The ADuM4190 is an isolated error amplifier based on ADI, iCoupler® technology. The ADuM4190 is ideal forlinear feedback power supplies. The primary side controllers ofthe ADuM4190 enable improvements in transient response, powerdensity, and stability as compared to commonly used optocouplerand shunt regulator solutions.Unlike optocoupler-based solutions, which have an uncertaincurrent transfer ratio over lifetime and at high temperatures, theADuM4190 transfer function does not change over its lifetimeand is stable over a wide temperature range of −40°C to +125°C.Included in the ADuM4190 is a wideband operational amplifierfor a variety of commonly used power supply loop compensationtechniques. The ADuM4190 is fast enough to allow a feedback loopto react to fast transient conditions and overcurrent conditions. Also included is a high accuracy 1.225 V reference to comparewith the supply output setpoint. The ADuM4190 is packaged in a wide body, 16-lead SOIC packagefor a reinforced 5 kV rms isolation voltage rating.Applications Linear feedback power supplies Inverters Uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) DOSA-compatible modules Voltage monitors

AD823AARMZ-R7
Analog Devices Inc.
The AD823A is a dual precision, 17 MHz, JFET input op amp manufactured in the extra fast complementary bipolar (XFCB) process. The AD823A can operate from a single supply of 3 V to 36 V or from dual supplies of ±1.5 V to ±18 V. It has true single-supply capability with an input voltage range extending below ground in single-supply mode. Output voltage swing extends to within 20 mV of each rail for IOUT ≤ 100 μA, providing outstanding output dynamic range. It also has a linear output current of 40 mA, 0.5 V from the supply rails. An offset voltage of 700 μV maximum, an offset voltage drift of 1 μV/°C, and typical input bias currents of 0.3 pA provide dc precision with source impedances up to 1 GΩ. The AD823A provides 17 MHz, −3 dB bandwidth, and a 30 V/μs slew rate with a low supply current of only 2.6 mA per amplifier. It also provides low input voltage noise of 14 nV/√Hz and −108 dB SFDR at 20 kHz. The AD823A has low input capacitances (0.6 pF differential and 1.3 pF common mode) and drives more than 500 pF of direct capacitive load as a follower. This lets the amplifier handle a wide range of load conditions. This combination of ac and dc performance, plus the outstanding load drive capability, results in an exceptionally versatile amplifier for applications such as ADC drivers, high speed active filters, and other low voltage, high dynamic range systems. The AD823A is available over the industrial temperature range of −40°C to +85°C and is offered in an 8-lead SOIC package and an 8-lead MSOP package.APPLICATIONS Battery-powered precision instrumentation Photodiode preamps Active filters 12-bit to 16-bit data acquisition systems Medical instrumentation

AD8244ARMZ-R7
Analog Devices Inc.
The AD8244 is a precision, low power, FET input, quad unity-gain buffer that is designed to isolate very large source impedances from the rest of the signal chain. The 2 pA maximum bias current, near zero current noise, and 10 TΩ input impedance introduce almost no error, even with source impedance well into the megaohms. Many traditional operational amplifier pinouts have a supply pin that is next to the noninverting input. A guard trace must be routed between these pins to avoid leakage currents much larger than the bias current of a FET input op amp. Guard traces can be routed between pins for large packages, such as DIP or even SOIC; however, the board area consumed by these packages is prohibitive for many modern applications. The AD8244 solves this problem with a unique pinout that physically separates the high impedance inputs from the low impedance supplies and outputs of the other buffers. This configuration simplifies guarding while reducing board space, allowing high performance and high density in the same design. The AD8244 design is focused on solving problems specific to buffers. This includes close channel-to-channel matching which allows channels of the AD8244 to be used in differential signal chains with minimal error. With its low voltage noise, wide supply range, and high precision, the AD8244 is also flexible enough to provide high performance anywhere a unity-gain buffer is needed, even with low source resistance. The AD8244 is specified over the industrial temperature range of −40°C to +85°C. It is available in a 10-lead MSOP package.APPLICATIONSBiopotential electrodesMedical instrumentationHigh impedance sensor conditioningFiltersPhotodiode amplifiers

The AD8421 is a low cost, low power, extremely low noise, ultralow bias current, high speed instrumentation amplifier that is ideally suited for a broad spectrum of signal conditioning and data acquisition applications. This product features extremely high CMRR, allowing it to extract low level signals in the presence of high frequency common-mode noise over a wide temperature range. The 10 MHz bandwidth, 35 V/µs slew rate, and 0.6 µs settling time to 0.001% (G = 10) allow the AD8421 to amplify high speed signals and excel in applications that require high channel count, multiplexed systems. Even at higher gains, the current feedback architecture maintains high performance; for example, at G = 100, the bandwidth is 2 MHz and the settling time is 0.8 µs. The AD8421 has excellent distortion performance, making it suitable for use in demanding applications such as vibration analysis. The AD8421 delivers industry-leading 3 nV/√Hz input voltage noise and 200 fA/√Hz current noise with only 2 mA quiescent current, making it an ideal choice for measuring low level signals. For applications with high source impedance, the AD8421 employs innovative process technology and design techniques to provide noise performance that is limited only by the sensor. The AD8421 uses unique protection methods to ensure robust inputs while still maintaining very low noise. The ADA4084-1 (single), ADA4084-2 (dual), and ADA4084-4 (quad) are single-supply, 10 MHz bandwidth amplifiers featuring rail-to-rail inputs and outputs. They are guaranteed to operate from +3 V to +30 V (or ±1.5 V to ±15 V).These amplifiers are well suited for single-supply applications requiring both ac and precision dc performance. The combination of wide bandwidth, low noise, and precision makes the ADA4084-1/ADA4084-2/ADA4084-4 useful in a wide variety of applications, including filters and instrumentation.Other applications for these amplifiers include portable telecommunications equipment, power supply control and protection, and use as amplifiers or buffers for transducers with wide output ranges. Sensors requiring a rail-to-rail input amplifier include Hall effect, piezoelectric, and resistive transducers. The ability to swing rail to rail at both the input and output enables designers to build multistage filters in single-supply systems and to maintain high signal-to-noise ratios. The ADA4084-1/ADA4084-2/ADA4084-4 are specified over the industrial temperature range of −40°C to +125°C.The single ADA4084-1 is available in the 5-lead SOT-23 and 8-lead SOIC; the dual ADA4084-2 is available in the 8-lead SOIC, 8-lead MSOP, and 8-lead LFCSP surface-mount packages; and the ADA4084-4 is offered in the 14-lead TSSOP and 16-lead LFCSP.The ADA4084-1/ADA4084-2/ADA4084-4 are members of a growing series of high voltage, low noise op amps offered by Analog Devices, Inc.Applications Battery-powered instrumentation High-side and low-side sensing Power supply control and protection Telecommunications Digital-to-analog converter (DAC) output amplifiers Analog-to-digital converter (ADC) input buffers
