ADP1883ARMZ-1.0-R7
Analog Devices Inc.
The ADP1882 / ADP1883 are versatile current-mode, synchronous step-down controllers that provide superior transient response, optimal stability, and current-limit protection by using a constant on-time, pseudo-fixed frequency with a programmable current-limit, current-control scheme. In addition, these devices offer optimum performance at low duty cycles by using valley current-mode control architecture. This allows the ADP1882 / ADP1883 to drive all N-channel power stages to regulate output voltages as low as 0.8 V.The ADP1883 is the power saving mode (PSM) version of the device and is capable of pulse skipping to maintain output regulation while achieving improved system efficiency at light loads (see the Power Saving Mode (PSM) Version (ADP1883) section for more information).Available in three frequency options (300 kHz, 600 kHz, and 1.0 MHz, plus the PSM option), the ADP1882/ADP1883 are well suited for a wide range of applications. These ICs not only operate from a 2.75 V to 5.5 V bias supply, but they also can accept a power input as high as 20 V.In addition, an internally fixed soft start period is included to limit input in-rush current from the input supply during startup and to provide reverse current protection during soft start for a pre-charged output. The low-side current-sense, current-gain scheme and integration of a boost diode, along with the PSM/forced pulse-width modulation (PWM) option, reduce the external part count and improve efficiency.The ADP1882 / ADP1883 operate over the -40°C to +125°C junction temperature range and are available in a 10-lead MSOP.

Analog Devices Inc.
The AD8276/AD8277 are general-purpose, unity-gain difference amplifiers intended for precision signal conditioning in power critical applications that require both high performance and low power. They provide exceptional 86 dB common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR) and high bandwidth while amplifying signals well beyond the supply rails. The on-chip resistors are laser trimmed for gain drift of 1 ppm/°C and high CMRR. The AD8276/AD8277 also have extremely low gain drift vs. temperature.The common-mode range of the amplifiers extends to almost double the supply voltage, making these amplifiers ideal for single-supply applications that require a high common-mode voltage range. The internal resistors and electrostatic discharge (ESD) circuitry at the inputs also provide overvoltage protection to the op amps.The AD8276/AD8277 are unity-gain stable. Although they are optimized for use as difference amplifiers, they can also be connected in high precision, single-ended configurations with G = −1, +1, or +2. The AD8276/AD8277 provide an integrated precision solution that has smaller size, lower cost, and improved performance than a discrete alternative.The AD8276/AD8277 operate on single supplies (2.0 V to 36 V) or dual supplies (±2 V to ±18 V). The maximum quiescent supply current is 200 μA per channel, which is ideal for battery-operated and portable systems.The AD8276 is available in the space-saving 8-lead mini small outline package (MSOP) and the standard small outline (SOIC) package, as well as in die form, and the AD8277 is offered in a 14-lead SOIC package. AD8475ARMZ
Analog Devices Inc.
The AD8475 is a fully differential, attenuating amplifier with integrated precision gain resistors. It provides precision attenuation (by 0.4 or 0.8), common-mode level shifting, and single-ended-to-differential conversion along with input overvoltage protection. Power dissipation on a single 5 V supply is only 16 mW.The AD8475 is a simple to use, fully integrated precision gain block, designed to process signal levels of up to ±10 V on a single supply. It provides a complete interface to make industrial level signals directly compatible with the differential input ranges of low voltage high performance 16-bit or 18-bit single-supply successive approximation (SAR) analog-to-digital converters (ADCs).The AD8475 comes with two standard pin-selectable gain options: 0.4 and 0.8. The gain of the part is set by driving the input pin corresponding to the appropriate gain.The AD8475 also provides overvoltage protection from large industrial input voltages up to ±15 V while operating on a single 5 V supply. The VOCM pin adjusts the output voltage common mode for precision level shifting, to match the ADC’s input range and maximize dynamic range.The AD8475 works extremely well with SAR, Σ-Δ, and pipeline converters. The high current output stage of the part allows it to drive the switched capacitor front-end circuits of many ADCs with minimal error.Unlike many differential drivers in the market, the AD8475 is a high precision amplifier. With 500 μV maximum output offset, 10 nV/√Hz output noise, and −112 dB THD + N, the AD8475 pairs well with high accuracy converters. Considering its low power consumption and high precision, the slew-enhanced AD8475 has excellent speed, settling to 18-bit precision for 4 MSPS acquisition.The AD8475 is available in a space-saving 16-lead 3 mm × 3 mm LFCSP package and a 10-lead MSOP package. It is fully specified over the −40°C to +85°C temperature range.Applications ADC drivers Differential instrumentation amplifier building blocks Single-ended-to-differential converters

