AD8620BRZ
Analog Devices Inc.
The AD8610 (single) and AD8620 (dual) are very high precision JFET input amplifiers featuring ultralow offset voltage and drift, very low input voltage and current noise, very low input bias current, and wide bandwidth. Unlike many JFET amplifiers, the AD8610 input bias current is low over the entire operating temperature range. The AD8610 is stable with capacitive loads of over 1000 pF in noninverting unity gain; much larger capacitive loads can be driven easily at higher noise gains. The AD8610 swings to within 1.2 V of the supplies even with a 1 k Ω load, maximizing dynamic range even with limited supply voltages. Outputs slew at 50 V/µs in either inverting or noninverting gain configurations, and settle to 0.01% accuracy in less than 600 ns. Combined with the high input impedance, great precision, and very high output drive, theAD8610 is an ideal amplifier for driving high performance A/D inputs and buffering D/A converter outputs. Applications for the AD8610 and AD8620 include electronic instruments; ATE amplification, buffering, and integrator circuits; CAT/MRI/Ultrasound medical instrumentation; instrumentation quality photodiode amplification; fast precision filters (including PLL filters); and high quality audio. The AD8610 is fully specified over the extended industrial (-40ºC to +125ºC temperature range. The AD8610 is available in the narrow 8-lead SOIC and the tiny MSOP8 surface-mount packages. The AD8620 is available in the narrow 8-lead SOIC package. MSOP8 packaged devices are available only in tape and reel.

AD96685BRZ-REEL
Analog Devices Inc.
The AD96685 and AD96687 are ultrafast voltage comparators. The AD96685 is a single comparator with 2.5 ns propagation delay; the AD96687 is an equally fast dual comparator. Both devices feature 50 ps propagation delay dispersion which is a particularly important characteristic of high speed comparators. It is a measure of the difference in propagation delay under differing overdrive conditions.A fast, high precision differential input stage permits consistent propagation delay with a wide variety of signals in the common-mode range from -2.5 V to +5 V. Outputs are complementary digital signals fully compatible with ECL 10 K and 10 KH logic families. The outputs provide sufficient drive current to directly drive transmission lines terminated in 50 Ohm to -2 V. A level sensitive latch input is included which permits tracking, track-hold, or sample-hold modes of operation. The AD96685 and AD96687 are available in both industrial, -25°C to +85°C, and military temperature ranges. Industrial range devices are available in 16-pin DIP, SOIC, and 20-lead PLCC; additionally, the AD96685 is available in a 10-pin, TO-100 metal can.APPLICATIONS High Speed Triggers High Speed Line Receivers Threshold Detectors Window Comparators Peak Detectors

The PM156 provides low input current, high slew rate, and direct interchangeability with LF156 type. This operational amplifier uses a new process which allows fabrication of matched JFET transistors and standard bipolar transistors on the same chip. High accuracy make the PM156 useful in new designs and as replacements for modular and hybrid types. Unlike many designs, nulling the input offset voltage does not degrade common-mode rejection ratio or input offset voltage drift. Low input voltage noise and current noise plus a low 1/f noise corner frequency allow these amplifiers to be used in a variety of low noise, wide-bandwidth applications.Dynamic specifications for the PM156 include a typical slew rate of 12V/µs, a 2.5MHz gain bandwidth product, and settling time to within ±0.01% of final value in 4.0µs.

OP400GSZ-REEL
Analog Devices Inc.
The OP400 is the first monolithic quad operational amplifier that features OP77-type performance. Precision performance is not sacrificed with the OP400 to obtain the space and costsavings offered by quad amplifiers. The OP400 features an extremely low input offset voltage of less than 150 μV with a drift of less than 1.2 μV/°C, guaranteed over the full military temperature range. Open-loop gain of the OP400 is more than 5 million into a 10 kΩ load, input bias current is less than 3 nA, CMR is more than 120 dB, and PSRR is less than 1.8 μV/V. On-chip Zener zap trimming is used to achieve the low input offset voltage of the OP400 and eliminates the need for offset nulling. The OP400 conforms to the industrystandard quad pinout, which does not have null terminals. The OP400 features low power consumption, drawing less than 725 μA per amplifier. The total current drawn by this quad amplifier is less than that of a single OP07, yet the OP400 offers significant improvements over this industry-standard op amp. Voltage noise density of the OP400 is a low 11 nV/√Hz at 10 Hz, half that of most competitive devices. The OP400 is an ideal choice for applications requiring multiple precision operational amplifiers and where low power consumption is critical.

SSM2305RMZ-R2
Analog Devices Inc.
The SSM2305 is a fully integrated, high efficiency, Class-Daudio amplifier designed to maximize performance for mobilephone applications. The application circuit requires a minimumof external components and operates from a single 2.5 V to 5.5 Vsupply. It is capable of delivering 2.2 W of continuous outputpower with less than 1% THD + N driving a 4 Ω load from a5.0 V supply. It has built-in thermal shutdown and output short-circuitprotection.The SSM2305 features a high efficiency, low noise modulationscheme that does not require external LC output filters. The modulationprovides high efficiency even at low output power. TheSSM2305 operates with 90% efficiency at 1.3 W into 8 Ω or 83%efficiency at 2.2 W into 4 Ω from a 5.0 V supply and has an SNR of>98 dB. Spread-spectrum pulse density modulation is used toprovide lower EMI-radiated emissions compared with otherClass-D architectures. The SSM2305 has a micropower shutdown mode with a maximumshutdown current of 30 nA. Shutdown is enabled by applyinga Logic 0 to the SD pin. The device also includes pop-and-clicksuppression circuitry. This minimizes voltage glitches at theoutput during turn-on and turn-off, thus reducing audible noiseon activation and deactivation. The fully differential input of the SSM2305 provides excellentrejection of common-mode noise on the input. Input couplingcapacitors can be omitted if the dc input common-mode voltageis approximately VDD/2.The SSM2305 has excellent rejection of power supply noise, including noise caused by GSM transmission bursts and RFrectification. PSRR is typically 60 dB at 217 Hz.The default gain of the SSM2305 is 18 dB, but users can reduce thegain by using a pair of external resistors. The SSM2305 is specified over the commercial temperature range(−40°C to +85°C). It is available in both an 8-lead, 3 mm × 3 mmlead frame chip scale package (LFCSP) and an 8-lead mini smalloutline package (MSOP).
