The AD713 is a quad operational amplifier, consisting of four AD711 BiFET op amps. These precision monolithic op amps offer excellent dc characteristics plus rapid settling times, high slew rates, and ample bandwidths. In addition, the AD713 provides the close matching ac and dc characteristics inherent to amplifiers sharing the same monolithic die. The single-pole response of the AD713 provides fast settling: l µs to 0.01%. This feature, combined with its high dc precision, makes the AD713 suitable for use as a buffer amplifier for 12- or 14-bit DACs and ADCs. It is also an excellent choice for use in active filters in 12-, 14- and 16-bit data acquisition systems. Furthermore, the AD713 low total harmonic distortion (THD) level of 0.0003% and very close matching ac characteristics make it an ideal amplifier for many demanding audio applications. The AD713 is internally compensated for stable operation at unity gain. The AD713J is rated over the commercial temperature range of 0°C to 70°C. The AD713A is rated over the industrial temperature of −40°C to +85°C.

The SSM2305 is a fully integrated, high efficiency, Class-Daudio amplifier designed to maximize performance for mobilephone applications. The application circuit requires a minimumof external components and operates from a single 2.5 V to 5.5 Vsupply. It is capable of delivering 2.2 W of continuous outputpower with less than 1% THD + N driving a 4 Ω load from a5.0 V supply. It has built-in thermal shutdown and output short-circuitprotection.The SSM2305 features a high efficiency, low noise modulationscheme that does not require external LC output filters. The modulationprovides high efficiency even at low output power. TheSSM2305 operates with 90% efficiency at 1.3 W into 8 Ω or 83%efficiency at 2.2 W into 4 Ω from a 5.0 V supply and has an SNR of>98 dB. Spread-spectrum pulse density modulation is used toprovide lower EMI-radiated emissions compared with otherClass-D architectures.The SSM2305 has a micropower shutdown mode with a maximumshutdown current of 30 nA. Shutdown is enabled by applyinga Logic 0 to the SD pin. The device also includes pop-and-clicksuppression circuitry. This minimizes voltage glitches at theoutput during turn-on and turn-off, thus reducing audible noiseon activation and deactivation.The fully differential input of the SSM2305 provides excellentrejection of common-mode noise on the input. Input couplingcapacitors can be omitted if the dc input common-mode voltageis approximately VDD/2.The SSM2305 has excellent rejection of power supply noise,including noise caused by GSM transmission bursts and RFrectification. PSRR is typically 60 dB at 217 Hz.The default gain of the SSM2305 is 18 dB, but users can reduce thegain by using a pair of external resistors.The SSM2305 is specified over the commercial temperature range(−40°C to +85°C). It is available in both an 8-lead, 3 mm × 3 mmlead frame chip scale package (LFCSP) and an 8-lead mini smalloutline package (MSOP). The AD549 is a monolithic electrometer operational amplifier with very low input bias current. Input offset voltage and input offset voltage drift are laser trimmed for precision performance. The ultralow input current of the part is achieved with Topgate™ JFET technology, a process development exclusive to Analog Devices, Inc. This technology allows fabrication of extremely low input current JFETs compatible with a standard junction isolated bipolar process. The 1015 Ω common-mode impedance, which results from the bootstrapped input stage, ensures that the input current is essentially independent of the common-mode voltage.The AD549 is suited for applications that require very low input current and low input offset voltage. It excels as a preamp for a wide variety of current output transducers, such as photo-diodes, photomultiplier tubes, or oxygen sensors. The AD549 can also be used as a precision integrator or low droop sample and hold. The AD549 is pin compatible with standard FET and electrometer op amps, allowing designers to upgrade the performance of present systems at little additional cost.The AD549 is available in a TO-99 hermetic package. The case is connected to Pin 8 so that the metal case can be independently connected to a point at the same potential as the input terminals, minimizing stray leakage to the case. The AD549 is available in four performance grades. The J, K, and L versions are rated over the commercial temperature range of 0°C to +70°C. The S grade is specified over the military temperature range of −55°C to +125°C and is available processed to MIL-STD-883B, Rev. C. Extended reliability plus screening is also available. Plus screening includes 168 hour burn-in, as well as other environmental and physical tests derived from MIL-STD-883B, Rev. C.Product Highlights The AD549 input currents are specified, 100% tested, and guaranteed after the device is warmed up. They are guaranteed over the entire common-mode input voltage range. The AD549 input offset voltage and drift are laser trimmed to 0.50 mV and 15 μV/°C (AD549K), and to 1 mV and 20 μV/°C (AD549J).. A maximum quiescent supply current of 700 μA minimizes heating effects on input current and offset voltage. AC specifications include 1 MHz unity gain bandwidth and 3 V/μs slew rate. The ADCMP603 is a very fast comparator fabricated on XFCB2, an Analog Devices, Inc., proprietary process. This comparator is exceptionally versatile and easy to use. Features include an input range from VEE ? 0.5 V to VCC + 0.2 V, low noise complementary TTL-/CMOS-compatible output drivers, and latch inputs with adjustable hysteresis and/or a shutdown input.The device offers 3.5 ns propagation delay with 10 mV overdrive on 4 mA typical supply current.A flexible power supply scheme allows the device to operate with a single +2.5 V positive supply and a ?0.5 V to +2.8 V input signal range up to a +5.5 V positive supply with a ?0.5 V to +5.8 V input signal range. Split input/output supplies with no sequencing restrictions support a wide input signal range while still allowing independent output swing control and power savings.The device passes 4.5 kV HBM ESD testing and the absolute maximum ratings include current limits for all pins.The complementary TTL-/CMOS-compatible output stage is designed to drive up to 5 pF with full timing specs and to degrade in a graceful and linear fashion as additional capacitance is added. The comparator input stage offers robust protection against large input overdrive, and the outputs do not phase reverse when the valid input signal range is exceeded. The ADL5246 is a high performance, low noise variable gain amplifier (VGA) optimized for multistandard base station receivers and point to point receive (Rx) and transmit (Tx) applications. The low noise figure and excellent linearity performance allow the device to be used in a variety of applications.The device consists of a low noise amplifier, a high linearity VGA, and a ? W output driver stage. The variable attenuator networks are optimized to provide high linearity performance over the 45 dB gain control range. Gain is set using a unipolar control voltage from 0 V to 3.3 V. The output stage of the ADL5246 is an externally tuned ? W driver amplifier, which allows the device to be optimized anywhere between the 0.6 GHzto 3 GHz range, with an average tuning bandwidth of 200 MHz wide. An external filter can be used between the VGA and the final driver amplifier. The ADL5246 can be biased between 3.3 V and 5 V to tradeoff between performance and power consumption.The ADL5246 is fabricated on an advanced GaAs process.
