AD8132ARMZ
Analog Devices Inc.
The AD8132 is a low cost differential or single-ended input to differential output amplifier with resistor set gain. The AD8132 is a major advancement over op amps for driving differential input ADCs or for driving signals over long lines. The AD8132 has a unique internal feedback feature that provides output gain and phase matching balanced to −68 dB at 10 MHz, suppressing harmonics and reducing radiated EMI.Manufactured using the next-generation of Analog Devices, Inc., XFCB bipolar process, the AD8132 has a −3 dB bandwidth of 350 MHz and delivers a differential signal with −99 dBc SFDR at 5 MHz, despite its low cost. The AD8132 eliminates the need for a transformer with high performance ADCs, preserving the low frequency and dc information. The common-mode level of the differential output is adjustable by applying a voltage on the VOCM pin, easily level shifting the input signals for driving single-supply ADCs. Fast overload recovery preserves sampling accuracy. The AD8132 is also used as a differential driver for the trans-mission of high speed signals over low cost twisted pair or coaxial cables. The feedback network can be adjusted to boost the high frequency components of the signal. The AD8132 is used for either analog or digital video signals or for other high speed data trans-mission. The AD8132 is capable of driving either a Category 3 or Category 5 twisted pair or coaxial cable with minimal line attenuation. The AD8132 has considerable cost and performance improvements over discrete line driver solutions.Differential signal processing reduces the effects of ground noise that plagues ground-referenced systems. The AD8132 can be used for differential signal processing (gain and filtering) throughout a signal chain, easily simplifying the conversion between differential and single-ended components. The AD8132W is the automotive grade version, qualified for 125°C operation per the AEC-Q100. See the Automotive Products section for more details. The AD8132 is available in both 8-lead SOIC and 8-lead MSOP packages for operation over the extended industrial temperature range of −40°C to +125°C.Applications Low power differential ADC drivers Differential gain and differential filtering Video line drivers Differential in/out level shifting Single-ended input to differential output drivers Active transformers Automotive driver assistance Automotive infotainment

AD8313ARMZ-REEL
Analog Devices Inc.
The AD8313 is a complete multistage demodulating logarithmic amplifier that can accurately convert an RF signal at its input to an equivalent decibel-scaled value at its dc output. The AD8313 maintains a high degree of log conformance for signal frequencies from 0.1 GHz to 2.5 GHz. Application is straightforward, requiring only a single supply of 2.7 V to 5.5 V and the addition of a suitable input and supply decoupling. Operating on a 3 V supply, its 13.7 mA consumption (for TA = 25°C) is only 41 mW. A power-down feature is provided; the input is taken high to initiate a low current (20 µA) sleep mode, with a threshold at half the supply voltageThe AD8313 is fabricated on Analog Devices, Inc., advanced 25 GHz silicon bipolar IC process and is available in an 8-lead MSOP package. The operating temperature range is −40°C to +85°C.

The AD8315 is a complete low cost subsystem for the precisecontrol of RF power amplifiers operating in the frequency range0.1 GHz to 2.5 GHz and over a typical dynamic range of 50 dB.It is intended for use in cellular handsets and other batteryoperatedwireless devices. The log amp technique provides a muchwider measurement range and better accuracy than controllersusing diode detectors. In particular, the temperature stability isexcellent over a specified range of −30°C to +85°C.Its high sensitivity allows control at low signal levels, thusreducing the amount of power that must be coupled tothe detector. For convenience, the signal is internally ac-coupled. Thishigh-pass coupling, with a corner at approximately 0.016 GHz,determines the lowest operating frequency. Therefore, thesource can be dc grounded. The AD8315 provides a voltage output, VAPC, that has thevoltage range and current drive to directly connect to mosthandset power amplifiers’ gain control pin. VAPC can swingfrom 250 mV above ground to within 200 mV below the supplyvoltage. Load currents of up to 6 mA can be supported. The setpoint control input is applied to the VSET pin and hasan operating range of 0.25 V to 1.4 V. The associated circuitdetermines the slope and intercept of the linear-in-dBmeasurement system; these are nominally 23 mV/dB and−60 dBm for a 50 Ω termination (−73 dBV) at 0.9 GHz.Further simplifying the application of the AD8315, the inputresistance of the setpoint interface is over 100 MΩ, and the biascurrent is typically 0.5 μA.The AD8315 is available in MSOP and LFCSP packages andconsumes 8.5 mA from a 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply. When powereddown, the sleep current is 4 μA. Applications Single, dual, and triple band mobile handset (GSM, DCS, EDGE) Transmitter power control

AD7277ARMZ
Analog Devices Inc.
The AD7277 is a 10-bit, high speed, low power, successive-approximation ADC. The parts operate from a single 2.35 V to 3.6 V power supply and feature throughput rates of up to 3 MSPS. The parts contain a low noise, wide bandwidth track-and-hold amplifier that can handle input frequencies in excess of 55 MHz.The conversion process and data acquisition are controlled using CS and the serial clock, allowing the devices to interface with microprocessors or DSPs. The input signal is sampled on the falling edge of CS, and the conversion is also initiated at this point. There are no pipeline delays associated with the part. The AD7277 uses advanced design techniques to achieve very low power dissipation at high throughput rates. The reference for the part is taken internally from VDD. This allows the widest dynamic input range to the ADC; therefore, the analog input range for the part is 0 to VDD. The conversion rate is determined by the SCLK.PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS 3 MSPS ADCs in a 6-lead TSOT package. AD7476 / AD7477 / AD7478 and AD7476A / AD7477A / AD7478A pin-compatible. High throughput with low power consumption. Flexible power/serial clock speed management. This allows maximum power efficiency at low throughput rates. Reference derived from the power supply. No pipeline delay. The parts feature a standard successive approximation ADC with accurate control of the sampling instant via a CS input and once-off conversion control.
