Precision Amplifiers Dual 2.5nV RR out Precision BP AMP

Features:

  • Very low voltage noise 2.8 nV/√Hz @ 1 kHz
  • Rail-to-rail output swing
  • Low input bias current: 2 nA maximum
  • Very low offset voltage: 12 μV typical
  • Low input offset drift: 0.6 μV/°C maximum
  • Very high gain: 120 dB
  • Wide bandwidth: 10 MHz typical
  • ±5 V to ±18 V operation

The AD8676 precision operational amplifier offers ultralow offset, drift, and voltage noise combined with very low input bias currents over the full operating temperature range. The AD8676 is a precision, wide bandwidth op amp featuring rail- to-rail output swings and very low noise. Operation is fully specified from ±5 V to ±15 V.

The AD8676 features a rail-to-rail output like that of the OP184, but with wide bandwidth and even lower voltage noise, com-bined with the precision and low power consumption like that of the industry-standard OP07 amplifier. Unlike other low noise, rail-to-rail op amps, the AD8676 has very low input bias current and low input current noise.

With typical offset voltage of only 12 μV, offset drift of 0.2 μV/°C, and noise of only 0.10 μV p-p (0.1 Hz to 10 Hz), the AD8676 is perfectly suited for applications where large error sources cannot be tolerated. Precision instrumentation, PLL and other precision filter circuits, position and pressure sensors, medical instrumentation, and strain gage amplifiers benefit greatly from the very low noise, low input bias current, and wide bandwidth. Many systems can take advantage of the low noise, dc precision, and rail-to-rail output swing provided by the AD8676 to maxi-mize SNR and dynamic range.

The smaller packages and low power consumption afforded by the AD8676 allow maximum channel density or minimum board size for space-critical equipment.

The AD8676 is specified for the extended industrial temperature range (−40°C to +125°C). The AD8676 is available in the 8-lead MSOP, and the popular 8-lead, narrow SOIC; both of which are lead-free packages. MSOP packaged devices are only available in tape and reel format. For the single version of this ultraprecision, rail-to-rail op amp, see the AD8675 data sheet. The AD8675 and AD8676 are members of a growing series of low noise op amps offered by Analog Devices, Inc.

ADA4417-3ARMZ-RL

Analog Devices Inc.
The ADA4417-3 is a low cost, fully integrated, video reconstruction filter specifically designed for consumer high definition video. With 1 dB frequency flatness out to 38 MHz, and 44 dB of rejection at 75 MHz, the ADA4417-3 can handle the most demanding HD video applications. The ADA4417-3 operates on a single 3.3 V to 5 V supply. It is well-suited for applications where power consumption is critical. A disable feature allows for further power conservation by reducing the supply current to 10 μA (typical) when the device is not in use. With rail-to-rail output, it can be efficiently used on a 3.3 V supply, while providing the user with a 2 V p-p output. The buffers can drive two 75 Ω terminated loads, either dc- or ac-coupled.The ADA4417-3 also has an output dc offset function that can operate in two states. When the DCO pin is tied to VCC, the video signal at the output is offset by 200 mV. When the DCO pin is tied to ground, the output dc level follows the input level. The ADA4417-3 is available in a 10-lead MSOP package and is rated for operation over the extended industrial temperature range of −40°C to +85°C.APPLICATIONS Set-top boxes HDTVs Projectors DVD players/recorders Personal video recorders

AD8223ARMZ-R7

Analog Devices Inc.
The AD8223 is an integrated single-supply instrumentationamplifier that delivers rail-to-rail output swing on a singlesupply (3 V to 24 V). The AD8223 conforms to the 8-leadindustry standard pinout configurationThe AD8223 is simple to use: one resistor sets the gain. With no external resistor, the AD8223 is configured for G = 5 and with an external resistor, the AD8223 can be programmed for gains up to 1000.The AD8223 has a wide input common-mode range and canamplify signals that have a 150 mV common-mode voltagebelow ground. Although the design of the AD8223 is optimizedto operate from a single supply, the AD8223 still providesexcellent performance when operated from a dual voltagesupply (±2 V to ±12 V).Low power consumption (1.5 mW at 3 V), wide supply voltagerange, and rail-to-rail output swing make the AD8223 ideal forbattery-powered applications. The rail-to-rail output stagemaximizes the dynamic range when operating from low supplyvoltages. The AD8223 replaces discrete instrumentationamplifier designs and offers superior linearity, temperaturestability, and reliability in a minimum of space.ApplicationsLow power medical instrumentation Transducer interface Thermocouple amplifiers Industrial process controls Difference amplifiers Low power data acquisition

AD8236ARMZ-R7

Analog Devices Inc.
The AD8236 is the lowest power instrumentation amplifier in the industry. It has rail-to-rail outputs and can operate on voltages as low as 1.8 V. Its 40 μA maximum supply current makes it an excellent choice in battery-powered applications. The AD8236’s high input impedance, low input bias current of 1 pA, high CMRR of 110 dB (G = 100), small size, and low power offer tremendous value. It has a wider common-mode voltage range than typical three-op-amp instrumentation amplifiers, making this a great solution for applications that operate on a single 1.8 V or 3 V supply. An innovative input stage allows for a wide rail-to-rail input voltage range without the crossover distortion common in other designs. The AD8236 is available in an 8-lead MSOP and is specified over the industrial temperature range of −40°C to +125°CApplicationsMedical instrumentationLow-side current sensePortable devices

AD8276ARMZ-RL

Analog Devices Inc.
The AD8276/AD8277 are general-purpose, unity-gain difference amplifiers intended for precision signal conditioning in power critical applications that require both high performance and low power. They provide exceptional 86 dB common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR) and high bandwidth while amplifying signals well beyond the supply rails. The on-chip resistors are laser trimmed for gain drift of 1 ppm/°C and high CMRR. The AD8276/AD8277 also have extremely low gain drift vs. temperature. The common-mode range of the amplifiers extends to almost double the supply voltage, making these amplifiers ideal for single-supply applications that require a high common-mode voltage range. The internal resistors and electrostatic discharge (ESD) circuitry at the inputs also provide overvoltage protection to the op amps. The AD8276/AD8277 are unity-gain stable. Although they are optimized for use as difference amplifiers, they can also be connected in high precision, single-ended configurations with G = −1, +1, or +2. The AD8276/AD8277 provide an integrated precision solution that has smaller size, lower cost, and improved performance than a discrete alternative. The AD8276/AD8277 operate on single supplies (2.0 V to 36 V) or dual supplies (±2 V to ±18 V). The maximum quiescent supply current is 200 μA per channel, which is ideal for battery-operated and portable systems. The AD8276 is available in the space-saving 8-lead mini small outline package (MSOP) and the standard small outline (SOIC) package, as well as in die form, and the AD8277 is offered in a 14-lead SOIC package. Both are specified for performance over the industrial temperature range of −40°C to +85°C and are fully RoHS compliant.Applications Voltage measurement and monitoring Current measurement and monitoring Differential output instrumentation amplifier Portable, battery-powered equipment Test and measurement
