The ADT75 is a complete temperature monitoring system in 8-lead MSOP and SOIC packages. It contains a band gap temperature sensor and 12-bit Aanalog-to-digital converter (ADC) to monitor and digitize the temperature to a resolution of 0.0625°C. The ADT75 is pin and register compatible with the LM75 and AD7416.The ADT75 is specified for operation at supply voltages from 2.7 V to 5.5 V. The AD7277 is a 10-bit, high speed, low power, successive-approximation ADC. The parts operate from a single 2.35 V to 3.6 V power supply and feature throughput rates of up to 3 MSPS. The parts contain a low noise, wide bandwidth track-and-hold amplifier that can handle input frequencies in excess of 55 MHz.The conversion process and data acquisition are controlled using CS and the serial clock, allowing the devices to interface with microprocessors or DSPs.
