ADA4505-2ARMZ

Analog Devices Inc.
The ADA4505-1/ADA4505-2/ADA4505-4 are single, dual, and quad micropower amplifiers featuring rail-to-rail input and output swings while operating from a single 1.8 V to 5 V power supply or from dual ±0.9 V to ±2.5 V power supplies.Employing a new circuit technology, these low cost amplifiers offer zero input crossover distortion (excellent PSRR and CMRR performance) and very low bias current, while operating with a supply current of less than 10 μA per amplifier. This combination of features makes the ADA4505-x amplifiers ideal choices for battery-powered applications because they minimize errors due to power supply voltage variations over the lifetime of the battery and maintain high CMRR even for a rail-to-rail op amp.Remote battery-powered sensors, handheld instrumentation and consumer equipment, hazard detectors (for example, smoke, fire, and gas), and patient monitors can benefit from the features of the ADA4505-x amplifiers. The ADA4505-x family is specified for both the industrial temperature range (−40°C to +85°C) and the extended industrial temperature range (−40°C to +125°C). The ADA4505-1 single amplifier is available in a tiny 5-lead SOT-23. The ADA4505-2 dual amplifier is available in a standard 8-lead MSOP and a 8-ball WLCSP. The ADA4505-4 quad amplifier is available in a 14-lead TSSOP and a 14-ball WLCSP.The ADA4505-x family is a member of a growing series of zero crossover op amps offered by Analog Devices, Inc., including the AD8506/AD8508, which also operate from a single 1.8 V to 5 V power supply or from dual ±0.9 V to ±2.5 V power supplies.Applications Pressure and position sensors Remote security Medical monitors Battery-powered consumer equipment Hazard detectors

AD8227ARMZ

Analog Devices Inc.
The AD8227 is a low cost, wide supply range instrumentation amplifier that requires only one external resistor to set any gain between 5 and 1000.The AD8227 is designed to work with a variety of signal voltages. A wide input range and rail-to-rail output allow the signal to make full use of the supply rails. Because the input range can also go below the negative supply, small signals near ground can be amplified without requiring dual supplies. The AD8227 operates on supplies ranging from ±1.5 V to ±18 V (2.2 V to 36 V single supply). The robust AD8227 inputs are designed to connect to real-world sensors. In addition to its wide operating range, the AD8227 can handle voltages beyond the rails. For example, with a ±5 V supply, the part is guaranteed to withstand ±35 V at the input with no damage. Minimum as well as maximum input bias currents are specified to facilitate open wire detection. The AD8227 is ideal for multichannel, space-constrained applications. With its MSOP package and 125°C temperature rating, the AD8227 thrives in tightly packed, zero airflow designs. The AD8227 is available in 8-pin MSOP and SOIC packages. It is fully specified for −40°C to +125°C operation. For a similar instrumentation amplifier with a gain range of 1 to 1000, see the AD8226.ApplicationsIndustrial process controlsBridge amplifiersMedical instrumentationPortable data acquisitionMultichannel systems

ADP1882ARMZ-0.3-R7

Analog Devices Inc.
The ADP1882 / ADP1883 are versatile current-mode, synchronous step-down controllers that provide superior transient response, optimal stability, and current-limit protection by using a constant on-time, pseudo-fixed frequency with a programmable current-limit, current-control scheme. In addition, these devices offer optimum performance at low duty cycles by using valley current-mode control architecture. This allows the ADP1882 / ADP1883 to drive all N-channel power stages to regulate output voltages as low as 0.8 V.The ADP1883 is the power saving mode (PSM) version of the device and is capable of pulse skipping to maintain output regulation while achieving improved system efficiency at light loads (see the Power Saving Mode (PSM) Version (ADP1883) section for more information).Available in three frequency options (300 kHz, 600 kHz, and 1.0 MHz, plus the PSM option), the ADP1882 / ADP1883 are well suited for a wide range of applications. These ICs not only operate from a 2.75 V to 5.5 V bias supply, but they also can accept a power input as high as 20 V.In addition, an internally fixed soft start period is included to limit input in-rush current from the input supply during startup and to provide reverse current protection during soft start for a pre-charged output. The low-side current-sense, current-gain scheme and integration of a boost diode, along with the PSM/forced pulse-width modulation (PWM) option, reduce the external part count and improve efficiency. The ADP1882 / ADP1883 operate over the -40°C to +125°C junction temperature range and are available in a 10-lead MSOP.

AD8221ARMZ-RL

Analog Devices Inc.
The AD8221 is a gain programmable, high performance instrumentation amplifier that delivers the industry’s highest CMRR over frequency in its class. The CMRR of instrumentation amplifiers on the market today falls off at 200 Hz. In contrast, the AD8221 maintains a minimum CMRR of 80 dB to 10 kHz for all grades at G = 1. High CMRR over frequency allows the AD8221 to reject wideband interference and line harmonics, greatly simplifying filter requirements. Possible applications include precision data acquisition, biomedical analysis, and aerospace instrumentation. Low voltage offset, low offset drift, low gain drift, high gain accuracy, and high CMRR make this part an excellent choice in applications that demand the best dc performance possible, such as bridge signal conditioning. Programmable gain affords the user design flexibility. A single resistor sets the gain from 1 to 1000. The AD8221 operates on both single and dual supplies and is well suited for applications where ±10 V input voltages are encountered. The AD8221 is available in a low cost 8-lead SOIC and 8-lead MSOP, both of which offer the industry’s best performance. The MSOP requires half the board space of the SOIC, making it ideal for multichannel or space-constrained applications. Performance is specified over the entire industrial temperature range of −40°C to +85°C for all grades. Furthermore, the AD8221 is operational from −40°C to +125°C*. AD8276ARMZ-R7

Analog Devices Inc.
The AD8276/AD8277 are general-purpose, unity-gain difference amplifiers intended for precision signal conditioning in power critical applications that require both high performance and low power. They provide exceptional 86 dB common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR) and high bandwidth while amplifying signals well beyond the supply rails. The on-chip resistors are laser trimmed for gain drift of 1 ppm/°C and high CMRR. The AD8276/AD8277 also have extremely low gain drift vs. temperature. The common-mode range of the amplifiers extends to almost double the supply voltage, making these amplifiers ideal for single-supply applications that require a high common-mode voltage range. The internal resistors and electrostatic discharge (ESD) circuitry at the inputs also provide overvoltage protection to the op amps. The AD8276/AD8277 are unity-gain stable. Although they are optimized for use as difference amplifiers, they can also be connected in high precision, single-ended configurations with G = −1, +1, or +2. The AD8276/AD8277 provide an integrated precision solution that has smaller size, lower cost, and improved performance than a discrete alternative. The AD8276/AD8277 operate on single supplies (2.0 V to 36 V) or dual supplies (±2 V to ±18 V). The maximum quiescent supply current is 200 μA per channel, which is ideal for battery-operated and portable systems. The AD8276 is available in the space-saving 8-lead mini small outline package (MSOP) and the standard small outline (SOIC) package, as well as in die form, and the AD8277 is offered in a 14-lead SOIC package. Both are specified for performance over the industrial temperature range of −40°C to +85°C and are fully RoHS compliant.Applications Voltage measurement and monitoring Current measurement and monitoring Differential output instrumentation amplifier Portable, battery-powered equipment Test and measurement
