AD8313ARMZ-REEL

Analog Devices Inc.
The AD8313 is a complete multistage demodulating logarithmic amplifier that can accurately convert an RF signal at its input to an equivalent decibel-scaled value at its dc output. The AD8313 maintains a high degree of log conformance for signal frequencies from 0.1 GHz to 2.5 GHz. Application is straightforward, requiring only a single supply of 2.7 V to 5.5 V and the addition of a suitable input and supply decoupling. Operating on a 3 V supply, its 13.7 mA consumption (for TA = 25°C) is only 41 mW. A power-down feature is provided; the input is taken high to initiate a low current (20 µA) sleep mode, with a threshold at half the supply voltageThe AD8313 is fabricated on Analog Devices, Inc., advanced 25 GHz silicon bipolar IC process and is available in an 8-lead MSOP package. The operating temperature range is −40°C to +85°C.

The AD8315 is a complete low cost subsystem for the precisecontrol of RF power amplifiers operating in the frequency range0.1 GHz to 2.5 GHz and over a typical dynamic range of 50 dB.It is intended for use in cellular handsets and other batteryoperatedwireless devices. The log amp technique provides a muchwider measurement range and better accuracy than controllersusing diode detectors. In particular, the temperature stability isexcellent over a specified range of −30°C to +85°C.Its high sensitivity allows control at low signal levels, thusreducing the amount of power that must be coupled tothe detector. For convenience, the signal is internally ac-coupled. Thishigh-pass coupling, with a corner at approximately 0.016 GHz,determines the lowest operating frequency. Therefore, thesource can be dc grounded. The AD8315 provides a voltage output, VAPC, that has thevoltage range and current drive to directly connect to mosthandset power amplifiers’ gain control pin. VAPC can swingfrom 250 mV above ground to within 200 mV below the supplyvoltage. Load currents of up to 6 mA can be supported. The setpoint control input is applied to the VSET pin and hasan operating range of 0.25 V to 1.4 V. The associated circuitdetermines the slope and intercept of the linear-in-dBmeasurement system; these are nominally 23 mV/dB and−60 dBm for a 50 Ω termination (−73 dBV) at 0.9 GHz.Further simplifying the application of the AD8315, the inputresistance of the setpoint interface is over 100 MΩ, and the biascurrent is typically 0.5 μA.The AD8315 is available in MSOP and LFCSP packages andconsumes 8.5 mA from a 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply. When powereddown, the sleep current is 4 μA. Applications Single, dual, and triple band mobile handset (GSM, DCS, EDGE) Transmitter power control

The ADR430/ADR431/ADR433/ADR434/ADR435 series is a family of XFET® voltage references featuring low noise, high accuracy, and low temperature drift performance. Using Analog Devices, Inc., temperature drift curvature correction and extra implanted junction FET (XFET) technology, voltage change vs. temperature nonlinearity in the ADR430/ADR431/ADR433/ADR434/ ADR435 is minimized. The XFET references operate at lower current (800 μA) and lower supply voltage headroom (2 V) than buried Zener references. Buried Zener references require more than 5 V of headroom for operation. The ADR430/ADR431/ADR433/ADR434/ADR435 XFET references are low noise solutions for 5 V systems. The ADR430/ADR431/ADR433/ADR434/ADR435 family has the capability to source up to 30 mA of output current and sink up to −20 mA. It also comes with a trim terminal to adjust the output voltage over a ±0.5% range without compromising performance. The ADR430/ADR431/ADR433/ADR434/ADR435 are available in 8-lead MSOP and 8-lead narrow SOIC packages. AD7277ARMZ

Analog Devices Inc.
The AD7277 is a 10-bit, high speed, low power, successive-approximation ADC. The parts operate from a single 2.35 V to 3.6 V power supply and feature throughput rates of up to 3 MSPS. The parts contain a low noise, wide bandwidth track-and-hold amplifier that can handle input frequencies in excess of 55 MHz.The conversion process and data acquisition are controlled using CS and the serial clock, allowing the devices to interface with microprocessors or DSPs. The input signal is sampled on the falling edge of CS, and the conversion is also initiated at this point. There are no pipeline delays associated with the part. The AD7277 uses advanced design techniques to achieve very low power dissipation at high throughput rates. The reference for the part is taken internally from VDD. This allows the widest dynamic input range to the ADC; therefore, the analog input range for the part is 0 to VDD. The conversion rate is determined by the SCLK.PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS 3 MSPS ADCs in a 6-lead TSOT package. AD7476 / AD7477 / AD7478 and AD7476A / AD7477A / AD7478A pin-compatible. High throughput with low power consumption. Flexible power/serial clock speed management. This allows maximum power efficiency at low throughput rates. Reference derived from the power supply. No pipeline delay. The parts feature a standard successive approximation ADC with accurate control of the sampling instant via a CS input and once-off conversion control.

The AD5624 / AD5664, members of the nanoDAC® family, are low power, quad, 12-, 16-bit buffered voltage-out DACs that operate from a single 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply and are guaranteed monotonic by design. The AD5624 / AD5664 require an external reference voltage to set the output range of the DAC. The part incorporates a power-on reset circuit that ensures the DAC output powers up to 0 V and remains there until a valid write takes place. The parts contain a power-down feature that reduces the current consumption of the device to 480 nA at 5 V and provides software-selectable output loads while in power-down mode. The low power consumption of these parts in normal operation makes them ideally suited to portable battery-operated equipment. The power consumption is 2.25 mW at 5 V, going down to 2.4 μW in power-down mode. The AD5624 / AD5664 on-chip precision output amplifier allows rail-to-rail output swing to be achieved. The AD5624/AD5664 use a versatile 3-wire serial interface that operates at clock rates up to 50 MHz, and are compatible with standard SPI®, QSPI™, MICROWIRE™, and DSP interface standards.PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS Relative accuracy: ±12 LSBs maximum.
