The ADG3304 is a bidirectional logic level translator that contains four bidirectional channels. It can be used in multivoltage digital system applications such as data transfer between a low voltage DSP/controller and a higher voltage device using SPI and MICROWIRE interfaces. The internal architecture allows the device to perform bidirectional logic level translation without an additional signal to set the direction in which the translation takes place.The voltage applied to VCCA sets the logic levels on the A side of the device, while VCCY sets the levels on the Y side. For proper operation, VCCA must always be less than VCCY. The VCCA-compatible logic signals applied to the A side of the device appear as VCCY-compatible levels on the Y side. Similarly, VCCY-compatible logic levels applied to the Y side of the device appear as VCCA-compatible logic levels on the A side.The enable pin (EN) provides three-state operation on both the A-side and the Y-side pins. When the EN pin is pulled low, the terminals on both sides of the device are in the high impedance state. The EN pin is referred to the VCCA supply voltage and driven high for normal operation.The ADG3304 is available in compact 14-lead TSSOP, 12-ball WLCSP and 20-lead LFCSP. The HMC723LP3E is a D-type Flip Flop designed to support data transmission rates of up to 13 Gbps, and clock frequencies as high as 13 GHz. During normal operation, data is transferred to the outputs on the positive edge of the clock. Reversing the clock inputs allows for negative-edge triggered applications. The HMC723LP3E also features an output level control pin, VR, which allows for loss compensation or for signal level optimization.All input signals to the HMC723LP3E are terminated with 50 Ohms to ground on-chip, and maybe either AC or DC coupled. The differential outputs of the HMC723LP3E may be either AC or DC coupled. Outputs can be connected directly to a 50 Ohm to ground terminated system, while DC blocking capacitors may be used if the terminating system is 50 Ohms to a non-ground DC voltage. The HMC724 is a 1:2 Fanout Buffer designed to support data transmission rates up to 14 Gbps, and clock frequencies as high as 14 GHz. All differential inputs and outputs are DC coupled and terminated on chip with 50 Ohm resistors to ground. The outputs may be used in either single ended or differential modes, and should be AC or DC coupled into 50 Ohm resistors connected to ground.All differential inputs to the HMC724 are CML and terminated on-chip with 50 Ohms to the positive supply, GND, and may be DC or AC coupled. The differential CMl outputs are source terminated to to 50 Ohms and may also be AC or DC coupled. Outputs can be connected directly to a 50 Ohm ground-terminated system or drive devices with CML logic input.