The AD8494/AD8495/AD8496/AD8497 are precision instrumentation amplifiers with thermocouple cold junction compensators on an integrated circuit. They produce a high level (5 mV/°C) output directly from a thermocouple signal by combining an ice point reference with a precalibrated amplifier. They can be used as standalone thermometers or as switched output setpoint controllers using either a fixed or remote setpoint control.The AD8494/AD8495/AD8496/AD8497 can be powered from a single-ended supply (less than 3 V) and can measure temperatures below 0°C by offsetting the reference input. To minimize self-heating, an unloaded AD849x typically operates with a total supply current of 180 μA, but it is also capable of delivering in excess of ±5 mA to a load.The AD8494 and AD8496 are precalibrated by laser wafer trimming to match the characteristics of J type (iron-constantan) thermocouples; the AD8495 and AD8497 are laser trimmed to match the characteristics of K type (chromel-alumel) thermo-couples. See Table 1 on the data sheet for the optimized ambient temperature range of each part.The AD8494/AD8495/AD8496/AD8497 allow a wide variety of supply voltages. With a 5 V single supply, the 5 mV/°C output allows the devices to cover nearly 1000 degrees of a thermo-couple’s temperature range.The AD8494/AD8495/AD8496/AD8497 work with 3 V supplies, allowing them to interface directly to lower supply ADCs. They can also work with supplies as large as 36 V in industrial systems that require a wide common-mode input range.Product Highlights Complete, precision laser wafer trimmed thermocouple signal conditioning system in a single IC package. Flexible pinout provides for operation as a setpoint controller or as a standalone Celsius thermometer. Rugged inputs withstand 4 kV ESD and provide over-voltage protection (OVP) up to VS ± 25 V. Differential inputs reject common-mode noise on the thermocouple leads. Reference pin voltage can be offset to measure 0°C on single supplies. Available in a small, 8-lead MSOP that is fully RoHS compliant.Applications K type thermocouple temperature measurement Setpoint controller Celsius thermometer Universal cold junction compensator White goods (oven, stove top) temperature measurements Exhaust gas temperature sensing Catalytic converter temperature sensing div#landing_page_sec ul { padding:0 0 15px 10px; margin:0px; } div#landing_page_sec li { padding:3px 0 2px 20px; margin:0px; list-style:none; background:url(/static/imported-files/embedded_html/images/li_img.gif) no-repeat 7px 9px; display:block; color:#000000; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; }

The AD8494/AD8495/AD8496/AD8497 are precision instrumentation amplifiers with thermocouple cold junction compensators on an integrated circuit. They produce a high level (5 mV/°C) output directly from a thermocouple signal by combining an ice point reference with a precalibrated amplifier. They can be used as standalone thermometers or as switched output setpoint controllers using either a fixed or remote setpoint control.The AD8494/AD8495/AD8496/AD8497 can be powered from a single-ended supply (less than 3 V) and can measure temperatures below 0°C by offsetting the reference input. To minimize self-heating, an unloaded AD849x typically operates with a total supply current of 180 μA, but it is also capable of delivering in excess of ±5 mA to a load.The AD8494 and AD8496 are precalibrated by laser wafer trimming to match the characteristics of J type (iron-constantan) thermocouples; the AD8495 and AD8497 are laser trimmed to match the characteristics of K type (chromel-alumel) thermo-couples. See Table 1 on the data sheet for the optimized ambient temperature range of each part.The AD8494/AD8495/AD8496/AD8497 allow a wide variety of supply voltages. With a 5 V single supply, the 5 mV/°C output allows the devices to cover nearly 1000 degrees of a thermo-couple’s temperature range.The AD8494/AD8495/AD8496/AD8497 work with 3 V supplies, allowing them to interface directly to lower supply ADCs. They can also work with supplies as large as 36 V in industrial systems that require a wide common-mode input range.Product Highlights Complete, precision laser wafer trimmed thermocouple signal conditioning system in a single IC package. Flexible pinout provides for operation as a setpoint controller or as a standalone Celsius thermometer. Rugged inputs withstand 4 kV ESD and provide over-voltage protection (OVP) up to VS ± 25 V. Differential inputs reject common-mode noise on the thermocouple leads. Reference pin voltage can be offset to measure 0°C on single supplies. Available in a small, 8-lead MSOP that is fully RoHS compliant.
