The ADA4177-1 single-channel, ADA4177-2 dual-channel, and ADA4177-4 quad-channel amplifiers feature low offset voltage (2 μV typical) and drift (1 μV/°C maximum), low input bias current, low noise, and low current consumption (500 μA typical). Outputs are stable with capacitive loads of more than 1000 pF with no external compensation.The inputs of the ADA4177-1/ADA4177-2/ADA4177-4 feature outstanding precision amplifier robustness, providing input protection against signal excursions 32 V beyond either supply, as well as 70 dB of rejection for electromagnetic interference (EMI) at 1000 MHz.Applications for these amplifiers include sensor signal conditioning (such as thermocouples, resistor thermal detectors (RTDs), and strain gages), process control front-end amplifiers, and precision diode power measurement in optical and wireless transmission systems.The ADA4177-1/ADA4177-2/ADA4177-4 operate over the −40°C to +125°C industrial temperature range. The ADA4622-1/ADA4622-2/ADA4622-4 are the next generation of the AD820/AD822/AD824 single-supply, rail-to-rail output (RRO), precision junction field effect transistors (JFET) input op amps. The ADA4622-1/ADA4622-2/ADA4622-4 include many improvements that make them desirable as upgrades without compromising the flexibility and ease of use that makes the AD820/AD822/AD824 useful for a wide variety of applications.The input voltage range includes the negative supply and the output swings rail-to-rail. Input EMI filters increase the signal robustness in the face of closely located switching noise sources.The speed, in terms of bandwidth and slew rate, increases along with a strong output drive to improve settling time performance and enables the devices to drive the inputs of modern single-ended, successive approximation register (SAR) analog-to-digital converters (ADCs).Voltage noise is reduced; although the supply current remains the same as the AD820/AD822/AD824, broadband noise is reduced by 25%, and 1/f is reduced by half. DC precision in the ADA4622-1/ADA4622-2/ADA4622-4 improved from the AD820/AD822/AD824 with half the offset and a maximum thermal drift specification added to the ADA4622-1/ADA4622-2/ADA4622-4. The common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR) is improved from the AD820/AD822/AD824 to make the ADA4622-1/ADA4622-2/ADA4622-4 more suitable when used in noninverting gain and difference amplifier configurations.The ADA4622-1/ADA4622-2/ADA4622-4 are specified for operation over the extended industrial temperature range of −40°C to +125°C, and operate from 5 V to 30 V, with specifications at +5 V, ±5 V, and ±15 V. The ADA4622-1 is available in a 5-lead SOT-23 package and an 8-lead LFCSP package. The ADA4622-2 is available in an 8-lead SOIC_N package, an 8-lead MSOP package, and an 8-lead LFCSP package.  he ADR42x are a series of ultraprecision, second generation eXtra implanted junction FET (XFET) voltage references featuring low noise, high accuracy, and excellent long-term stability in SOIC and MSOP footprints.Patented temperature drift curvature correction technique and XFET technology minimize nonlinearity of the voltage change with temperature. The XFET architecture offers superior accuracy and thermal hysteresis to the band gap references. It also operates at lower power and lower supply headroom than the buried Zener references.The superb noise and the stable and accurate characteristics of the ADR42x make them ideal for precision conversion applications such as optical networks and medical equipment. The AD8061/AD8062/AD8063 are rail-to-rail output voltage feedback amplifiers offering ease of use and low cost. They have a bandwidth and slew rate typically found in current feedback amplifiers. All have a wide input common-mode voltage range and output voltage swing, making them easy to use on single supplies as low as 2.7 V.Despite being low cost, the AD8061/AD8062/AD8063 provide excellent overall performance. For video applications, their differential gain and phase errors are 0.01% and 0.04° into a 150 Ω load, along with 0.1 dB flatness out to 30 MHz. Addi-tionally, they offer wide bandwidth to 300 MHz along with 650 V/μs slew rate.The AD8061/AD8062/AD8063 offer a typical low power of 6.8 mA/amplifier, while being capable of delivering up to 50 mA of load current. The AD8063 has a power-down disable feature that reduces the supply current to 400 μA.
