AD5314WARMZ-REEL7
Analog Devices Inc.
The AD5304/AD5314/AD5324 are quad 8-, 10-, and 12-bit buffered voltage output DACs in 10-lead MSOP and 10-lead LFCSP packages that operate from a single 2.5 V to 5.5 V supply, consuming 500 μA at 3 V. Their on-chip output amplifiers allow rail-to-rail output swing to be achieved with a slew rate of 0.7 V/μs. A 3-wire serial interface is used; it operates at clock rates up to 30 MHz and is compatible with standard SPI, QSPI, MICROWIRE, and DSP interface standards. The references for the four DACs are derived from one reference pin. The outputs of all DACs can be updated simultaneously using the software LDAC function. The parts incorporate a power-on reset circuit, and ensure that the DAC outputs power up to 0 V and remains there until a valid write takes place to the device. The parts contain a power-down feature that reduces the current consumption of the device to 200 nA @ 5 V (80 nA @ 3 V).The low power consumption of these parts in normal operation makes them ideally suited to portable battery-operated equipment. The power consumption is 3 mW at 5 V, 1.5 mW at 3 V, reducing to 1 μW in power-down mode.Applications Portable battery-powered instruments Digital gain and offset adjustment Programmable voltage and current sources Programmable attenuators Industrial process controls

AD8675ARMZ
Analog Devices Inc.
The AD8675 precision operational amplifier has ultralow offset, drift, and voltage noise combined with very low input bias currents over the full operating temperature range. The AD8675 is a precision, wide bandwidth op amp featuring rail-to-rail output swings and very low noise. Operation is fully specified from ±5 V to ±15 V.The AD8675 features a rail-to-rail output like that of the OP184, but with wide bandwidth and even lower voltage noise, com-bined with the precision and low power consumption like that of the industry-standard OP07 amplifier. Unlike other low noise, rail-to-rail op amps, the AD8675 has very low input bias current and low input current noise. With typical offset voltage of only 10 μV, offset drift of 0.2 μV/°C, and noise of only 0.10 μV p-p (0.1 Hz to 10 Hz), the AD8675 is perfectly suited for applications where large error sources cannot be tolerated. For applications with even lower offset tolerances, the proprietary nulling capability allows a combination of both device and system offset errors up to 3.5 mV (referred to the input) to be compensated externally. Unlike previous circuits, the AD8675 accommodates this adjustment without adversely affecting the offset drift, CMRR, and PSRR of the amplifier. Precision instrumentation, PLL, and other precision filter circuits, position and pressure sensors, medical instrumentation, and strain gage amplifiers benefit greatly from the very low noise, low input bias current, and wide bandwidth. Many systems can take advantage of the low noise, dc precision, and rail-to-rail output swing provided by the AD8675 to maximize SNR and dynamic range. The smaller packages and low power consumption afforded by the AD8675 allow maximum channel density or minimum board size for space-critical equipment. The AD8675 is specified for the extended industrial temperature range (−40°C to +125°C). The AD8675 amplifier is available in the tiny 8-lead MSOP, and the popular 8-lead, narrow SOIC, RoHS compliant packages. MSOP packaged devices are only available in tape and reel format.Applications Precision instrumentation PLL filters Laser diode control loops Strain gage amplifiers Medical instrumentation Thermocouple amplifiers

AD8422ARMZ-RL
Analog Devices Inc.
The AD8422 is a high precision, low power, low noise, rail-to-rail instrumentation amplifier that delivers the best performance per unit microampere in the industry. The AD8422 processes signals with ultralow distortion performance that is load independent over its full output range. The AD8422 is the third generation development of the industry standard AD620. The AD8422 employs new process technologies and design techniques to achieve higher dynamic range and lower errors than its predecessors, while consuming less than one-third of the power. The AD8422 uses the high performance pinout introduced by the AD8221.Very low bias current makes the AD8422 error-free with high source impedance, allowing multiple sensors to be multiplexed to the inputs. Low voltage noise and low current noise make the AD8422 an ideal choice for measuring a Wheatstone bridge. The wide input range and rail-to-rail output of the AD8422 bring all of the benefits of a high performance in-amp to single-supply applications. Whether using high or low supply voltages, the power savings make the AD8422 an excellent choice for high channel count or power sensitive applications. The AD8422 uses robust input protection that ensures reliability without sacrificing noise performance. The AD8422 has high ESD immunity, and the inputs are protected from continuous voltages up to 40 V from the opposite supply rail.A single resistor sets the gain from 1 to 1000. The reference pin can be used to apply a precise offset to the output voltage. The AD8422 is specified from −40°C to +85°C for the 8-lead MSOP and the 8-lead SOIC_N and from −40°C to +125°C for the 8-lead LFCSP.APPLICATIONS Medical instrumentation Industrial process controls Strain gages Transducer interfaces Precision data acquisition systems Channel-isolated systems Portable instrumentation
