The ADA4622-1/ADA4622-2/ADA4622-4 are the next generation of the AD820/AD822/AD824 single-supply, rail-to-rail output (RRO), precision junction field effect transistors (JFET) input op amps. The ADA4622-1/ADA4622-2/ADA4622-4 include many improvements that make them desirable as upgrades without compromising the flexibility and ease of use that makes the AD820/AD822/AD824 useful for a wide variety of applications.The input voltage range includes the negative supply and the output swings rail-to-rail. The ADA4805-1 is a high speed voltage feedback rail-to-rail output amplifier with an exceptionally low quiescent current of 495 μA, making it ideal for low power, high resolution data conversion systems. Despite being low power, this amplifier provides excellent overall performance. It offers a high bandwidth of 105 MHz at a gain of 1, high slew rate of 160 V/μs, and a low input offset voltage of 125 μV maximum.A shutdown pin allows further reduction of the quiescent supply current to 3 μA. The ADA4806-1 is a high speed, voltage feedback, rail-to-rail output, single operational amplifier with three power modes: full power mode, sleep mode, and shutdown mode. In full power mode, this amplifier provides a wide bandwidth of 105 MHz at a gain of +1, a fast slew rate 160 V/μs, and excellent dc precision with a low input offset voltage of 125 μV (maximum) and an input offset voltage drift of 1.5 μV/°C (maximum), while consuming only 500 μA of quiescent current. The AD8676 precision operational amplifier offers ultralow offset, drift, and voltage noise combined with very low input bias currents over the full operating temperature range. The AD8676 is a precision, wide bandwidth op amp featuring rail- to-rail output swings and very low noise. Operation is fully specified from ±5 V to ±15 V.

The AD8676 features a rail-to-rail output like that of the OP184, but with wide bandwidth and even lower voltage noise, com-bined with the precision and low power consumption like that of the industry-standard OP07 amplifier. Unlike other low noise, rail-to-rail op amps, the AD8676 has very low input bias current and low input current noise.

With typical offset voltage of only 12 μV, offset drift of 0.2 μV/°C, and noise of only 0.10 μV p-p (0.1 Hz to 10 Hz), the AD8676 is perfectly suited for applications where large error sources cannot be tolerated.
