle input frequencies in excess of 7 MHz.The conversion process and data acquisition are controlled using CS and the serial clock, allowing the devices to interface with microprocessors or DSPs. The input signal is sampled on the falling edge of CS and the conversion is also initiated at this point. There are no pipelined delays associated with the part. The AD7860 uses advanced design techniques to achieve very low-power dissipation at fast throughput rates. The reference for the part is taken internally from VDD. This allows the widest dynamic input range to the ADC. Thus the analog input range for the part is 0 to VDD. The conversion rate is determined by the SCLK frequency.PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS First 16-bit ADC in a SOT-23 package. High throughput with low power consumption. Flexible power/serial clock speed management. The conversion rate is determined by the serial clock, allowing the conversion time to be reduced through the serial clock speed increase. This allows the average power consumption to be reduced when a power-down mode is used while not converting. The part also features a shutdown mode to maximize power efficiency at lower throughput rates. Power consumption is 0.5 μA max when in shutdown. Reference derived from the power supply. No pipeline delays.APPLICATIONS Process control Battery-powered systems: Personal digital assistants Medical instruments Mobile communications Instrumentation and control systems Remote data acquisition systems High speed modems Optical sensors

The parts operate from a single 2.35 V to 5.25 V power supply and feature through put rates up to 1 MSPS. The parts contain a low-noise, wide bandwidth track/hold amplifier, which can handle input frequencies in excess of 6 MHz.The conversion process and data acquisition are controlled using CS and the serial clock, allowing the devices to interface with microprocessors or DSPs. The AD8610 (single) and AD8620 (dual) are very high precision JFET input amplifiers featuring ultralow offset voltage and drift, very low input voltage and current noise, very low input bias current, and wide bandwidth. Unlike many JFET amplifiers, the AD8610 input bias current is low over the entire operating temperature range. The AD8610 is stable with capacitive loads of over 1000 pF in noninverting unity gain; much larger capacitive loads can be driven easily at higher noise gains. The AD8610 swings to within 1.2 V of the supplies even with a 1 k Ω load, maximizing dynamic range even with limited supply voltages. Outputs slew at 50 V/µs in either inverting or noninverting gain configurations, and settle to 0.01% accuracy in less than 600 ns. Combined with the high input impedance, great precision, and very high output drive, the AD8610 is an ideal amplifier for driving high performance A/D inputs and buffering D/A converter outputs. Applications for the AD8610 and AD8620 include electronic instruments; ATE amplification, buffering, and integrator circuits; CAT/MRI/Ultrasound medical instrumentation; instrumentation quality photodiode amplification; fast precision filters (including PLL filters); and high quality audio. The AD8610 is fully specified over the extended industrial (-40ºC.to +125ºC.temperature range. The AD8610 is available in the narrow 8-lead SOIC and the tiny MSOP8 surface-mount packages.
