The AD8030 is a dual, rail-to-rail input and output high speed amplifier with a quiescent current of only 1.3 mA per amplifier. Despite its low power consumption, the amplifier provides excellent performance with 125MHz small signal bandwidth and 60 V/?s slew rate. ADI's proprietary XFCB process enables high speed and high performance on low power.This amplifier exhibits true single-supply operation with rail-to-rail input and output performance for supply voltages ranging from 2.7V to 12V. The input voltage range extends 200 mV beyond each rail without phase reversal. The dynamic range of the output extends to within 40 mV of each rail.The AD8030 provides excellent signal quality with minimal power dissipation. At G=+1, SFDR is -72dBc at 1MHz and settling time to 0.1% is only 80 ns. Low distortion and fast settling performance makes this amplifier a suitable driver for single-supply A/D converters.The versatility of the AD8030 allows the user to operate the amplifier on a wide range of supplies while consuming less than 6.5 mW of power. This feature extends the operation time in applications ranging from battery-powered systems with large bandwidth requirements to high speed systems where component density requires lower power dissipation.The AD8030 is the only low power, rail-to-rail input and output high speed amplifier available in SOT23 and SC70 micro packages. The AD8122 is a triple, high speed, differential receiver and equalizer that compensates for the transmission losses of UTP and coaxial cables up to 300 meters in length. Various gain stages are summed together to best approximate the inverse frequency response of the cable. Each channel features a high impedance differential input that is ideal for interfacing directly with the cable.The AD8122 has two control inputs for optimal cable compensation, one LPF control input, an input to select between UTP and coax cable, and an output offset adjust input. The cable compensation inputs are used to compensate for different cable lengths; the VPEAK input controls the amount of high frequency peaking and the VGAIN input adjusts the broadband flat gain, which compensates for the flat cable loss. The VFILTER input controls the cutoff frequency of output lowpass filters on each channel. Selection between UTP and coaxial cable compensation responses is determined by the binary COAX/UTP?input, which can be left floating in UTP applications. The AD8146/AD8147/AD8148 are high speed triple, differential or single-ended input to differential output drivers. The AD8146 and AD8147 have a fixed gain of 2, and the AD8148 has a fixed gain of 4. They are all specifically designed for the highest resolution component video signals but can be used for any type of analog signals or high speed data transmission over either Category 5 UTP cable or differential printed circuit board (PCB) transmission lines.These drivers can be used with the AD8145 triple differential-to-singled-ended receiver, and the AD8117 crosspoint switch to produce a video distribution system capable of supporting UXGA or 1080p signals.Manufactured on the Analog Devices, Inc. second generation XFCB bipolar process, the drivers have large signal bandwidths of 700 MHz and fast slew rates. The AD8224 is the first single-supply, JFET input instrumentation amplifier available in the space-saving 16-lead, 4 mm ? 4 mm LFCSP. It requires the same board area as a typical single instrumentation amplifier yet doubles the channel density and offers a lower cost per channel without compromising performance.Designed to meet the needs of high performance, portable instrumentation, the AD8224 has a minimum common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR) of 86 dB at dc and a minimum CMRR of 80 dB at 10 kHz for G = 1. Maximum input bias current is 10 pA and typically remains below 300 pA over the entire industrial temperature range. Despite the JFET inputs, the AD8224 typically has a noise corner of only 10 Hz.With the proliferation of mixed-signal processing, the number of power supplies required in each system has grown.Designed to alleviate this problem, the AD8224 can operate on a ?18 V dual supply, as well as on a single +5 V supply. The device?s rail-to-rail output stage maximizes dynamic range on the low voltage supplies common in portable applications. Its ability to run on a single 5 V supply eliminates the need for higher voltage, dual supplies. The AD8224 draws 750 ?A of quiescent current per amplifier, making it ideal for battery powered devices.In addition, the AD8224 can be configured as a single-channel, differential output, instrumentation amplifier. Differential outputs provide high noise immunity, which can be useful when the output signal must travel through a noisy environment, such as with remote sensors. The AD8310 is a complete, dc to 440 MHz demodulating logarithmic amplifier (log amp) with a very fast voltage mode output, capable of driving up to 25 mA into a grounded load in under 15 ns. It uses the progressive compression (successive detection) technique to provide a dynamic range of up to 95 dB to ?3 dB law conformance or 90 dB to a ?1 dB error bound up to 100 MHz. It is extremely stable and easy to use, requiring no significant external components. A single-supply voltage of 2.7 V to 5.5 V at 8 mA is needed, corresponding to a power consumption of only 24 mW at 3 V. A fast-acting CMOS-compatible enable pin is provided.Each of the six cascaded amplifier/limiter cells has a small-signal gain of 14.3 dB, with a ?3 dB bandwidth of 900 MHz. A total of nine detector cells are used to provide a dynamic range that extends from ?91 dBV (where 0 dBV is defined as the amplitude of a 1 V rms sine wave), an amplitude of about ?40 ?V, up to +4 dBV (or ?2.2 V). The demodulated output is accurately scaled, with a log slope of 24 mV/dB and an intercept of ?108 dBV. The scaling parameters are supply- and temperature-independent.The fully differential input offers a moderately high impedance (1 k? in parallel with about 1 pF). A simple network can match the input to 50 ? and provide a power sensitivity of ?78 dBm to +17 dBm. The logarithmic linearity is typically within ?0.4 dB up to 100 MHz over the central portion of the range, but it is somewhat greater at 440 MHz. There is no minimum frequency limit; the AD8310 can be used down to low audio frequencies. Special filtering features are provided to support this wide range.The output voltage runs from a noise-limited lower boundary of 400 mV to an upper limit within 200 mV of the supply voltage for light loads. The slope and intercept can be readily altered using external resistors. The AD8332 is a dual channel ultralow noise, linear-in-dB, variable gain amplifier (VGA). Optimized for ultrasound systems, they are usable as a low noise variable gain element at frequencies up to 120 MHz.Included in each channel are an ultralow noise preamplifier (LNA), an X-AMP?
