The AD5625R/AD5645R/AD5665R and AD5625/AD5665 members of the nanoDAC® family are low power, quad, 12-/14-/16-bit, buffered voltage-out DACs with/without an on-chip reference. All devices operate from a single 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply, are guaranteed monotonic by design, and have an I2C-compatible serial interface.The AD5625R/AD5645R/AD5665R have an on-chip reference. The LFCSP versions of the AD5625R/AD5645R/AD5665R have a 1.25 V or 2.5 V, 10 ppm/°C reference, giving a full-scale output range of 2.5 V or 5 V; the TSSOP versions of the AD5625R/AD5645R/AD5665R have a 2.5 V, 5 ppm/°C reference, giving a full-scale output range of 5 V. The WLCSP has a 1.25 V reference. The on-chip reference is off at power-up, allowing the use of an external reference. The internal reference is enabled via a software write. The AD5625/AD5665 require an external reference voltage to set the output range of the DAC.The device incorporates a power-on reset circuit that ensures that the DAC output powers up to 0 V (POR = GND) or midscale (POR = VDD) and remains there until a valid write occurs. The AD7357 is a dual, 14-bit, high speed, low power, successive approximation ADC that operates from a single 2.5 V power supply and features throughput rates of up to 4.2 MSPS. The part contains two ADCs, each preceded by a low noise, wide bandwidth track-and-hold circuit that can handle input frequencies in excess of 110 MHz.The conversion process and data acquisition use standard control inputs allowing for easy interfacing to microprocessors or DSPs. The input signal is sampled on the falling edge of CS; conversion is also initiated at this point. The conversion time is determined by the SCLK frequency.The AD7357 uses advanced design techniques to achieve very low power dissipation at high throughput rates. With a 2.5 V supply and a 4.2 MSPS throughput rate, the device consumes 14 mA typically. The part also offers flexible power/throughput rate management when operating in normal mode as the quiescent current consumption is so low.The analog input range for the device is the differential common mode ±VREF/2. The AD7357 has an on-chip 2.048 V reference that can be overdriven when an external reference is preferred.The AD7357 is available in a 16-lead thin shrink small outline package (TSSOP) and an 18-lead lead frame chip scale package (LFCSP).PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS Two Complete ADC Functions. The AD76871 is a 16-bit, charge redistribution, successive approximation, analog-to-digital converter (ADC) that operates from a single power supply, VDD, between 2.3 V to 5.5 V. It contains a low power, high speed, 16-bit sampling ADC with no missing codes, an internal conversion clock, and a versatile serial interface port. The device also contains a low noise, wide bandwidth, short aperture delay track-and-hold circuit. On the CNV rising edge, the AD7687 the samples the voltage difference between IN+ and IN− pins, which can range from −VREF to +VREF. The reference voltage, VREF, is applied externally and can be set up to the supply voltage.The power consumption of the device scales linearly with throughput.The SPI-compatible serial interface also features the ability to daisy-chain several ADCs on a single 3-wire bus and provides an optional BUSY indicator by means of the SDI pin. The part operates from a single 2.7 V to 5.25 V power supply and features throughput rates up to 625 kSPS. The part contains a low noise, wide bandwidth, differential track-and-hold amplifier that can handle input frequencies up to 50 MHz.The AD7938-6 features eight analog input channels with a channel sequencer that allows a preprogrammed selection of channels to be converted sequentially.
